I had a terrible experience. I had a 2:40 pm appointment and left the dealership at 6:55pm. The service was to rotate the tires. Upon review, I was told my car needed a battery service, new air filter and a wheel alignment. I said Ok to the air filter and wheel alignment. About 6:30pm I asked what was taking so long. I was told the alignment rack was busy and the were now going to do it. About 10 minutes later I was told my car was ready. I asked how they could have possibly done an alignment in 10 minutes. I was given an unsatisfactory answer. Needless to say, I was very unhappy with my experience. Mike Harhai.
