Attended Dee Why branch to sort out some complicated account issues. I was served by Pearl who gave me her full attention, listened to what I needed to be done and then proceeded to not only give me the exact result I required and was able to answer ALL my queries as to what effect the changes would make and then, checked her proposed actions on my accounts and proceeded to ensure the changes were to my complete satisfaction and any eventuality had been catered for.
Absolutely brilliant customer service skills and certainly appreciated by me and transparent to my debtors and creditors.
Nothing was too hard or an inconvenience for her.
