I went to this location twice to have minor issues...

I went to this location twice to have minor issues fixed on my 2019 4Runner which is under warranty (blown speaker when purchased & a/c blower motor making noise). Both of these times I was told that nothing was wrong and they couldn t hear what I was talking about. Once I pushed on the issue or even offered to point out the noise to the technician they would then go back and find the problem and replace the part. After the first experience I gave them a second chance and returned when the a/c blower motor started making a humming noise to only be treated the same way. Could improve by listening to the customer the first time instead of having to push for someone to hear the issue.
