I did not have a good experience there. They overcharged my wife $14,000 for and Elantra. Because of that, we can not get it refinanced our trade it in. When we contacted Cocoa Hyundai and informed them of this they asked us to come in so that they could make it right. One there, they told us that they could not help us because we owed to much on the car. They are the reason why we owe so much. They are more concerned with making "good" money then with being good people.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Cocoa Hyundai and received some of the very best customer service I have ever had. My salesman was Josh Snyder. He was kind, courteous, and accommodating to my every need. He listened to what I needed and wanted in a vehicle and then presented several options and made suggestions until I was able to find the perfect car for me. Not only was he knowledgeable about the product he sells he was efficient, friendly and provided top notch customer service by making us feel welcome and at home while we took care of the paperwork. He even fed us lunch! But the outstanding service didn't stop with just Josh, everyone else that also helped was friendly, and professional. Thank you all for being awesome! I definitely recommend this dealership.

Took car in for service. Got a new dent. Everytime I have taken my car there for service, I have gotten a new dent. Their service people are the worst. Treat my car with a little respect. Train your people not to be so careless with other people's property. I will never step foot on that property again. I can't afford any more damage.

Shopping for a new car is always exciting but can also be a little scary. My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted and had done our research. I went through the Truecar website the other night and found that many dealerships had the car we wanted. I built the car and selected the I'm interested form, within minutes I received an email as well as text message from Carlos at Cocoa Hyundai. It was a simple Hi we see your interested in a vehicle we have would you like us to contact you? We called Carlos and he was great at asking questions about what we were looking for. After he reviewed our requests we decided to schedule an appointment for the next morning. We had a 8:30am appointment with Carlos & Josh. the meeting was awesome, they had multiple car combinations that met our needs ready and waiting for us. We settled on a combo and went inside. The negotiations (always my most hated part) was quick and easy......!!!!.... We purchased the exact car at the exact price we wanted to pay for it !!! I had a horrible experience with purchasing my car from Kelly Ford in Melbourne. Every year, my car broke down. I was skeptical about purchasing a car from a dealership. I must say I am so grateful I made the decision to purchased a car from Cocoa Hyundai; I must say it was one of the best decisions I have made. Adam, Carlos, and Al was exceptional, caring and knowledgeable. All my questions was answered. It was hassle free. For example, I am car illiterate and texted Carlos and Adam regarding the problem. Adam drove to my house to help with my car trouble which was nice. I would definitely recommend them. The manager of the Cocoa Hyundai was friendly and reassuring. Brian is very nice. I love them. We have bought 3 cars from Cocoa Hyundai and all 3 purchases were positive experiences. Salesmen and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and easygoing. When our credit was less than perfect, we were treated the same as when our credit was great. We will definitely continue to be repeat customers.
P.S. We also appreciate the great sense of humor our salesman and finance gentleman had during our latest purchase.

We purchased a new Santa Fe there last week. This was our first new vehicle purchase and their staff made it easy at every step. Very personable and professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car.

This place gives new meaning to term "crooked H". After extensively searching for a Certified Pre Owned Sonata we located one at Cocoa Hyundai, It was a 2017 Base with 12,867 miles for $14,871.

The car was for my girlfriend and low mileage was a main factor is choosing a vehicle. The price seemed low but the cars history showed it to be a rental and they typically sell for less. My girlfriend inquired about the vehicle and was promptly told this car was not CPO (the car is listed as CPO on Hyundai's website and others) but they could certify it at an additional cost.

She then requested a out the door price. Once the quote was received I called and spoke with a sales rep and questioned what the additional fee of $1295.00 for "accessories" was on the invoice. He stated the car was not CPO and the "accessories " fee was to have the car certified. I questioned this and stated that the car is listed on the dealership website as well as the Hyundai Certified Pre Owned website. And questioned if that was false advertisement. The sales rep said he would speak with the general manager and call me back.

He called back and stated I was correct the car is CPO and he would sell me the car at the listed price plus tax and dealer mark up. A new quote was received minus the "accessories" fee.

We notified them that we would be driving down from Jacksonville the following morning to look at and possibly purchase the vehicle. Once we got there we looked over the vehicle and noticed the mileage was approximately 2000 miles more on the odometer than what was listed on the website and quote. (red flag #1) We checked the VIN and it was the same car listed. We then test drove the vehicle and noticed it pulled strongly to the right (red flag #2). I questioned why a CPO vehicle would be allowed to be test driven if the car didn't steer straight and was told by the sales rep that it was probably low air pressure in the tire or the front end needed an alignment and he would get that taken care of. (red flags # 3,4 and 5).

We proceeded to go forward with the purchase but with hesitation and began questioning several things. We were repeatedly told they would take care of any issues with the vehicle.

Once inside the finance directors office I once again questioned how with the Hyundai comprehensive 150 point checklist the car not going straight would be pretty high on the list of checkpoints. Soon after the sales rep came into the office and said we have a problem. They took us to the shop area where the car was on a lift and began explaining to us the car had been wrecked and repaired (the car fax report said no accidents) and with the vehicle on the lift you could physically see the front wheel was twisted and the bondo repairs

.At that point they said we can not sell you this car and began showing us other Sonatas with considerably higher mileage and 2 model years older .I asked to speak to the general manager and although apologetic he made several offers to sell me a new Sonata at what I considered to be offensive pricing after what had just transpired.We then promptly left the dealership and went elsewhere and purchased an CPO Sonata from another dealer.

