Loving Xfinity Store by Comcast! Much faster and cheaper than my previous cable internet. My technician Wayne T. really went above and beyond in making sure the installation was perfect. Seriously, that guy is an all-star. I've had the service for about a month and so far so good! No drops and internet is consistently fast. Can't believe I didn't switch sooner.

Poor customer service and if the sales people dont like you they jack up the prices even higher then what they normally would be. Do your research befor heading in to this store.
We found out our room are never paid on our internet. So we had talked to two of their agents for payment arrangements. One of their agents came to our home and explained to me that they would like to put our account on hold to keep us from getting charged for months we don't have internet and to keep my husband's credit from getting hit, and he said to do this they would need the internet and cable boxes. Then he told us that all we needed to do was pay 157.00 to get the boxes back and to lower our package for just internet. So we did this and handed in the boxes to him and thought ok. They are working with us. We just found out that our contract and account was canceled. And that two of their agents have lied to us. And now we have to restart a new contract and pay the total amount in full. They say sorry for the miscommunication but won't fix the problem. What was the point in working something out if you were gonna lie to us and cancel our account. We will pay you off. But we will be going to century link instead. You have lost our service. You have lied to us and used excuses and won't fix the problem. And we will be recommending others to century link also. Just because you screwed up doesn't mean you have to screw with us too.
my experience with switching phone services , so just great, my customers service person who helped me, Rachel was so efficient, knowledgeable,,,patient,and led me to a much better value, so pleased I switched
The internet is garbage; it's slow regardless of your internet speed plan and hardly ever works. All It is to them is just a quick cash grab. Canceling my service with them as soon as my contract is over.
I walked in with a service issue today and had to get on the phone with 1-800-Comcast to get my issue resolved. The employee made it clear he was indifferent to my service issue, my business and loyalty. He was only worried about himself and what he knew and he wasn't willing to take any ownership of my issue despite proudly wearing a collared shirt with XFINITY stitched into it. Super disappointed in this store.
This service is no good. Theres literally always a internet outage about once every 2 weeks, and it always takes hours for them to fix it. Dont waste your money on this garbage internet service. If this keeps up,Im canceling as soon as my term is over.
We had an amazing experience! Derren helped us out so much! Way better to go in and talk to him before you try to order through some stranger over the phone. 5 stars Derren deserves. His customer service and knowledge was what everyone needs and wants.

First time here was confused how to check in? Another customer yelled at me because I went to a staff member as they thought I cut in line. Right then is how a staff showed me what to do. By that time 6 other people walked in knowing what to do. Took longer then expected as getting replacement part was easy

Visiting this place is never a pleasent experience. I dropped Comcast after they charged me for a year for a modem that I purchased from Best buy. It took six weeks and multiple hours to get straightened out. They made me disconnect my modem and bring it into the store only to tell me that it was in their database as a Comcast modem and that I'd have to call customer service again. Comcast is the worst! Avoid at all costs.
I was pleasantly surprised. The sales person was knowledgable and helpful. It made the experiance easy. For the first time in 5 years I would go back to the xfinity store.
The guys up front are awesome but soon as I was skipped twice, then helped, the Chinese guy in blue shirt rudely passed me off to the kiosk after rudely changing out my twenty dollar bill. Rude
I just went to the local store in Thornton.the customer service was absolutely awful .then they give me a number to call for the billing department.the lady on the phone is very rude.and no interesting to help.then she hang up on me. I don t kn how they can still have the business operating.when their customer service is abuslutly awful.i don t suggest any body to use Comcas services or support their business. It s just really bad service and experience.its not worth it.they don t care about customers at all. They think they r the only one in the cable business.so they can do whatever they want to the customers.its better to support satellite DIRECTV .no more comcas for me and my family. They are the worst.
Go with something else if you can. I call them about my internet service because it keeps failing every 2 hours and all they tell me is i need to upgrade which i have already done. Service is terrible for this area. Internet just keeps failing....so frustrating.
We haven't even had service for a month and it's terrible... They gave us the wrong equipment two different times, speaking to customer service was very unpleasant, rude and didn't resolve any of our issues. Our internet modem will not connect to all of our devices and when it does it kicks you off. We pay over $200 a month and I would not recommend this service to anyone for numerous reasons.
I'm a strong believe in "COMCAST IS NOT FOR EVERYONE" but, don't walk in There & yell at the employees, there's huge difference between the people you talked on the phone with that gave you the same BS about needing a technician for the 100th & the employees in the store.

