Place is a joke . 6 weeks and 4 missed appointment...

Place is a joke . 6 weeks and 4 missed appointments for a repair to my washer then waited a week for spares to be then told it's not repairable please take this reference number to your local store to arrange collection . But when I got there he wanted serial number . I wasn't ask to supply a bloody serial number . Sorry nothing I can do without it . They really are a shambles and totally unprofessional .
Will be getting a refund - I'm not risking all this again with a replacement- and going online to AO like I should have done in the first place .
NB 24 hours after I got the text with ref number for collection I got another text saying they had refunded me !
I got on the phone to number supplied with text and it was wrong number . Was given correct number and spent 85 minutes on phone sorting this out .
However the outcome was I now (finally) have my replacement washing machine (despite been told in store it was no longer available??)
as I agreed the refund thing was going to be even more problematic .
I repeat avoid them this was a nightmare totally . AO next time .
