Reserved item online & after arriving in store, I had a bit of a wait as it wasn't clear where the item was to be collected from & a couple of shop assistants saw it fit to deal with customers who skipped the queue. Once I got seen, the service was excellent & I'm really pleased with what I bought.
Not as much choice as I expected. Staff more interested in throwing out two lads than serving
The washer we bought broke after 3 weeks however their customer service was brilliant could not fault!
Recent visit was terrible staff count be bothered to help . Even though I reserved an item the price changed and I had to pay the higher price . You may as well shop on eBay by yourself as staff are poorly trained I wanted info on a router switch o had to explain what it was and this was pc world lol your store is a joke unfortunately now it used to be great . I won't shop again with them
Bought a tv click and collect. Felt very smug as I waited in my car while my purchase was delivered to me. The multitude in the queue watched on in disgust...very satisfying when you plan ahead. I hate queueing so did feel a bit bad for the despondent looking lemmings.

Staff are more interested in the weather than what is been sold in the store ,ask a valid question on something in the store and they just turn around and walk off !!
Ordered new printer on line click and collect. Ready to collect on arrival at the store the following day where I received excellent service
Acted like my best mate until i refused their warranty scam then treated me like id stepped on their dog
Would have given more if, the sales person had a clue which cable fitted which make of tablet. He didn't ask a colleague.
As every visit the staff are very good and knowledgeable of what you want and any questions are answered truthfully
Absolutely poor customer service from deliver driver on my first delivery attempt my fridge freezer. Managed to actually receive my fridge freezer on my second delivery attempt but once opened found it had heavy damage to the front where packaging had been secured together.
Two fantastic members of staff very helpful and informative.
They need more staff I found it difficult to get advise and had to wait a long time to be served

Well curry's has certainly changed over the years and I guess it had to change. It's now merged with pc world and carephone warehouse physically (even tho they've been linked as companies for some time). The shops seem to have had a refit and this one looks nice, there just seems something missing, like it's a white goods shop but it's trying to look hip and trendy like an apple store (why they are so popular, the stores are beyond me).. There's even a little pc section with wooden shelving etc.. The staff have finally realised from reading things like this and questionnaires that people don't like to be lept on and now thankfully keep their distance till asked. They never seem knowledgeable tho, still!! Price wise you'll always find cheaper on the net.. But, it is what it is in today's world.. If you need something very quickly and they have it, there are worse shops in the world.. I just don't think for a shop selling technology that it's embraced this itself..

Our TV backed in on Christmas Day had it 5yrs my wife whent mad missing all her soaps had to put the radio on nice. So we went to Currys and bought a new TV a LG model 49ins great picture Tony the salesman was great very informative so wife happy now... All good.
Not enough staff. And nobody know nothing about product. They just want to sale you mostly expensive products
Nearly all products on the website are not available in store, they should make this clear on the website.
Staff busy dealing with other customer's so chose to wait.very helpful when asked if i required assistance but stock issues meant i couldnt complete my request
It took me 20 mins to be served all the staff stood around talking about the night before events. Seems to happen everytime I visit.
Enjoyed the experience bought an iron need a tele and a new fridge freezer will definitely buy them from curry's very friendly staff

We drove 12 miles to the store to purchase a smart speaker only to find the had none, despite them having boxes for them and no out of stock sign!!

Click and collect parking covid style is great. Policing and patronising guy at entrance less impressive. Covid seems to excelerate new way of shopping: do you research at home including any you tube info, just come in to double check but pick quiet time to come in. Workers not interested in customers happens all over locally unfortunately....one or another day it will be all cazoo style
It would greatly improve their service of they had a local customer service number rather than a nation one.

Only Currys idea of local to HULL wasn't Clough road or the city centre but BRIDLINGTON and SCARBROUGH!

Ok while selling you stuff but when something gets lost in the store and 2 different depths say they will ring you back the same day and they do not from Sunday last week and I don't think they will because all they are interested in is selling sale stuff by the time this weekend is over they won't remember about it very anoing
Visited store to buy a house phone. Asked an assistant if they sold them and was told yes but I don't know anything about them. She took me to them and then left. I found what I needed and went to the desk to pay. Three members of staff were playing on their phones stood near the entrance. How things have changed !!@
Customer service is at least poor. We bought a canister for the kitchen. Pan brought it from the store, checked it three times, if it was a good model and after returning home it turned out that it has a vision problem. Because it was a different model. Curry's Hull.
Was after a power bank for a friend. Adopted one almost immediately. It was like they knew and arranged the stock for our convenience.
