First of all I went to Rosie, then Pearly came and did the most wonderful job of deleting old passwords and creating new ones for me which I could never have achieved without her wonderful assistance. My problem was I needed to restablish my internet and mobile banking applications which was an absolute nightmare and she resolved everything for me. She was so very patient and most courteous.
