My wife and I always use the automatic car wash. It does a very good job of cleaning her car. The pay machines really need to be updated or fixed. They are covered in hand written notes and it is confusing. They do use a recycling system and that is very important when doing business in the high desert.
The sides of my vehicle were not very clean this last time.& all the blowers weren't Drying as well as always..I've always been very satisfied w/ the auto spa..
Have a punch card but there's never an attendant. Also, the person in front of me must have left before their wash started. Because I paid for the top dog wash and received the basic. Car still came out cleaner than it went in so I guess it's worth it.

The automated car wash works pretty well! Staff there prep your windshields and bumpers too. Do it yourself bays are available too. Cheap, convenient and easy to use car wash

This place sucks I payed for the 10 dollar auto wash and two mins into it the machine stopped and left soap all over my car and I had to use the self serve to rinse app of it off. I tried to call to talk to someone about my experience and they don't even have a working phone numner
Best BRUSHLESS $6.00($8&$10 upgrades)I've ever been to. $6.00Basic &approx 10mins,I was thr on a wk day at 6pm&Very Busy!2cars ahead of me,1 chose Prem $10 wash&took 15mins.Plan time accordingly/10mins per Vehicle MINIMUM ,2 lanes only. I've tried many diff Carwashes,this Better than $10 washes elsewhere. Sits back behind Main Rds,behind Safeway.
The colored bubbles are cool but the actual carwash was not very effective.

This is an ok car wash. If your looking for a quick self service car wash it's a quick and easy place. WARNING though bring quarters I went there twice n had to use my debit card n they were suppose to only charge me $2 for a 5 min self service. I only used the rinse wash n was done in two min but they charged my card twice $10 every time I went there and used my card. So bring quarters!!!!!!
The attendant was nice. The car got clean. It was extremely busy and the wait was a bit long.

I put 975 in and then another 75 cents and it stop registering im putting money in so i took 8 dollar wash and it said my 175 would be in the tray and nothing there so you got me for 250 and then you got every number taped over so no one can contact you.....#SHADYFORSURE
Their automated machine wash is terrible no matter which type you select. It's the equivalent of giving your car a hose down. Use the brushes if you have time. No free vacuum...

Suppose to be able to use credit card but it did not work.

This is my husbands 2 nd favorite carwash...its usually clean,always stocked and very well taken care of.
It was not the best but it they did charge me 10 dollar for 8 menute or less and will never clean my car ther and do not use ur debit card

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. I got my car really clean but it charged my card for every minute I washed my car! It charged me $30 just to get all the soap off. For the same price I could get my car washed and waxed by hand from someone else.
Equipment in good condition and not too busy so I do not have to rush since I'm cleaning a 24ft sprinter van.
Horrible wash! Paid for the most expensive wash and my car looked worse than before the wash. Staff uncaring and laughed that I was swindled.
Hate is such a strong word for this facility it's not truly hate it's more disappointment Wash bays are in very poor condition shampoo in vacuums do not work not a very good place to go used to be a wonderful facility but would not recommend to my enemy for a car wash as most likely the brush will fall apart scratch the car or miss charge your credit card
I only used the $1.00 vacuum but the unit was powerful and ran for a decent amount of time for a dollar.
Although the staff member was very friendly, the car wash was awful. A complete waste of time and money. I do not recommend the automatic wash but hand wash stalls are nice. The attendant notified me that road grime wouldn't come off which I'm okay with but it didn't even take the dirt off. Total bummer.
I like the touch free wash.I usually go during the day when there is an attendant on duty. He generally goes the extra mile and does a prewash and then towel dries us on the exit. The ten dollar wash gets you every thing you need.

If I could give negative stars I would. The people were completely rude and kept giving excuses for why the wash (which I got the top dog wash) didn t clean it. They would let me go back through and refused to give money back.
Owner is a dic* and very unfriendly and the machine eats money. Don't go there. The one at Prescott is much better.
Automatic machines don't get car very clean. I miss KJ' s Car Wash across the street from Robert's. That was THE BEST car wash!
Normally I love this place but I am disappointed. The wash kept stopping and starting and telling me to back up and go forward when I didn t need to like 3 times before it started. The equipment finally stopped after going through one cycle of rinse that took 4x longer than it should. The owners really need to upgrade or fix their equipment; this isn t acceptable. Also, their phone number is disconnected so there s no way for me to get my $10 back.
It was really clean and everything seemed to be modern and everything worked well.not a bad car wash .it was friday evening and wasnt that busy so it was even nicer .I am giving prescott valley auto spa a red five star rating and review today .I highly recommend this car wash to people that like clean car washes that are not overpriced .thank you guys ......keep up the great work. Easy to use. Trash cans and vaccuums available, along with self wash or automatic wash options. I drove through and selected the Top Dog option for $10. A gentleman came out and prerinsed my car and scrubbed my front window for me.
Terrible car wash. Every single time. No soap hardly ever comes out. Very poor pressure. The brushes are never serviced and are filthy and covered in road oil. Sure some old dude apparently works there but hes a massive waste of space amd just stares into space and at everyone. And dont think 'owner' that the public doesnt notice that accelerated timer sucking our pockets dry. NEVER GOING BACK

Good spot for washing trucks with aftermarket parts. Good pressure and spray bays.
They don't tell you that they're going to continue taking money from you every single month and the about the only way you can get rid of them if they close your account
Great car wash. I always get the top dog wash. Leaves my black Volvo spotless after wash. A very little drying off with a micro fiber and I'm out of there.
Machines & speakers are well used but cars are clean & vacuumed.

Normal coin car wash. Be sure to follow the arrows... or the attendant will politely ask you to turn your car around...??? Wth?
We went thru the auto wash. The attendant said he'd pre-wash our winsheild, so took a broom brush from a bucket, and scrubbed our winshield which was fine... But then he scrubbed the hood and front of my car?! I got home and had signigicant scratches all over my hood and top of fenders. I waxed over them all but they still shown thru! Super upset to say the least! Would rate no star if I could.
