Awful awful awful. We were sold a 2016 Altima last...

Awful awful awful. We were sold a 2016 Altima last year and a year later it needs a new transmission!!! Thankfully it's under warranty but it's ridiculous to even be dealing with this. It had less than 15k when we bought it. We did all necessary maintenance and I've always loved Nissan's up until this. On top of that, with a lot FULL of cars they said they had no cars to loan while ours is being fixed. We have a 9 month old and work completely different schedules to share one car for more than 2 days isn't possible. We were told it would be ready Thursday morning, we call and now it won't be until next week sometime. To even be dealing with this for a car that's 2 years old is ridiculous. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, trust me!

Oh and the service guy tried to blame it on the wheels that my SO had on the car which were only 20s... Really?? It's obvious he thinks people aren't intelligent enough to know better. One of the service guys also told us they have no loaner to give. I called later and spoke to the service manager who had me explain the situation and he said they have loaners but they come and go quickly but set us up to pick one up the next morning.

I always like to go with him because I know In todays world people try to take advantage of older people and we did not experience that with her. I m sure she doesn t get enough kudos because she s a woman in that industry however she does a great job!

On June 26, 2020 I had an oil change and tire rotation and the Service Advisor, Lealand Robinson was very professional and discussed the service/parts that the technician found that needed attention. Lealand also answered all of my questions and was able to give me prices for each service. Lealand was also patient and scheduled my next appointment upon my request to have the additional work completed on my vehicle. I left highly satisfied!!!

The Nissan General manager, helped me get my car scheduled in after service hours for the next day. He even called the Nissan service manager at home to make it work! Wow! now that is impressive!
Service has been great, all of the service employees EXCEPT for one male service advisor I can recommend.

This is truly what a car buying experience should be. Shawn Thompson and the team at Bill Collins were the most accommodating gracious group of folks I have ever encountered in buying a vehicle.

We arrived and met Shawn. Showed him the car we were looking at online and he went directly inside to get the key. He told us some features of the car as we made our way across the lot. When we got to the car he gave a brief overview of th car and then off we went.

He didn't take us on a preplanned route. He didn't give us a high pressure pitch. He simply let us drive and discover the car. Kudos Shawn.

By the time we returned to the lot, we had decided we would purchase this car. We went to his office and began to hash out details. Halfway through, my wife found out they had a color option different than the one we started with. Shawn was insistent that we stop what we were doing so that we would make a fully informed decision.

The car was in the back lot with packing tape still from the factory. Shawn got it ready for a drive and off we went again. There was never any pressure to stay with the first car or any thought that we were wasting his time. In fact when we apologized for the late audible, he said we shouldn't have to apologize. It was his job to make us happy. Whatever that takes. Again, kudos Shawn.

In the end we purchased a gorgeous 2019 Altima SR. We couldn't be happier on all levels. Bill Collins and Shawn Thompson have earned long term customers.

Horrible service when in after 4 days of calling and leaving voicemail my truck was sent there from CarMax and CarMax called and left many messages as well so I drove in there and the manager who we have been leaving voicemails told me I lied and never tried to call he should not be working there horrible service center you will never get your car fixed on time they are a big scam and hate the dumb man that s the manager

I took my 2017 titan with power steering issues. I explained exactly what happening. After 3 day I picked it up and after 15 minutes driving I found out problem not solved. I called them back and they said, technician said nothing wrong with it. Now I had to go again to fix it somewhere else.

I recently purchased a Certified Nissan Murano from Collins Nissan. This was the easiest and most professional auto purchase I ve ever experienced.

Sean Heaselden was my Sales Associate at Collins. Sean is knowledgeable, courteous and the consummate professional. The Sales Staff doesn t work on commission. As such, Sean represented me fully in arriving at a mutually beneficial purchase experience.

I plan to have my Murano serviced at Collins Nissan and hope my service experience is as professional as my purchase experience.

They have a great selection of Nissan's to choose from and the staff are great. Pat is so outgoing and friendly and really helps to relieve the stress of the car buying process, making it easy. They will go out of their way to find the best fit and help to answer any and all questions/concerns to make sure you are satisfied. I have never experienced this with any other dealer in the city so I highly recommend Collins for anyone who is looking for any type of vehicle!

i came in for a wheel alignment in which i have complained and taken my vehicle to three different places in which two of them were nissan dealerships, byerly nissan on dixie and coyle nissan in clarksville. neither one of them would align the car right or solve for the most part the steering wheel not being lined up like it needed to be. you guys are the only ones that actually did the job correctly like it needed to be. i thank you all for that very much.

