I went to this store I was in-and-out in less then 5 minutes with my order
First couple of times going to switch over to Xfinity mobile was a headache to put it lightly Luckily third time s a charm got switched over. Seems to be always busy and backed up Not in the greatest part of town.
This review isn't directed at this store, but more at the 800 number....Hey Comcast, why the hell do you guys need to run a credit check just to tell me how much you charge for installation?!?! Ingnorant. I would give you negative stars if I could.
They try, but its always crowded, not always friendly staff. It's almost like the employees there have a quota. They are stressed and it shows.
Had a great in person customer service experience compared to Comcast's horrible and unreliable online, phone, and general disorganized and disconnected services. I wish there were other providers in my area, but they're the monopoly as usual. Best to make an appointment first but still quick and efficient if you don't have one (at least when I was there)

People are pleasant and seem to know their stuff. Only seem to go in when I have a problem and they solve it.
Very bad service and expensive. They came to do the installation charged of course and they used my television cables, when I wanted to see my TV I had no signal but I had internet, I was disconnected by my daring TV service.
Absolutely poor customer service. Never about the customer, but how they can throw more fees and policies at you. Was sold phones and brought into Xfinity mobile under false pretenses, as the employee clearly did not know the service he was selling. After complaining to a manager they said its passed the time of return so they cannot do a single thing for me. I asked to buy out my phones completely then and leave to another service and they said that now I owe another $250 per phone because I wont get my discount if I leave. So much for no contracts and great customer service. 25 years with xfinity and this is where it will get you.
Internet never works and you can t speak to a human being to fix the problem, even when you ve had the same problem DAYS in a row.
This Xfinity store really has it down to a science. They always get me in and out fast and take good care of me.
5-star for this place! WELL, the first time I went in the girl wasn't helpful at all... BUT this last time, a different girl solved my problem and had me out the door in 7 minutes flat! NO WAIT TIME!
Not ONE THING with Comcast has gone right, the people on the phone ALWAYS screw something up. Every. Single. Time. I was at my wits end this last time, and they made it all better! :) I wish I could remember the girls name, but she was AWESOME.
As she told me, if you have any issues just go into the store.. It'll save some headache.
Jasmine and her manager at the Thornton store exceeded my expectations today for customer service when no one else could over the phone. I strongly recommend if anyone needs anything done, visit their store directly.

We've had them for roughly 4 months. There is a lost always something wrong with my bill, IT is a joke who can't answer anything, they charge you for visits you aren't reaponsible, and at one point I had to call corporate. That particular incident was a joy where the escalations girl told me it was my fault that a service call was needed even though they told us it was a signal issue. She then informed me I should have bought a protection plan that I didn't know existed. When I asked to speak with her supervisor she told me this is as far as it goes. I asked for the corporate number and she said for confedentiality reasons she couldn't give it to me but that if I really wanted it to look it up on the Internet. When I infant did that, they informed me she didn't follow through with the removal of a charge and set me up with a case worker. He then informed me that she did have a supervisor and that she could have given me the number I requested. Absolutely disappointed!
In all the years I've had Comcast internet they've never went a single month without my service going down for extended periods. It's rare for them to make it a whole week no outages.
I've finally had enough and am happy to say that I'll be switching next month.
Decided to switch internet services. Since my grandson is remote learning I have to have a reliable service. Went here to pick up the modem. I was surprised at just how busy they are. They were very nice and polite. All the clerks seemed to be knowledgeable as well. The only problem was there wasn't enough of them for the volume of business. My internet is working without interruption now...
Had a great experience the rep went over and beyond to get us set up right away!

xfinity has the most unprofessional staff, what happen to Customer satisfaction lately the stores have been getting a lousy with their managers and managing!
FWIW I went in expecting the worst, and my attitude reflected this. Having spoken to several incompetent comcast CSR's recently my expectations of an in-person meeting was low. However once I met with the nice, friendly, VERY competent and knowledgeable person (I wish I could remember his name...sorry) he was able to address my concerns and resolve them quickly. I simply had to return some equipment (last experience resulted in "missing" equipment after a return) the specialist was able to accept the return, provide a receipt and verify that my account was changed correctly. Thank you!!! It's not everyday that Comcast has managed to wow me, this was the rare exception for me.
Not sure that I have ever had good words to say about Comcast, this is truly a first for me. Thanks again.
Xfinitywifi sucks! Goes out for an hour at a time 5 times a day.
I tried calling their number, comcast's direct 1800 number and was disconnected each time after spending time on the phone entering in all my account information. Very poor service when trying to resolve issues. Also the line in the store when purchasing a service was extremely long.
Horrible 150$ one time charge every month even for a month of service that was not even active. I got charged for 12 days of service which they claim i used 1050 gb of data which is nonsense

