Not satisfied with the service..there is a sales lady there and tells you everything you want to hear but wont fix anything..all she does is lies to you to make a sale...and the intrest kills you. When your late with the payment..yet they wont fix the problems i have with their service... Id like to find a way to leave the rotten service due to a one year contract...

I can no longer recommend this location. There were only two employees that I saw when I came by, it was slow. I was their only customer at the time. Before I left one other person came in and was also treated in an unprofessional manner. While, the employee who greeted me was polite he directed me to another employee who appeared to lack any customer service skills, he was rude, unhelpful. I've been to this store before and recieved excellent service in the morning and early afternoon when they were much busier. This trip was in the later evening still over an hour before they were scheduled to close.

Non helpful. Employees are rude, management could care less. They are about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Got the run around and called customer service, also got the run around, spoke with a manager and was told sorry that's all we can do. What an absolute joke. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I'd have better luck with 2 tin cans and some string.

I'm fed up with paying so much money for 7.23 Mbps download speed and when I call to complain they try to upsell me on a more expensive plan. Why would I pay even more money when I already pay so much for a service that provides so little value?

Jasmin always meets my needs in a timely manner and is super friendly. If I ever have an issue it she is on it. I have never waited more then 10min and thats on a busy day. I left Comcast once and I will never do that again. Thank you Jasmine.

I came into the store with my mom looking to help my mom discontinue services at her house while I wanted to start service at a new location. When we were finally able to speak with the employees about our situation, we did not feel welcomed at all. The two guys who helped us weren't trying to listen to us, and signed me up with the plan I specifically said I didn't want. When I got home to check my account online an error message came up saying I didn't have service anymore. The guy who helped us wrote down my wrong email so I couldn't access my account. Once I called, I thought I could get everything sorted out but I was still charged for the 100 mbps plan when I asked for 25 mbps. I was told that I could "downgrade" my current plan, and I would be paying the right amount the NEXT month. I was not reimbursed for the mistake that the xfinity worker had made. BE CAREFUL going into this store, make sure you check everything before leaving. It may almost be easier to just go online and do everything yourself. I haven't had any problems with the over-the-phone technicians.

P.S. Sorry I can't remember the workers name. I wish I did so that I could put that ill-mannered bigot on blast.

Useless omg I have been trying to get my phone unlocked for 3 months they keep giving me the same unlock code over and over and over.The manager was no help he was going to personally call me and never did I hear from him this company and store is a JOKE!!!!! They are holding my phone hostage.

Horrible customer service, if Xfinity is looking to close one of their stores IT SHOULD BE THIS ONE. It's not really convenient in this location if the people here dont know what they are doing and need to call 800 Xfinity to get things fixes. I mean it makes sense business wise too. Spoke with a Guillermo, guess can say, Thanks for just blowing my issues off. Hate to make people do more work then they should. The female that first helped me Does Not Even Wear Her Mask Properly, Should At Least Wear Right When Helping Someone.What's another internet service provider?

Man this place gets a lot of negative press and reviews! I have to set the record straight. I went last week at about 5:45pm to switch my cable account to a friend who took over my apartment. No one likes dealing with big corporations that lock you in for life and steal all your money, so there were a LOT of cranky faces there. But you get what you give. We waited less than 15 minutes despite a pretty big crowd before being helped by Josh. He was pleasant, polite, and professional. We were full of smiles and laughs and it made the whole encounter great. As with most humans, if you are a jerk they will probably be a jerk back. So be nice and polite, and maybe even friendly and you will have a good of a time as we did! Thanks Josh!

I showed up at 6:59 on the phone with them already created a package to just pick up. Josh the Manager took it upon himself to count and close the systems prematurely. As I asked him to please just work with me he smirked and said the system automatically closes, which was a straight up lie. Wasted a trip. I'm not getting Xfinity anymore.

Went to go cancel the service. I'm on the account, I pay the bill and they refused to let me cancel the service and refused to return the equipment. A BS excuse of identity concers. Never getting this service again. Thank you for making it that easy to be a Directv customer.

Xfinity retail stores are the reason I haven't cancelled Comcast. The drive time here is about the same as the amount of time I would spend on hold with a phone rep that doesn't speak decent English and won't help at all.
Our 1-year plan ran out this month and our bill jumped by $60. We can't afford that. We went in to the store and asked if they could get us a better deal... with a smile and a great attitude the rep found us a different plan which would lower our rate by 40 bucks and tack on NFL network and HBO for free.
DO NOT EVER call 1 800 XFINITY unless you have a desperately urgent issue after retail hours. Talk to a real person with an understandable accent and a great attitude. Go to the store.

The staff here is rude. They are always trying to up-sell you new services and if your account is in arrears they won't even acknowledge you as a customer until you pay your balance. Once you do they will kiss your arse and try to upgrade you.

I was a customer for 5+ years. I had to constantly monitor my billing statement to make sure I wasn't being overcharged for services. Over the years the price of my service continually creeped up. At first I thought it was okay to pay a little extra so that my service was not disrupted. Eventually I became fed up with it and complained and I was told that I would not be able to find any cheaper service. So I shopped around and I found equivalent service for less than half the price. I should have dropped Comcast years ago!

Horrible service. The internet never works and when I call to get it fixed they always want to send a tech. When I made the appointment for the tech to come to my house, I woke up early and literally waited by the door and then received a call that the tech "waited" for me and that there was no answer from my end. Total BS because he never even showed up. So when I call customer service they cant even track the tech or get you another tech the same day. You have to wait another 5 days. Just disgusting!

I needed to change my Xfinity Mobile plan and went to this location to do so since the customer service person on the phone didn't understand what I wanted to do. There were 6 people ahead of me (Saturday before noon), I waited approx 15 minutes. My representative, Kaden, understood exactly what I needed to do, my generation plan 1 was being eliminated! He checked my usage for the past 12 months and made a suggestion as to which generation 2 plan he felt was best for me. I agreed with him and he instantly put that information on my account and I was on my way within 5 minutes. Great customer service!

This being the third store I went to today, Rachel finally helped me with with what I needed. The person at the counter was nice too. Rachel took her time and found the item I needed at a different location.
It is upsetting that I couldn't simply call the stores from home. The phone numbers are not listed.

Nobody ever looks forward to going to a place like this, but this place stands apart. The staff is always very friendly, and make sure they take the time to resolve your concerns. I don't think I've ever paid less for cable thanks to the deals these folks have set me up with.

This store provides the least amount of customer service possible. When I arrived to deliver their equipment back to them, I was met with apathy to say the least. I was told to either wait thirty minutes, or call and schedule an appointment. When I called the phone number listed on their website, the agent told me there was no way possible to schedule an appointment for their store. I will be taking the equipment back and never using the service again.

Refused to assist me with an error in the xfinity service, where the technical phone support team requested I go into the store as the only way to verify my problem. Have be told I d receive a callback by 3 different support agents, never received callbacks. The local agents have the authority to assist and refuse.
