Gabi was able to help me solve all my queries and concerns in regards to a loan I had applied for online. She took time to answer all my questions, moresso than anyone I had spoken to over the phone. She was happy to help when I asked to set up internet banking, and create a new account which I could transfer my savings into. I appreciate all of Gabi's assistance, and will certainly refer to her for any future questions I may have.
