Best Experience ever!
They say you never know what a person is going through and it's true. I just recently buried my mom and had the car accident two days before her birthday. Needless to say my spirts were low. But, the Great Customer Service I received put my mind at ease.
Kudos to Mitch, the Service dept. front desk staff and the lady in the parts department! I provide customer service on a daily basis in my profession. It feels great when you receive it back! COCOA HYUNDAI you really exceeded my expectations!!!

All the recalls on my car and still not fixing it. If I would've known the service at this dealership was gonna be garbage I would've never bought the car. I can handle a recal or 2 since its the manufacturera fault but the rudeness is their fault and the reason I won't return. I'll take my next recall to another Hyundai dealer.

And the first one lasted me for at least 12 years. so I do not have no problems with Coco on d or even the even the product they give. It's one heck of a deal and they are a great to their customers

Brian Gore had to be told four times no I do not want the extended warranty on the elantra. Everytime I said no he replied my saying my credit would be ruined and also my Grandmothers credit who was sitting in the office of Brian Gore as well. Within 5 days our credit scores dropped 50 points and I received 5 letters from 5 different banks being denied for the car loan. He had to be contacted as to where the payments are to be made to. He states Hyundai Financial. In fact the fourth time I said no to the warrantly it was obvious he was upset as he walked out of the office. Denied by five banks but yet he wanted me to have a higher monthly payment so he could benefit. Worst car experience I have ever had.

I usually have great service here, however today is different. Instead I had ZERO service for an appt I was scheduled for. I ve been getting reminder emails/texts everyday reminding me of my appt today, I get here and the entire place is closed. No text/phone call. No email. Wasted my time (and the person giving me a ride home) driving all the way here just to find out they are closed for a week! AWFUL customer service to not call your customers to let them know. Very disappointed in Cocoa Hyundai.

My experiences with Cocoa Hyundai in the past have been less than stellar. In fact, their attitude while I was in the market for another vehicle caused me to purchase my Veloster from a dealer in Lexington, KY with which I was very pleased. The service department management attitude in Cocoa was so distasteful that they made me want to get rid of my Veloster as the first opportunity. The opportunity came about this week with an email from the Sales Manager wanting to buy my car back.

Fortunately, I was put in touch with Wayne Spitale who had the good sense to treat me with respect during the phone call which made me give Hyundai sales another try (albeit with much apprehension). I showed up as planned, Wayne was prepared for me as planned and continued to work with me as an individual as opposed just a potential sale from a guy just trying to dump his car. I did not plan to purchase that day and especially did not plan to spend an extra $12000 to upgrade my vehicle however Wayne's minimal BS approach (which he executed quite well) and not offering me and insulting initial value for my trade got us within negotiating boundaries. We quickly worked through it and I drove out of the dealership spending only $300 more than I should have and that was because I liked Wayne's attitude.

I also enjoyed working with Mark Hobbs the finance guru. He had his act together and made the experience as comfortable as the people in the Kentucky dealership. And I gave that dealership very high praise for the handling of that sale. Kudos to Mark.

This dealership is getting worse! I come in for my oil changes everytime. But this time is different I just had brand new tires put on my car on 12/2, im here on 12/4 for the oil change the guy checking my car in tried selling the highest package for tire rotation and balance on my car...... he told me there is significant wear and tear on the tires. I told him no there is not they are brand new. He then questioned me on them. It is something new everytime I go in.... it has 30,000 miles on it and serviced properly.

Billy Sampely is a great and fun guy to work with. He was very patient and understanding to what i was looking for and what i wanted. He really took his time and explained the pricing,components and the mechanics of the cars. Billy really went the extra mile for me. After a couple of back in forth with the financial department i walk out with a great cash price for the car i wanted. So if you decide to go to cocoa hyundai, please ask for Billy Sampley, very down to earth guy.

Worked with Dennis on this purchase. No pressure to buy a more expensive vehicle; when I did not see the model I was interested in on the lot (2014 Accent hatchback) he checked on it for me & found one that had just been delivered and had not been put out yet.
Drove it, loved it, bought it. This was on a Wednesday; came back Saturday & got the Bluetooth set up, again everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.
I would recommend Cocoa Hyundai to any of my family and friends who are in the market for a new car.

Read all the high reviews, I'm sure my experience was unique. I received a trade-in offer online (their website) and a phone call from an internet sales person promising a $50 gift card for a test drive. When I arrived, they offered over $1k less than their own online trade offer, I left with no deal and no $50 card. Their first question was "how much payment can you afford?; that question always scares me at a dealership and I knew that any potential deal would go south. A waste of a drive from Orlando.

Just purchased my first brand new car. I would have to say the experience was great and not a lot of hassle as I thought. Being in the Army I initially was pitched the MILES program. Already having years of experience under me I knew that it was a scam deal for military service members. Dolly worked with me and understood that I did not want it so I was able to get an approved loan through their bank. Happily drove off the lot with a car I wanted with very affordable payments.

