Visited yesterday to look at fridge freezer,spent 20 minutes comparing and was not offered assistance once. Returned today to purchase the one we decided on. Again after another 15 minutes we had to ask for assistance, the lady who came over was very vague on choices and as usual more interested in selling extra warranty. On getting to the till expecting to pay we were told it was not in stock and if they ordered it we may wait months (taking time to explain about customers still wating for back orders,great advert!!)
She then suggested we pick another!!!
I wasn't happy and asked why have stock out priced that isn't readily available, obviously my tone wasn't happy, but I'm the customer (not being insulting or abusive) I don't expect her tone or attitude.