Overall a bad experience. Techs refused to service the line that was bad. Got an average of 1/10th of the speeds on the package I was paying for. Lots of room for improvement. Save yourself the time.
I ordered a package online, when the tech came out to install it the work order was wrong. Cancelled the install and flew down to this location. We were lucky to get Jeffery to help us out. He saw what we ordered, and what needed to be on there. Then he squared out all of it! The bill and equipment were fixed to what we orders. As for Jeffery he gave us incredible service. Really cool dude.
My wife and I came into the store after having a terrible experience over the phone, and we were contemplating shutting off our services. I worked with a gentleman named Derren and he was amazing! He helped us solve our problem and even lowered our bill! All in all, we spent about 10 minutes in the store and about an hour and a half on the phone. Great service!!!!!
Good people working hard for a horrible company. It seems like Xfinity/ Comcast does not care about their employees nor their customers.

I had 3 techicens to help with installation since we/ I moved here and they are the best. One thing I'm dispoint with is. Internet is not connecting on a daily basis. I hoping it will be better soon
Stephen was very helpful. He told me in less than one minute what no one could tell in over an hour on the phone after being transferred several times.
Customer service needs to be improved on the mobile side. Took my parents last night to upgrade to new phones as they are on my account. I ended up having to help my parents set up the phone as the customer service people just stood and watched us. I previously went to a location in Colorado Springs to upgrade my own phone and they were extremely helpful. Even transferred my data for me. We were hurried out and had to finish up at home. I won't be coming back to this location.
Worst internet services cue out there. People are nice but they over promise speed and don t deliver.
Okay. There for what you need but not anything worth mentioning. Also, I don't think you can do anything with billing at the location.
I have been here a couple times now. Both times I had a great experience. Service is quick but they are not in a hurry to kick you out. There was wait time the first time I went there but nothing extraordinary. They have a setup where you enter your name and you can check your number in the wait list.

Didn't know any questions about my new Xfinity mobile phone I had to go to Walmart to find out about it
DO NOT GET XFINITY MOBILE - AT LEAST NOT YET! I switched to Xfinity Mobile and bought the X charge. I was told that in the near future, bringing your own phone to the network would be possible and there would be more choices. Well, the Xcharge is such a piece of junk, without even having apps, just the software updates have killed its memory in just 3 months. So looking at their phone options, there really isn't anything. The phones available are greatly overpriced. And of course, with a new network, no pre-owned or slightly used available. The x charge and the S-7 (the only slightly price-effective phones) are always out of stock. For example, for the S-7, Xfinity mobile charges $456. Boost Mobile charges $299 for the same phone, and have pre-owned options for $199. Since when is that a "cheaper" way to mobile phone? Don't get this network yet, wait a while and see what happens. A network doesn't do any good if you don't have any phones.
Being customers of Comcast can be very tricky sometimes, often feeling like it's a necessary evil. This day was extremely different, I am glad to say. We exchanged a box and controller. While there, we were interested in chatting about how to reduce our bill. The young lady assisting us was extremely patient and gave us so many great ideas! We went home and talked about our options. We went back the following day and turned in all sorts of items. Our bill is much lower thanks to the young lady that helped us. Well done, at least this time, Comcast.

Horrible customer service right when you walk in the door. Went last night to pay my bill and the greeter was incredibly rude and useless, apart from that i had to put my ear up on his lips to hear what he said, im pretty sure a greeter is supposed to be heard am i right?
Horrible! Absolutely ZERO customer service skills. These enpkoyers ate trained to sell you cellular service they know absolutely NOTHING about. I will never use Xfinity again.
quite possibly the worst run company in America. The customer service in this company is abhorrent. They will charge you for things you have never heard of and it is almost impossible to talk to someone about your account. Stay away from Comcast!!!!!

This company has the worst service and customer service in any industry anywhere. Don't expect them to fix any problems you have or even reach out to you. Im now 2 years without service and they still refuse to help me. Would switch service but these ba*tards have a contract with the apartment i live in, but still refuse to help.
