Leaving this review for my local store because who knows who I was talking to when you are on online chat. Comcast is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I recently moved and followed the prompts on their website to transfer service. When you click to schedule a technician visit to install your services, it just redirects you to the homepage! So I got on online chat and tried to schedule a technician visit. It should have been very simple- I told them there was no cable coming into the building because it had never had comcast before so I need a person in a van to come out and pull wire. The incompetent chat person starting asking me if the light on my modem is on! The modem was in a box because there was literally NO WIRE COMING INTO THE BUILDING and they could not understand this. Over two hours was spent being transferred from person to person on the online chat, often with no notice that I would be transferred, before I finally landed on someone who understood this simple request and scheduled a technician visit. I wish I could cancel comcast but they are a monopoly in my area thanks to them cutting deals with local government. I wish I could leave a negative 10 star review for this truly evil organization.

Horrible customer service they expect you to instal everything they are lazy and don t explain nothing they just put equipment in a bag and send you out without explaining anything like if you are a professional installer of cable and intersect horrible don t come here

I had the worst experience with this branch they were suppose to help transfer my account over to another family member. I spent 45 minutes in the store and the woman said that it was all done and that there would not be anything in my name going further, while here it is months later and I owe Comcast all this money and when I called to see what had happened they were rude about helping me and said that there was nothing that they could do and that the services were never transferred over and the last payment that was made never went to the bill

Someone needs to get after these companies. I wasn t unhappy with my service at all but when I moved THEY didn t provide service and couldn t tell me when or if they would be providing service. I still have to pay a cancellation fee. As a result I can t imagine ever wanting to go back to them and I d warn others.

Don't ever get MOBILE service through these people...

Don't ever get MOBILE service through these people!!!!! They get all there info mixed up on your account so beware if you have phone service because you will be on hold for 2 hours and when they do decide to take you call they don't help you in any way

Poor Customer Service rules the day. When you need to talk to customer service, you'll be talking to people whose primary language is not English. Service calls often take 30 minutes or more to resolve simple issues. Comcast charges premium prices, but Comcast is not willing to provide premium service. It's not worth it.

Very bad service they do not have staff that speak spanish they attend very badly I had many doubts about my service and they treated me very badly and I am not new I have more than 2 years with this service I regret to have had it is too expensive as much as cable as interned

Horrible service, I hope they get some real competition. I would switch for more money. The employees and manager do not seem to care in my opinion. I was just trying to swap a defective cable box and waited over an hour. No one was happy here customer or employees. The manager spent his time on a personal cellphone.

went in with a bill issue the guy called a lady over and looked at my bill neither could figure out why it was the way it was so the gentleman just made up a reason and said i could terminate my service if i liked asked for manager he said manager was gone for the day

Employee was rude did not get his name but slicked back hair with tattoos on his sleeves I was merely trying to return a Box that belong to an account for my old roommate he insisted to give me a bad tone that the account was not closed I expressed that I'm not the person to be able to close that she's been notified to do so I was just going to take a picture and leave the Box so that I could show to her that I did return it and he proceeded to treat me poorly tell me that I'm not a customer even though I paid the bill the last 2 months. He said he didn't care what I did with the Box he couldn't do anything until the countless close .As I said she's been notified to do so I said some unprofessional things due to his attitude Which I don't care to repeat in writing but I'm comfortable having this conversation again .I believe in the commotion I left my sunglasses on his counter when I stormed off and he kept them .No managers attempted to assist in my trying to find my sunglasses or solve the problem .

If Xfinity ever said they need to bury a new line ...

If Xfinity ever said they need to bury a new line on your property tell them no. They show up unannounced, dig up your yard, and cause a mess. I was told they would call me first and set up a appointment. Thank God my dog was in the house. She would have killed a worker. I only wish I could post a picture of my yard.
