Great..I was in fact a difficult customer because of disappointing news I heard (not thier fault, they just couldn't find the reason my car stalled). They ran a diagnostic...and didn't charge me because nothing showed up..PRETTY CLASSY MOVE! Special thanks to Derek for being so polite and professional when I was irrate. Pretty impressed. Thanks guys