These employees are very kind & friendly! & you want to know a secret? GIVE RESPECT TO GET RESPECT! What a dilemma huh?!?! Who thought it worked that way. Every experience here has been amazing! Even when I leave with the answers I'm not looking for! It's about how these people treat you! Not how Comcast in general sucks! Get it right people! Stop acting like princesses! & realize! That the world doesn't revolve around you! I PAY OVER 200 dollars in Comcast services! & they don't always work! But that's alright because I'm still a loyal customer! YOU GUYS ROCK!
Every cable and communications company should follow this model. These guys rock the customer service and support. I hate that the place I am moving doesn't offer Xfinity.

Horrible I just got the modem and it does not work at all. They gave me a bad modem and charged 100$ the staff wasn't too helpful and I stood on the phone with them for 5 hours just for them to tell me this.
The customer service is horrible guy came in to set up cable box then the same same they sent me another one through ups and they didn't even drop it off at my door they sent it to the leaseing office. I don't like the customer service they hard speak English..if you live in the USA learn to speak English. Overall cable seems to be working and what not
There's always an increase on the bill, which you won't notice until the bill is higher. Then when you do notice, they tell you they have "great promotions" that can keep your cost down, but it will be a higher cost then what you were previously paying. I am a college student and need a steady internet service that doesn't jack up the prices whenever they feel necessary. I Definitely do not recommend them if you are on a budget.
I told the kid I needed the bigger cable box with dvr. He gave me a little one and said it was compatable. Every time you go in. Employees are standing around chatting, but make you wait anyway.
Always friendly and you never have to wait long even when they're super busy they're also super fast and efficient. Kind of pricy but total worth it, ive had xfinity for 2 years now and i still have never had an issue with them.
Look, it's Comcast. No one likes them, but after spending over 3 hours on the phone, I decided to just go in. Got a good deal, the box was exchanged quickly and he even threw in a new splitter for us.
I have to give a shout out to Xfinity for going over and above for us. We had an issue with our Comcast that would require an appt for install an entire week out. But because my husband wires for low voltage, and figured out the problem was that we were not connected to the tap for the neighborhood, they were willing to schedule for a tech to plug us in that very day, and let my husband handle any other issues within the house. We had cable/internet by that evening instead of having to wait an entire week for a tech. Thank you for trusting us and being willing to do that for us!
The people at this location fully understand that the company they work for is in the business of ripping off their customers. They combat all issues as inconsiderately and as rudely as possible. Just like the South Park cartoon; Season 17 Episode 2 . After 15 years of business with Comcast and many wasteful hours on the phone I decided to go face to face. It seemed the staff at this location went from sacking groceries to customer service in a field far beyond their comprehension. Furthermore it seems they have been trained on how to run you in circles, lie, and push you out the door. Comcast was great for a time, but they are on their way out
Xfinity is so organized. Set up my wifi on a phone call in 20 minutes. Went to the store to pick up my box and it only took me 2 minutes to go in there and pick it up. Very organized!
I really haven t had any issues with them charging too much either. I have had issues in the past with auto payments not working well though. Where there was not enough money for a payment to go through. They didn t let me know and instead decided to not charge again for 3 months resulting in late fees.
Just be sure you have enough money in your account to have the payment go through.
I spoke to customer service on the phone who said to go over before 8, and when I called the store store hours are until 8 pm but when I got there they are closed. Google hours are correct!
Awesome. I got helped by great people who made switching over my family's phones to Xfinity Mobile super easy. My wife and I both made comments about how fast they were about switching us over. Overall great experience. And now I'm saving a lot on my phone bill too by only paying for the Gigs we use! Thanks Comcast!
Waited this morning and never got helped. I ended up leaving and calling the customer service instead. They are way too slow and the manager doesn't help neither he sits in the office while the girls that work there do everything. Extremely bad customer service.
I needed a new SIM card for my phone and was told they could not give me one and all they could do was a swap. That made no sense so I went to a different Xfinity store was out in two minutes with a new SIM card. These guys aren't technicians, just untrained sales associates. You're better off sitting at home calling the 1-800# because that's about all the technical training they possess.
Was not up on the latest offers from Comcast. Sold us out of date equipment, then started calling and waking me up everyday to send a technician to fix the currently functional equipment.
