This is truly what a car buying experience should be. Shawn Thompson and the team at Bill Collins were the most accommodating gracious group of folks I have ever encountered in buying a vehicle.

We arrived and met Shawn. Showed him the car we were looking at online and he went directly inside to get the key. He told us some features of the car as we made our way across the lot. When we got to the car he gave a brief overview of th car and then off we went.

He didn't take us on a preplanned route. He didn't give us a high pressure pitch. He simply let us drive and discover the car. Kudos Shawn.

By the time we returned to the lot, we had decided we would purchase this car. We went to his office and began to hash out details. Halfway through, my wife found out they had a color option different than the one we started with. Shawn was insistent that we stop what we were doing so that we would make a fully informed decision.

The car was in the back lot with packing tape still from the factory. Shawn got it ready for a drive and off we went again. There was never any pressure to stay with the first car or any thought that we were wasting his time. In fact when we apologized for the late audible, he said we shouldn't have to apologize. It was his job to make us happy. Whatever that takes. Again, kudos Shawn.

In the end we purchased a gorgeous 2019 Altima SR. We couldn't be happier on all levels. Bill Collins and Shawn Thompson have earned long term customers.