We've been costumer's of Cocoa Hyundai for years and simply love Brian Gore, who has sold our family several cars in the past. And Brian, true to form, came through for us again with at better financial rate than we were expecting. We always have a great experience at this dealership, (the only one we've ever been to).
On this trip we were met by Dolly, she was very knowledgeable about the cars on lot,in spite of the jesting she got from her fellow-peers; and helped finalize the deal on our new car. She has followed up with us since buying it to make sure we are very pleased and have no questions.

Our saleman worked hard to get us a good deal. The Manager worked extremely hard to ensure we were satisfied with the numbers. The final paperwork was done efficiently. Our only complaint was when we picked up our new car, it looked as if it had not been detailed. There was pollen and dirt build up all over it. Good customer service, detail or new car prep needs work.

When you send out flyers that are False Advertisements, then pretend to not know anything about the promotion in the beginning... Then become an expert once faced with an inquisitive consumer, it diminishes your reputation. A tainted first- impression, built on a misleading and fraud- like gimmick doesn't sit well with the general public.
Truth be told, your 'out- of- town' helpers/ sales reps for a massive event (that wasn't even advertised on your local Facebook page) were courteous, but lied.
Perhaps if my first impression wasn't so dramatically fraudulent, this review might had been written differently.
As of now, my review is 1 star due to the first experience via circulated flyer.

The customer service is always spectacular at this location. They are very good about answering questions and keeping you informed. My only issue is how long it actually takes, I know they have diagnostics to run and service steps to perform which I am very grateful for, however 2 and a half hours to put on a new tire is a bit excessive.

Interior water leak!

So my husband and I were searching for a car to buy back in June of '14. We weren't sure what we wanted, ended up buying a 2011 Santa Fe Limited Edition. We were pleased with our purchase and the hospitality from the dealer. Months later Nov of '14, we bring it in for an oil change and somehow the following week the rear seat-belt/airbag is leaking from the ceiling with water showing just above that area. We contacted the service department and they told us to bring the car on a Friday as the water specialist (The Ultimate Auto Seal) only comes once a week. After he looks at it, we are called back and told he could not reproduce the leak. They call us and say the car is ready to be picked up and we should call if it happens again.

Now December of '14, I'm washing the car and now we have 2 leaks?!?!? The 2nd on opposing side in the same area. We call the service rep again and are scheduled to come in not knowing if the specialist will even be there that Friday.Well that Friday comes and they reschedule us for the following week offering to give us a loaner. We reschedule for the following week not wanting to leave the car at the dealer to sit for a week if no one will be there to fix it with the possibility of rain.

So here we are this morning 1/2/15, planning to bring the car in and the service rep calls saying the guy isn't going to be there today and rescheduling us for next Friday. It is sad that $20,000 later we have a leaky car, 2 kids who sit in the back and we don't know if the seat-belt or airbags will work properly. The service rep says their manager wants this taken care of since we'll be on our second trip there but there seems to be quite a big delay in getting this done. It's strange to see such a big company relying on one person to come in once a week to fix leaks in cars. There should be a faster solution or some way to find another person to fix this issue.

My husband and I have been available for the past couple of weeks (on vacation) and would have liked to be there and make sure the leak is reproduced this time, but now we won't be there most likely as we'll be working. thanks for all the reschedules!!!!

Our advice would be to do your research, Hyundai's have tons of leak problems so you should definitely do a water test maybe run the car through a car wash before buying. Don't be fooled by their hospitality, they only want your money and no service in return!

I can't say enough good things about my whole experience at Cocoa Hyundai. From the sales associate Jeff Ribak, to the finance manager Mark Hobbs, it was the best car buying experience I could have asked for. Jeff listened to all my concerns, and walked me through the whole process, and Mark fought for me to get an interest rate way below what I was expecting, along with explaining all the paperwork to us so that we felt comfortable with our decision before we signed anything. Every other dealer we went to wanted to put me in a used car, but Jeff assured me he could get me in a new car for the same payments. I LOVE my Elantra, and will recommend Cocoa Hyundai to everyone.

Monique was the Sales Manager I worked with and she was awesome! She really listened to what I was looking for and paid attention to what was important to me when talking numbers and negotiating a deal. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of as you do in most dealerships and she went above and beyond to get me the car I specifically wanted. They are super attentive here and make sure that you re leaving happy. I recommend going here, especially if you are a woman who has had HORRIBLE car shopping experiences - this will change your experience!

I would like to thank Jeff Ribak and Maurice Smith for a pleasant buying experience. First of all, I never thought of buying a Hyundai, let alone a Hybrid, but I did and I am enjoying it. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the Sonata Hybrid and answered every question I had with professionalism. Jeff is still answering questions for me and it has been over a week that I have had the car! My husband and I agree that we got the best deal on our 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid in the entire Central Florida area!
