Good place but unable to go in and browse at the minute which I was happy about.

Service was 1st class, safety was the same, and the assistant Tony at clough Road, couldnt have helped me more then he did, full 5 stars from me

Your average PC world though there customer service doesn't know anything and talk to the customer as if we are dumb

It's what you expect from Curry's. Ample parking. Handy location on Clough Road.

We visited the store and purchased our requirements.

Brilliant customer service and took the item to my car for me.

A large showroom with a varied choice of electricals that can be demonstrated. Keep a look out for sales because often their sales prices are very competitive.
Also, the sales staff are not to pushy (which always gets bonus points from me)

Excellent service unlike the one on St Andrews quay

Went for a laptop my daughter chose 1 out of stock chose another out of stock we asked for one to be delivered they couldn't get them why are they on the shelfs absolute farce

Got a decent deal on a demo model computer. Most of staff are pleasant & knowledgeable although on the 30th August 2018 they were rediculously short staffed ! Bad management in my opinion?
But I would still buy from here again.

Stood waiting for a member of staff to serve me for 30 minutes even though I knew what I wanted and asked 3 times for help

Was served by Micheal Naylor at Currys PC World Clough Road Hull yesterday 12/4/18

He has extensive knowledge of tv's and helped me to find the most suitable one for me. Service was outstanding.

Also would like to congratulate the cleaning team as to how lovely / clean and how inviting the store is.

The only think is I bought a norton for 5 but will only take 2

Never anything on stock, blame lockdown yet you can still purchase same items on amazon

Visited Curry's PC World and Go Outdoors camping store today. Both are observing the social distancing rule. Curry's have a chap on the door telling people where they can go in the store and pointing them in the direction of where products are and asking them to observe social distancing. While Go Outdoors let you browse their store accepting that you will socially distance yourself without instruction

Always a great store to go to if you want to compare products...very big and a great range

Shocking service they don t honour what they say. I m stood there for 50 mins while the guy called (Craig) is on hold on the phone. I bought a cooker from them they said they would come and fix it in 4 days went back to confirm this and he said no it won t be for 3 weeks.
So I said won t you you honour what you told be and he point blank said no we won t.
BUT YOUR OK TAKING MY MONEY OFF ME ARNT YOU.
Oh and I had been passed over to 4 different ppl that day explaining the same thing 4 bloody times.

If it was possible, I'd give them 0 stars. Rude staff. Dancing in the corner of the store, whilst customers are walking around looking for someone to help. When you do find an employee, they have no idea about the products, or how they actually work. (waited 10 min for a guy to figure out how to turn a TV on) I was actually brought to tears by how rude the manager was to me over the phone. Asked for help from one of the employees and their reply was "I have lots of jobs to do, so I can't help right now" . Will never purchase anything from here ever again. God forbid your product breaks! There is no way you'll get it fixed or replaced by this store.

Update - ( a month later)
Decided to go to another store in hull. St Andrews key. I was finally granted a voucher from pc world after going to trading standards. To then be sold a new laptop, I was told this laptop was new and never used. However about 5 min ago I open this "new" laptop, which had two user accounts on it. With personal photos, documents and files of the user before. I am upset, annoyed and just fed up with this company now. After making 6 previous journeys to the hull store for my old laptop. I now get to waste petrol on a 7th trip to "hopefully" get a refund. Feel like an idiot for being scammed and fooled for the 4th time in a month by this company.

Got what I wanted but dissapointed their trying to sell insurance. ..and then power supply !

I do find that very irritating...if I buy something new I will bring back anyway if it fails...and I buy my energy through Internet.

Good products at reasonable prices but at the Clough Road shop the staff on the evenings are not very helpful, not attentive, somewhat ignorant, appear not to want to be there,
