Found all three items we went for. We were advised and helped by a really knowledgeable member of staff. Didn't catch his name but was an ex manager at Jessops and really knew his stuff. Will definitely use this branch again. Ten out of ten.

The range of software is great but staff is rubbis...

The range of software is great but staff is rubbish there is nobody around to help and when you do finally get assistance they do not know about what is on offer.

Would not go back to this particular store.

Good social distancing but not informed we would have to wait until our turn to actually speak to someone, understandbly less staff and lots of measures in place but took longer to tell us it wasn't our turn and explain why than would have to answer the simple question 'are these all the irons you have!

Popped in store today, was told the item that i wanted was out of stock.
I asked if they could order me my item. .
Was told they cant !
I would have to do it myself on line.
I left the store rather dissapointed !
Went on line , i was reluctant to pay on line.
So i rang the store. Only to find that i can ask for the item ordered by staff in store. Also to pay in store !!!

we went to currys yesterday to purchase a television the store assistant was amazing. he was so helpful he couldn't have been any kinder ...not in a smug salesman kind of way. he knew his product ....fantastic I would fully recommend

very spacious electrical store well set out. Served by Craig one of the technician very knowledgeable young man and curteous.

Made a special journey 60 round trip to this store...

Made a special journey 60 round trip to this store to collect a brand new computer. Upon arrival the store assistant presented us one in a box that had been previously opened. We asked for an unopened one and told that this one was brand new and the store had set it up ready for us to use. We Did Not want that. And since we'd driven 30 miles from Bridlington to hull we decided that we have to accept it. The assistant was extremely reluctant to take it out of the box for us to check it. We insisted and sure enough it had signs of previous use with fingerprints on the lid and keyboard plus a small scratch mark near the touchpad.

That's about 1% Mark up, so pay for it with a credit card and they'd be losing money if this manager is telling the truth.
See an old bbc watchdog programme about currys repackaging and passing customer returns off as brand new.

Staff does not want to release my order eventhough I have my receipt because I need to give them my 4 digit gift card number which I dont have it when I went to pick up my order
I thought official receipt is a proof of purchase
I am not recommending this shop.
Bad experience!!!!!!!

Plus Customers were asked to wait for orders outside eventhough it's raining , this is my personal experience today.

Ordered a tv 5 days ago. Delivery was to be today. No tv arrived. Called help line, told order had been cancelled, no contact, no reason why. Just I have to wait 5 working days to get money back. Rubbish company. Atrocious customer service!!!!

After a disappointing response from floor staff I went to Know how desk where the staff member searched the stock system , found them on the database and managed to get 2 packs from the warehouse. He made up for the poor response from floor staff. Well done that young man

Not that well stocked when I went, queued to get in understandably only to leave with nothing when I got in. Should of checked online for availability to save myself from a wasted trip will do next time and just order online.

A very nice store indeed we came here to purchase a basic phone as a backup in the car phone warehouse area of the store. Although we was spending very little the staff were very friendly and helpful which was nice and made us feel like a valued customer. The shop is very clean and a pleasure to walk around overall highly recommend and a pleasure to revisit.

Ordered a TV online, arrived opened, had no remote or power supply (adaptor). After calling support they told me it had nothing to do with them and to call Samsung. I Called Samsung who had me waiting for over 10 minutes to tell me it was not their responsibility and told me to take legal action in court against currys. I then visited the store in person to see the manger who went through the same process. As soon as the mention of taking them to court by myself and Samsung they accepted a replacement, free delivery and made sure everything was in working order by the staff when it arrived the next day. I give 4 stars and not less for the staff been patient, making sure everything was sorted, been helpful in the end and apologising as well as explaining the warehouse team should have checked all equipment properly and the detailed process of how they manage stock.

It is a virtual monopoly that does not provide consistent customer care in all of its stores. In Hull both of its stores are not easy to access for those customers without cars. Especially those customers who have difficulty walking.