Wonderful staff and very efficient. They have serviced my car since I bought it, and each time, they have done an excellent job. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Recommended this place to a friend of mine who wanted a four wheel alignment done on his pathfinder. He was surprised to find out that the cost was cheaper at Collins Nissan than what was out there. The staff is also very respectful.

VIP Experience! I called my sales rep. Shawn Thompson and he took care every single details of my request. Karissa Werle (Service Advisor) was very friendly and professional, Joe the mechanic took ride with me to help ID the problem, and there was absolutely no rush in the entire process. I really felt that the entire team was genially concern in addressing my problem and ensuring the uppermost customer service. Shawn took care my loaner car request as well. Over all I was extremely impress with the level of professionalism of the entire team. Kudos to all specially Shawn Thompson.

I brought my car in for its regular servicing and the attendant talked me through some of the recommended work due to the car's mileage. When I walked into the lounge, I fully understood all of the work that was going to be done and how much it would cost and didn't have to worry about anything else. It took less than an hour to check in, have the work done and pay. I'm always impressed by the customer service at Collins Nissan and this time was no different!

Because of past experiences, I dreaded walking into a dealership, but I needed a new car. When I stepped into the showroom at Collin s Nissan, I was almost immediately greeted by Sales Professional, Ariel Jones. Ariel, worked patiently with me throughout the entire buying process; I write, patiently, because I couldn t decide between the Maxima and the Armada and had changed my mind twice before deciding I wanted the Armada. At no point did Ariel make me feel pressured to make a decision. The rest of the buying process felt exactly the same, no rushing or feeling like you re being pressured to do something you don t want to do just so they can make a sale.

At Collin s Nissan, while reviewing all my options with Sales Professional, Ariel, Sales Manager, Mark and Insurance Agent, Peter, I felt completely comfortable and in control the entire time.

By far the best car buying experience I ve ever had.

My cars fixed but the guy at the desk didn't check on my car after i called. I called he said he would call back but when i got there he was just sitting at his desk telling someone else he'd call them back. He had 15 minutes to check on my car and didnt and then they didnt start until after i was there for bout 20 minutes. This would never be my 1st choice for repairs

Unlike other automobile dealers, Nissan takes care of it's issues. No haggle or hassle. My sweet cube has just received her second new transmission. Collins Nissan put me in a rental and replaced the transmission. No denial just "let's take care of it." Definitely love my cube!

I went into Bill Collins Nissan and was immediately greeted by Patrick. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and was looking out for my best interest. I started out wanting an SUV so he went and drove one up only for me to say. I think I want this car in showroom a Nissan Altima. He said no problem. He drove that car out. I loved it. I worked with Abe also. He was extremely helpful also showing me every thing the car offered. I bought the car and could not of had a better experience. Thank you Patrick and Abe.

I purchased a Titan XD used in Sept 2019. I have had numerous shops look and not find anything wrong with it. I contacted Collins Nissan early last week and began a road to recovery with Karissa as my front person. She has been nothing but helpful in this journey. Even when the issue didn t show itself during inspection. I was able to return to third party that initially found problem, get video and return for repairs. Karissa passed information (video) to needed parties and issues were located. Warranty company was contacted , parts ordered and problems resolved under factory warranty. I was given a avenue to message Karissa and get updates on status . Professional, kind , patient and productive is exactly what I have received from Karissa. She will be my go to for all future maintenance with my Titan. She has personally restored my confidence in customer service and dealerships. Karissa you don t know this but I m a Vetran that suffers with PTSD and your professionalism and attention to my personal vehicle issues has saved me no telling what kind of set back with my forward progress in my treatment. You re heaven set to help me. Thanks keep up the good work you will go far in you future. Thanks again for your service to this Vetran. Forever grateful. Collins Nissan you better hang on to this priceless young lady.

The service department is terrible! I brought my vehicle in several times to get a part replaced only to find out either the wrong part was ordered or received.
I also brought my vehicle in for an oil change and they did the 20-point inspection. Only to find out that they didn't check the tire pressure like they were suppose to. So, I wonder what else wasn't checked...

This was absolutely the worst experience I have had with any dealership. Lack of communication....unfulfilled promises and when I finally got my car, I had to take it to another dealership because the "repaired" transmission went completely out and had to be towed.

I cannot get the manager to return my calls and will be making a formal complaint to both Nissan and the BAR.

