The treatment is really good. The sales personal try to look for the best deal that is true. The only thing I really want to tell you is that I'd your vehicle does not have warranty and you need to fix it, do not go there. They are really expensive. The service is good but they charge too much for the parts.

Uneven service, salesmen exagerate the truth. (No lies, exactly.) Free coffee and tea while waiting, and typical machines for snacks. My transaction took MUCH longer than expected, but so far I'm happy with my vehicle. I got it used at a fair, but not great, price.
Worst customer service in the service department. Had a 10 o'clock appointment but was informed the wait would be 6 hours because they took previously dropped off cars in front of mine. They admitted that appointments do not matter and are not worried about losing our business.

My wife and I were in search of a new car, our older car was great, just a little too small for what we needed. We live out of town, so a trip to Louisville for car shopping takes all day (even after doing the research at home).
Collins was our first stop; we checked out some Nissan Rogue's outside the showroom and almost immediately were met by Mark. His invitation and courtesy was great. He then introduced us to Shawn, who was such a professional, down-to-earth, and personable gentleman. They took the time to show us the details inside and out of the vehicle, as well as presenting a on-the-fly estimate of a sales price/trade-in value. We had planned to stop at a couple of different dealerships throughout the day, and when we left Collins, Shawn made followups via text to show us different trims that we were interested in.
Long story short, we ended up buying another car from another dealership based on a different model, which my wife preferred for our own personal needs.
However, we *would not hesitate* to return to Collins in the future for anything Nissan. The brief experience was great, and although I can't say you'll have the same experience, if you are looking for anything Nissan, I would be comfortable pointing you in their direction.

I've finally found a dealership that cares for its customers. Patrick Williams goes above and beyond to make sure that his customer is pleased. He is not only knowledgeable about the vehicles, but he is able to answer any questions asked and explain the answers in a common sense approach. Nissan should be proud to have Patrick Williams as one of their employees.
Customer service is terrible! 2015 Murano should not be sitting in a pile of oil in the garage after having an oil change 10 days ago. We have one vehicle and I now have to cancel picking up my grandchildren an hour away because I'm waiting on Service department to call me back. A company this size should have customer service covered during lunch breaks. Lunch is over and I'm still waiting. I sure miss Sam Swope! The small details make all the difference!
Update: after my husband called from Afghanistan, I got a callback. Because it was uncertain how much oil leaked, Collins had the car towed, at their expense, to be certain there would be no further damage. I greatly appreciate that. Turns out the oil plug was loose and I actually did not loose as much oil as I and the tow driver suspected. The tow driver from Suburban was great and we kept most of the oil off my freshly cleaned and sealed driveway. Once Collins did return my call and we got things moving, they were very nice regardless of my frustration. I will pick up car in morning. A quicker service response could have allowed me to drive the car the five miles, the plug fixed, and both parties would have had a much better day with less expense. I'm satisfied with the outcome and have only one suggestion. Hire more service people to answer phones during meetings and lunches.

I came in for 2 potential warranty repairs and both were fixed but one was not under warranty. They did not call me to ask if I wanted this fixed and if the price was OK but just fixed it and charged be for the repair. This is a really shady practice. I will not be back.
Abraham was extremely helpful and exceeded my expectations. The service was fast and great! He was very nice and polite. Will recommend to everyone I know.
Refuse to help while window was not working to even try to get a fuse diagram or assistance with window being rolled up in rain

I brought my car in july 3rd 10 30 am to see about door locks not working oil change and tire rotation.I waited until 2pm before calling and see what was wrong they just stsrted looking at it and would call me back .When Leyland called back he told me it was the actuator so I asked him lf it was covered by Easy Care said he would get back to me . By now it was 3 45pm still no call about easy care so I had my son take me back to nissan .I got there at 4 15 Service mgr said still didn't know so I asked how much to replace it ? It didnt matter because collins nissan did not have it in stock .I left with broken door locks service mgr said he would call Tuesday the July 6th and let me know.Still no call,so not very happy at all.
Purchased a 2020 Kicks from Ariel Jones. Her extremely helpful and low pressured approach was refreshingly unique.
Just had a problem with transmission and charge 4200 dollars to fix it.only the labour charge is 1600 wow.i will not recommend to buy Nissan to all my friend

Went above and beyond the service call to find the perfect car for my needs within my budget. The vehicle I got is Awesome. Wouldn't give me a straight answer as to value of my trade in, so I left. I bought a new frontier from a Nissan dealer that would give me answers that same day. I'm still driving it and about to trade in again after 3 years. Won't stop here.
