Rubbish service we waited 20minutes to get served walked out very bad

Went there do discuss what to do with a 3 months old fridge/freezer that had "conked out" the customer service man was extremely unhelpful.

Nice store, the service not up to much. My elderly mother was spoken to in an ignorant patronising manner. Clearly signpost where to queue. There's a way in speaking to people not to blurt things out. My mum is the old brigade in believe good manners and respect when speaking to people .

Ordered a laptop for delivery to this store. Was stated that it would be ready for collection on Saturday 14th. It is now monday 16th, spent almost 30 minutes on the phone. To be told it has not been put on the transport again, and will hopefully be in store tomorrow. I only ordered the laptop from here as the delivery was supposed to be quick.

I waited for over an hour to be served even though I had asked two different sales assistants for help. I then ordered the item on line for store pick up and it took approximately ten minutes! Wish I had thought of this earlier. The sales assistant who took my money was very nice and sympathetic and agreed that it was not good business.
Went here to pick an LG Smart LED TV for my mums bedroom as a Xmas present thought it was very well organised & felt very safe i ordered it with click & collect so you pu into the designated parking area then tell them on the link confirmation that your outside the store & its brought out to you all very safe especially with whats going on with the Covid Virus
No staff to help asked someone on desk who said i need to see someone in black tshirt as they work for carphone warehouse there was only about 2 of these busy so walked out shop in tbr end there was also another lady to see someone
Never anyone around to help and even when you go and chaise them to, they still don't have a clue or any sort of knowledge regarding products that they sell. Oh and after you have finally chosen a product..1 hour later...they don't have it in stock and it takes minimum of 2 weeks delivery ...there are so many online shops with matching prices and next day delivery

Dealt with a complaint really quick and got my new washer in a day
I was not allowed to see whether I like a fitbit on my wrist as you cannot touch anything. So it wasn't good for me at all as without trying, I can buy online and save on petrol and time in traffic.
Obviously curryspcworld is great but its like theres never enough members of staff to help the customers, I was after a gaming PC, and was waiting 20 minutes for someone to be free. To there credit when I was seen the customer service was fantastic and he answered all my questions.
All you need for your home ;) you can see it you can touch it you can feel it and if you do not like it just do not buy it ;) but if you do prices are not to bad.

Ordered some houseTelephones over the phone and was told they would have to be ordered and would be I store the next day. I was told I would get email to tell me when the items arrived. After 3 days no email received so decided to ring, Only to be left hanging on the phone for over 15 minutes!!!
Disgusting service. Will now hove to make a 30 mile round trip to the store to see if the items are there as they were paid for 3 days ago.

Just bought a new cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer
I came out more confused than when I went in to see about a new laptop. However if you're after a new Apple then I fully recommend you use their direct chat or phone sales as they are really helpful and speak in plain English that even I understood. Needless to say after a 3 hr direct message conversation I bought my new laptop. No pressure to buy but very thorough service.
Have items on display that I have to wait a week for. Not very happy about this certain items( like fridge freezers) for example are usually things that are often required immediately.