After a week of car searching I ended up at Collins Nissan after a poor experience at another Nissan dealer. I was greeted by Sean Heaselden who showed a great interest in helping me. He made the whole process painless and actually enjoyable. Yes I know car buying enjoyable is unheard of but with Sean I definitely enjoyed it. Needless to say I will always go to Collins Nissan for my cars and will recommend mr Heaselden to any one I know looking for a car.

Do not take your vechicle to this place. Worst place ever. I was visiting for my Nephews Graduation I took my car in on Friday to have them look at it. Not to mention I d just purchased the car on Wednesday. I was told by the guy at the desk that there would be no charge because my car is still under warranty. I also have an extended bumper to bumper warranty on the car. I told him if there would be a charge please let me know before doing any work because I m not willing to play. He assured me that if there was anything they needed to do that required payment they would stop and let me know before they did any work. That never happened I was told by the employee that both my wheels were bent, he also stated but there s nothing they can do about that because they don t repair wheels. He said I ll have your papers ready in a second. Once he came over with my papers I guess he changed his mind because now he stated that they would fix my wheels but they would have to order the parts so that would be $600 plus dollars. Mind you no work was done but somehow I was charged $120 also I missed my Nephews Graduation. And the Manager on duty was absolutely no help. After returning home I took the car to not 1 but 2 shops one being Nissan the other Toyota who assured me that my wheels are not bent and that the problem was that the car needed to have an alignment. Please do not take your vehicle to this place especially if you re a woman. I would ve given 0 stars if possible. These people are liars and are not to be trusted.

I could not be happier with our new vehicle and can't say enough about the care and service we were provided late one evening when my husband and I were just going in to look and came out with the deal made!!

I took my 370z to the body shop after a rear end accident and they had it for over 2 months before they said it was ready for pickup. I finally picked it up the other day, and the reverse camera no longer functions correctly, and there is a big piece near the rear right rear tire well that is broken off. After 2 months and being told for 4 weeks straight the car would be ready on Monday, I expected better work. I'll be calling them on Friday after Thanksgiving. Worst service and body shop I have dealt with in my entire life.

I live in Mt Washington and was shopping online at NissanUSA for a 2020 Nissan Altima. I received a phone call from Patrick Williams offering to help me with my research. I've never met anyone like him. He loves his job and and treats you like family. I decided to visit Collins Nissan with my family and he greeted all of us with a warm hug and asked Danny Perez to show us the Altima that he had pulled up for us. Although Danny was new, he has been trained very well and new all about the Altima. It drives itself! We're so impressed with Patrick, Danny and the entire team at Collins. We'll always recommend them to all of our family and friends. Thank you Collins team.

I've been taking my 370Z here while under warranty...

I've been taking my 370Z here while under warranty. The shop seems clean and organized. Overall, the staff is not very friendly. As far as servicing my auto there, they don't seem to actually follow Nissan's factory service manual with things like torquing bolts to required specs; All while touting factory trained technicians. A tech didn't tighten the oil drain plug which then leaked. The service manager then said "no one torques oil drain bolts and filters". The only way I'd purchase from them is if there was a car I wanted at the right price. I went to Chicago to purchase my current Nissan because the sales person here said the price wasn't possible, even on a transfer.

After a 12 day road trip from Houston Texas my wif...

After a 12 day road trip from Houston Texas my wife and I were on our way back home. About 10 miles outside of Louisville our a/c stopped blowing cold and it was scorching hot outside. We still had over 500 miles to our next destination and we had no idea what was wrong with the a/c. It was 4:30 in the evening and we were days away from anything familiar. We looked up the closest Nissan dealership to see if they could see what was wrong with our a/c and we came across Collins Nissan. They said they could not guarantee they would be able to get to us because it was close to closing time and we were still 30 minutes away. We finally arrived at closing time and we hoped for the best. They allowed us to pull the car in and they stayed late to check for the problem. While there we were greeted by multiple employees from sales associates (not trying to sell us anything just seeing how we were doing) to service techs and more.

Finally after an hour the service manager let us know that our a/c compressor clutch was toast and that he could not order the part until the next day because of how late it was. He charged us half of the normal diagnostic fee because of our situation and was very apologetic that he was unable to do more.

Little did he know, the fact that he went above and beyond what we even thought he would do was more than we could ever have expected. Fortunately we were able to find a dealership at our next location that had the part in stock and agreed to match Collin's quote when they came over $400 more on their quote.

We were very appreciative for their exceptional customer service and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the Louisville area (or passing by as well).
