I needed to change my Xfinity Mobile plan and went to this location to do so since the customer service person on the phone didn't understand what I wanted to do. There were 6 people ahead of me (Saturday before noon), I waited approx 15 minutes. My representative, Kaden, understood exactly what I needed to do, my generation plan 1 was being eliminated! He checked my usage for the past 12 months and made a suggestion as to which generation 2 plan he felt was best for me. I agreed with him and he instantly put that information on my account and I was on my way within 5 minutes. Great customer service!
