Left to browse which is always welcome and when asked for assistance, helped instantly, if anything on the the negative side would bin the lousy music and attempt to make the place less sterile

Ordered online and drove into the car park at status city retail park designated spot for pickup and collected my item within 5 minutes. They have a well organised system during covid restrictions.

Got to the store at 20 minutes before closing, lady at the door was rude to me and my family. Basically told us we can go in but hurry up.We walked in and a member of staff said we shut in 20 minutes, carnt you come back tomorrow. I made a point of checking the exact time as we walked out. it was 17 minutes before closing time. This service is the worst I have ever experienced.

Walked in found product I wanted myself but needed advice. Very little stock out unable to find anyone......as I walked out several staff was chatting near the doors and tills.

My advice is order online from another retailer!

On 30 Oct 20 decided to go buy a new microwave, but was met at the door by a over zealous aggressive large manager barking out orders about not touching anything in his shop . I witnessed him shouting at an elderly man who foolishly touched the lid of one of the products, the poor man reeled back . Great customer sercices.

For once, I entered this store and they seem to have adapted a new policy not to badger customers and let them shop around and ask for.help if they have a question. Most impressed with not being pounced on which lead to me purchasing

After my friend James Green asked if I had seen the new Google review advertisement on TV, it made me think that I don't leave enough positive reviews. I'm now on my third and it feels good to give back to the community. I had an amazing experience at Currys waiting in the freezing cold for my parcel, but it was well worth it. I now get to shred my documents (with staples and/or paper clips) with ease. Highly recommend this store.

Service was rubbish. Most staff didn't have a clue what they were doing. Just went in to exchange a faulty laptop bought online. Contacted customer services who reserved me a one in store. What could be simpler you'd think? Climbing to the summit of Mount Everest is the answer. On top of that one of the staff kept pressing the green smiley face button on the rate the store facility.

This electrical store is very popular and it's easy to see why; I was very impressed by the help and advice I received when considering a new TV purchase. The knowledgeable assistant spent quite a time although he knew we weren't buying at that time.

I understand that with this virus you have to be careful. But there is been careful and then there is rediculas. Came in store 19th june, to be herded around like a sheep. The experience was not at all pleasant. Wanted a tv. Only one on display so we ordered one and PAID for it. Supposed to be here sat 20th it is now 5.10pm, store closed at 6pm. Still waiting for an email to collect. My husband has now been on the phone trying to get some answers as to where our tv is. He has been on hold 30mins and still counting. Never again will we order anything again on this so called click and collect. If it's not there and available we will not purchase. I would advise everyone to do the same.

Staff went above and beyond what was expected when processing a return on an expensive product. Unfortunately, due to miscommunication and a poorly organised shelf, the wrong product was ordered as replacement. This was promptly rectified, but could have been avoided in the first place by having the prices on the shelf next to the display items.
