we wanted to complete a purchase by YE on a 2013 Elantra and had a great experience with the Cocoa Sales Team; first Rick by phone then both Rick & Justin at the dealership, listened to what we were interested in looking for, provided us purchase alternatives on autos in stock included detailed information on options and pricing, after test drive and further discussions on promotional financing programs, warranties, etc. we made our selection and moved through the paper work with Brian easily.

neither of us felt pressured at any time in the process to 'make a decision, today' and we greatly appreciated the professionalism from everyone we worked with.