After speaking with several dealers It was clear from their comments what Cocoa Hyundai did was a big no no. And stated that they could be fined for trying to sell a car as CPO that obviously wasn't even looked at.

I am not one to take to the internet to air my drama but the whole experience was less than pleasurable.

This car is still on their website as I type this and hope this information can be beneficial to someone.

Follow up.....The wrecked 2017 Sonata they tried to sell me as certified pre owned is still on their website. The finance director told me and I quote "We can not sell that car...the only thing I can do is take it to the auction" Yet it is listed as for sell on the website. Buyer beware!!!!!!

I have never had to wait a long time for my car to be serviced and while in the waiting room the football game was on. One of the salesmen who was watching it told me I could change the channel if I wanted to because he felt that I should be able to watch whatever I wanted. He had asked me earlier if I liked football and I said It wasn't my thing but didn't mind it being on. I had noticed that other salesmen kept coming in to get a peek and an update on the game as well. I thought that was very thoughtful of him but what kind of a girl would deprive guys of football!

For the salesman they called me a week later to tell me he no longer worked there. I told him I wanted to spend 12000, and realized later I was taken. I bought used 2010 grand caravan in July 2012 and now noticing it is already rusting. When I went for my first oil change they asked to rotate my tires and what I didn't realize it that they put the bad tires on the front which is a no-no as far as rotating tires goes, especially with front wheel drive! For $21+tax they have lost my business for life. Will take my car else where from now on for any kind of mechanical work! I bought there because I heard they were Great, unfortunately I had to find out for myself that they are NOT so great! I would not recommend this place to my enemy!

This dealership has to be the most corrupt dealership that I have ever had to do business with. I have bought over four vehicles at the dealership in the past 15 years between me and my family and we have always trusted Hyundai and their services. I took my car in for an oil change today like I normally do, and Mark from the service department who by the way is a very dishonest man and I do not recommend doing service with him, turn my car back into me and the tire pressure monitoring system was on. I let them know and they said that apparently I have a nail in my tire. My car I have been driving it all this past week and I have had zero issues with any nails in my tires. Suddenly I go to the dealership, get my oil changed and now I have a nail in my back tire that they are not going to replace. I highly recommend nobody do business with this dealership ever again, this is the most frustrating experience I ve ever had to go through with the dealership. I will never be buying a vehicle from the dealership again nor will ever do business with Hyundai period. Everybody in the service department is slimy, always trying to upsell you on stuff that you don t really need. I understand that it is a business and a business has to make a profit but when it s dishonest gain, I do not condone that. I am one of those people who loathe car dealers. The guys at Cocoa Hyundai, including Carlos and Adam, are the outstanding exceptions. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, but not condescending, it was a pleasure working with them. I still haven't changed my mind about most car dealers, but Adam and Carlos are two that can be trusted, above all the rest!

I have to say, my first experience there was not the greatest. I actually had another appointment right up the street and called almost a week ahead of time to set up my time to come in and they would take us to the other appointment. I called the day before to make sure it was set up. We were good. I timed it perfect, got there and our person who was going to go over everything wasn't there. No one knew where he was. We waited, and waited. I couldn't reset up my other appointment, so ended up having to leave Hyundai to make it to the other. However, I was going to be out of work the next day in the afternoon and the lady at the desk said she guarantees there won't be an issue if I came in the next day. I came in and was out within an hour. Everyone was friendly and courteous. And I do have to thank them for even seeing me in the short amount of time as I would have had to wait another 2 weeks to be seen at the one in my area.

My husband and I bought our Elantra last Sunday the 18th of August, everybody up there cocoa Hyundai was very helpful and informative wonderful, the one you want to ask for however his name is Chuck Stupp.
Chuck is very informative he has a great deal of knowledge he stands next to his brand, he shows enthusiasm and cares about customers. he's very patient especially to work with customers like us.
I won't pretend that we were the easiest people to work with. He seems to have a lot of fans. there are actually people waiting in line to talk to him that speaks volumes to me as does his service we will always be customers of Coca Honda because of Chuck!

Definitely the worst experience I have ever had. I have gone through Cocoa Hyundai for four other vehicles, and I'm not sure why they made this experience so different but they definitely lost a long-term customer. Which they don't seem to care at all about. I was dragged along for four days with countless lies from countless people. They ran my credit much more times than was needed. I ended up going through another Hyundai location that isn't affiliated with Cocoa, and I am so glad I did because my whole process was DONE in less than 24 hours, including them getting my vehicle from another dealership for me! All in all, very disappointing.

Easiest purchase of a car! I walked into the dealership having already researched the trade-in value of my 2016 Santa Fe, and knowing the type and color of car I wanted to purchase. The 0% financing is what brought me into the dealership but Burt sold me the car I wanted. Burt took the time to explain the differences in all the models and features of the Santa Fe, he found me the exact car, and I drove off in my 2020 Santa Fe in just a few hours! Kudos to Burt, Ali and Sales Manager.

After 3 years buying a brand new car my window tint (with dealership lifetime warranty) started bubbling. I call the service and I was told that they don t have anyone can fix it. They said they are planning to hire someone but don t know when.

Not much to say here. I am planning to sell my car soon and need to pay $100 out of pocket.
