One of the staff who assisted me to open my account with Community First, Pearly, from Dee Why store, she guided me perfectly in how to use internet banking, and set me up with my mobile phone app. She is very patient, and explained things really well. Before I came here, I was not confident to do internet banking, but thanks to Pearly, she showed me how easy it is to use, and I can't wait to use it regularly.