Paul P. in the Thornton office was short and aggravated dealing with me in the office today at 11:45 am, Nov. 24th. Yes, I was angry and told him so, but Paul has no customer service skills other than being able to deal with happy customers. And how often is that with Comcast? Not often.
First, I had called Comcast before coming in to the office and was told that my second Xfinity cable box would work fine if I brought the main box back and started using my TiVo. Of course that was wrong. And to be clear, I asked Mark on the phone from Customer loyalty 4 times if this would work. Now I have the cable card, but also still have the main cable box. I have to go home for the 2nd cable box.
Then Comcast s website says that you get your first cable card free, that s not true. You are charged just like it was an X1 box. It would be free if you had no other cable equipment.
Then the website says you get a $2.50 a monthly credit for customer owned equipment, that s not true. You don t get a credit. Maybe if you had no Comcast equipment, but not likely.
And finally, I originally had gig internet, but it was no faster than the Blast package. And mind you, I just had this put in last month and only getting 20-30% of gig internet speed. Even when the technician installed it, it was only getting 40%. The only thing people will say is I can have a technician come out. You know they will charge for that, even though it wasn t working the day it was installed.
So I went back to the Blast package and will suffer with insufficient speed, like with the gig speed, but will save $50 a month.
I am very disappointed in the service I just received in your xfinity store at 880 E 88th Ave Suite 100, Thornton, CO 80229. Here is some backstory though. I upgraded my equipment online last weekend I thought I ordered one main box with a 2nd tv box and then internet. I thought it was suppose to be installed yesterday June 16th but an installer never showed up. So when I went to go look at my account online it showed that I set up for self install with only one tv box then for whatever reason I had HBO on my account which I didn't order. So I took my boxes in to xfinity to find out what happened and try and get another tv box, and the girl at the counter asked for the phone number or account number, she never asked what I was there for she just started typing and the next thing I know she hands me a receipt telling me to have a good day. Are you serious I just wanted to find out what the hell happened with my order. Not happy at all
The Florida State Seminoles football game was playing so I was happy while I waited. The customer Service rep was nice and made jokes. *** The other Customers though are shady people. Most of them are in there complaining about how they want free stuff cause they didnt pay their bill on time. *** One woman was yellingat the Rep for a 40$ charge she caised. *** D
Lieing P.O.S will tell you one thing and then will turn around and charge you differently then what you agreed on with them. I've been bamboozled by them 2 times now and am tired of the run around they will give you. Their supervisors are just their to waist your time and give you no help at all. Don't bother calling them either, they will just say "I know how you feel, but there's nothing we can do." If I could give them a 0 rating I would. Customer service is a 0.
Tried calling for new service and the guy who answered my call didn't speak good English don't know from what country he was from but it took me at least 1 hr & still couldn't get my new service I'm not racist but they do need to get more people who understands English more or help them ..
Poor customer service, mediocre internet with terrible prices. WARNING: at the one year mark your bill will always double. If you can get passable internet somewhere else do it.
ZERO STARS! TERRIBLE. After over ten years of great service I am really let down. TV boxes constantly go out wifi is spotty at best, regardless of how many times it is rebooted and signal is resent. WORSE WIFI and internet service I've ever experienced and no one can ever fix or give me an answer why. Terrible, terrible, terrible, regardless of how "fast" or "premium" a package I pay it has remained terrible.
Worst service ever. All I want to do is ask a question about returning equipment but I can't talk to a human being and the robot on the phone can't understand me. FRUSTRATING! But, over the years I have learned that this is typical of Comcast.
Very friendly staff who helped me in the door with the returning equipment, out the heavy door, and helped me save money as well while getting More for that money. Can t ask for better service than that.
I want to let everyone know that before I met Emilio Tech#3253...I did NOT think or believe my services issues were going to be corrected. He did such a thorough job. He stated at the beginning and checked everything.He LISTENED to me; what a concept. This rating is ONLY for Emilio every tech should strive to be as good as he is. Jordan was a delight to have and was so helpful and resourceful! I definitely will be recommending Xfinity especially this store to all of my local friends in Thornton! I loved the experience and I got a free remote cover Jordan was so nice!
I walked in and was served instantly I got the new Xfinity wireless phone service, couldn't be happier. The price is fantastic the service was exceptional. they treated me like family. I could not be happier.
