Clicked it Sunday night, collected it Monday morning, no problem!

Extremely over priced and never have the stock in of the products that they display. Waiting to be served by staff members more interested in their own conversations. Very very disappointed. Another reason why Amazon get my business...

Really not an easy process buying from this place.. Unprofessional and unknowledgable staff. They made it so difficult to buy the product I wanted and did very little to facilitate me getting it. After telling me she didn't have it anywhere in my town, she gave me no other options. I had to ask her well can't you order it in?...to which she had to ask a colleague. When she was ordering it in to store for me to collect, I was subject to listening to the staff casually chatting to one another about commissions they have earnt that month. You wouldn't expect them to speak about it in front of the customer's but these guys carry on their conversations as if you're not there! Will be avoiding in the future, its no wonder people choose to shop online.

Click and collect was so slow and really you need to train them up on product knowledge or how to just look remotely Interested in their job .

Strict no touch stuff policy which I understand but having to go back to the front door to break up gossiping staff to help me was a chore. Prices were competitive with internet so good to see products even if not to touch.

Expensive, limited stock, very poor customer service. Almost impossible to get a member of staff's attention

As usual staff immediately try to sell you something as soon as you walk in.

Went to buy a shark Hoover demo was top notch untill we had finished our look about then they tell us we havnt any arghhhh

Terrible customer service the lady on the phone could not understand anything I was saying. Please put the local phone number in. All I wanted to do was collected an apple mac. Ended up reserving at John Lewis.

Carphone great pc world long wait in the end walked out locked on line to find out out of stock anyway

Used the click and collect service due to covid easy and a quick way to shop .

Nothing in and went somewhere else not helpful at all

Place is a joke . 6 weeks and 4 missed appointments for a repair to my washer then waited a week for spares to be then told it's not repairable please take this reference number to your local store to arrange collection . But when I got there he wanted serial number . I wasn't ask to supply a bloody serial number . Sorry nothing I can do without it . They really are a shambles and totally unprofessional . Will be getting a refund - I'm not risking all this again with a replacement- and going online to AO like I should have done in the first place . NB 24 hours after I got the text with ref number for collection I got another text saying they had refunded me ! I got on the phone to number supplied with text and it was wrong number . Was given correct number and spent 85 minutes on phone sorting this out . However the outcome was I now (finally) have my replacement washing machine (despite been told in store it was no longer available??) as I agreed the refund thing was going to be even more problematic . I repeat avoid them this was a nightmare totally . AO next time .

Staff straight onto task, tipped and reloaded efficiently

10-15 minutes to get a staff member to help check stock/place order. Carry very little stock. No stock of item requested. Happy to take an order but unable to specify with any real range when delivery may be. All in all very disappointing.

Popped in to look at computers, plenty of staff available but none hassled us. I like this.

Plenty of choice, always find what we want, quite often same price as online. Free parking too, friendly staff.

Not the best off shopa nevee no staff to help you and thats why ww havent bought anything from here

Went clough road in there half hour to find out computer was wrong didnt have what i wanted in so they reserved it at st andrews key when get there they say it wont work for what i want but other one in the first store is only one that work so after one and a half hours of fighting traffic and messing around they could of sorted it at clough road ridiculous

The chap who served me was friendly and efficient serving me.

Staff just try to sell you what they want not what you went in for, I walked out and went to asda and got the TV exactly the same without pressure to buy add ons

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Helped me pick out a laptop for my son. He will be extremely pleased!

Never seem to get anyone to speak, always " with a customer" yet they stand in a huddle talking to each other.

Lots of free parking, friendly helpful staff plenty of products from home to tech ect

Low stock availability but was advised I could order for delivery next day but then when checked my item was unavailable to order! No explanation as to why or if / when product would be available again? Went elsewhere got item for same price and straight away!

Bought many an item from here, the staff from management to new starters are awesome. If I need electrics this is my first port of call.

Bought cooker from this cowboy outfit faulty within a day rang them up sent fitter down ordered part . week later part came to my address week later fitter came they had sent wrong part they ordered another part on 19th October still waiting complete and utter shite

Excellent sales rep Tony. Friendly (of course) and efficient. Bought a Grundig fridge freezer.

Properly the worst store and management I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.Order delivered wrong and incomplete, told by drivers thay could do nothing about it after taking away my old freezer(witch I had to.pay for )left us with freezer contents defrosting, phoned as directed was kept waiting 58 minutes when it was answered the phone was put down lmmediatly.Went to the store, no management where available to speak to was left with a young man who tried to get some kind of solution, but had no help.eventually the only solution was to deliver my freezer two days later with the promise that t manager would phone me within two days, guess what he hasn't phone .

Not impressed with customer service. I went to the check out with my purchase, nobody there apart from one employee deep in conversation with another customer. I was eventually served by another assistant after asking if anyone else was serving at the pay desk.

I was waiting 1 month for Wash machine. When I came for that machine, they told me is broken and they cancelled my order without inform me.

Poor service. Staff have a bad attitude and are unhelpful. No-one appears to want to help or advise. Won't be coming here again!

It's worth comparing prices against online alternatives, you may be surprised as it's not always cheaper to buy via the Internet.

Staff were helpful and didn't try too hard to upsell

Went into buy a new phone - not really knowing what to buy/ do. Ben the store assistent really helpful and informative. A credit to the store.

I fortunately was not there when the person who was introduced as the manager was very rude to my wife on Sunday. "Oh it's you again" is not an acceptable greeting no matter what the circumstances. Needless to say we will not visit the store again.

Visited yesterday to look at fridge freezer,spent 20 minutes comparing and was not offered assistance once. Returned today to purchase the one we decided on. Again after another 15 minutes we had to ask for assistance, the lady who came over was very vague on choices and as usual more interested in selling extra warranty. On getting to the till expecting to pay we were told it was not in stock and if they ordered it we may wait months (taking time to explain about customers still wating for back orders,great advert!!) She then suggested we pick another!!! I wasn't happy and asked why have stock out priced that isn't readily available, obviously my tone wasn't happy, but I'm the customer (not being insulting or abusive) I don't expect her tone or attitude. Bad stocking Bad staff attitude Don't bother shopping here

No display of built in appliances they sell. Not useful!

Don't buy extra guarantee as they mess you around left me and my family without a washer for over a month very rude customer service

lady in the vacuum department was great, polite and professional, friendly and informative, well done

Click and collect service is well thought through (you don't have to get out of your car if you have a smart phone) and the staff are polite and efficient. They even take your old electricals off you for recycling!

Use Curry's for kitchen appliances, washer, Tumblr dryer etc. Great choice of products, good prices and food customer service. Great after care too.

Never enough staff around for advice or when purchasing. Fantastic shop and deals but just need some more shop floor staff.

A good attempt at service, but they are often not able to demonstrate things (e.g. subtitle size on a TV)

Good range of products, but as with any large stores such as this, prices can be a little steep and you can often find them cheaper online even when they have a sale in-store. This store has a good amount of parking spaces and there are various other shops on this site, Costa, Go outdoors and office supplies.

I was greeted very kindly...the price match was brilliant thankyou Curry's will definitely be there again.

bought a 2 tb wd portable Thursday 22/6/2017 i was using it most of the night. when I went to get into the files the next morning the device had stopped working what a rip off. I mean I am very furious about that.

Good selection of hi-fi and audio. Some staff very helpful and easy to resolve purchase refund.
