If you have kids this is your go to place, since they (not only) they have a very complete arcade, there is also a water park.
The park is divided by 4 different sections.
To begin with, the first one you'll see when entering the park is the little kids one, this one has 2 different slides, a couple of fountains and it's heated.
The second one is a heated pool with a slide that is, from time to time, closed.
The next one will be the kids zone, this has a bunch of slides which some will be heated and some not. Also there's a large bucket of water that every once in a while tips over and gets every one that stands under it soaking wet.
Last but not least is the largest slides of the park, there are three different slides, two of them require the use of a inflatable "donut" and then the other one (the tallest by the way) is a body slide.

On the hotel part of this water resort, there's not much to it, is a very humid room. One last thing, when checking in, try to avoid the rooms that leads to the water park, since it get very noisy.

Our room smelt of damp and there were very long queues at reception as usually only one staff member. Pool was lovely but shut one day for maintenance. The water park was good for really young ones...my teenagers were not impressed and didn't use it even though I'd been pressured into buying wrist bands on arrival.

I just wish I could give zero stars. We took our 3 year old here for the sole purpose of the pool & little water park. The price is absolutely ridiculous for what you get. Our room was filthy and smelled like straight up MOLD. The floors were damp, the bed had stains on it, and the walls were so thin we could hear the people in the room next to us carrying on a normal conversation. They didn't mention that they close down the pool area for littles to open up the slides for bigger kids like clock work... So imagine explaining that to your kid who has to get kicked out of the pool & is too small to do the big slides. They should provide enough staff to do both to accommodate all ages. Waste. Of. Money.

This is my 4th night here and I must I can t believe people write a negative review. I came here with 3 kids ages 5,8,9 and they Loved it from the little water park to the pool for the hotel guest. The staff are amazing and to top it off a arcade place that closes at 1am. Good Job CoCo Key s

Clean room. Small water park area great for kids. Water slides and lots of pool area but can still get crowed. Towels for pools are tiny. Good bargian stay though. Not impressed with tv or wifi service. The tv had to turn on and press channel change button for it to work and not all channels worked all the time.

The only perks about this hotel were the water slides and pools. Before I start talking about the horrible stuff... let me say they did offer to move us to another room. The only issue is I felt that there was no major change from our room to the new room they showed us. Friendly staff. Also, I kind of expected the hotel not to feel like a 5 Star hotel. So... day 1: room smelled like urine, rooms need some more updates, had to kill a roach, beds uncomfortable. Day 2: air conditioning sounded like a motorcycle, the plaster on the ceiling was dropping small crumbs onto the table, horrible wi-fi. Now... I must say the kids didn t notice any of these things... they had a blast. And that s what counts. It was our first time to Orlando. So now we know other places we can stay instead.

Good idea but I didn't enjoy paying full price for myself to accompany a child into the water park when all of the bigger adult friendly slides were under maintenance. Outside of that it was great for my daughter's enjoyment.

The room had mold, stained sheets, broken cabinets. It was like vacationing surrounded by people I'd NEVER go around in the daytime let alone have to sleep next door to. I complained to Guest Services about the issues, George-Supervisor, at least 7 times. Was told they'd provide a refund since we stayed there less than a day. Nope, they now deny i had any issues. On the other hand, most of the staff is really nice and the main water park too.

My children and I have stayed here every year since they opened about 8 years... it's in a great location we always have to best service. We even hosted a family reunion here a few times. We love it and will return this summer

We were looking for a budget-friendly place to stay within driving distance to Disney parks so went with this property, event though we'd normally stay at property with much better reviews. The first night we were put into a temporary room and were told we'd need to move the next day. Our original reservation was for a king room and our first night was a pull out couch and a cot (for our son) with a sagging mattress. We decided to wait until 8pm the next day to move in order to gain a full day at Disney. We moved to the a double queen room the next night and were asleep when someone tried to open the door to our room at midnight. My husband starting screaming and I jumped up to ensure the deadbolt was in place. People kept trying to open the door but the deadbolt prevented that. There is absolutely nothing scarier that someone trying to enter your room, particularly with a child! I addressed with manager (Chris) and then he avoided our follow up calls until we went to desk in person.

They charged resort fee twice per room, even though the priceline itenieary said to charge once for complete booking. Thanks to Priceline they refunded it. They charge 10$ per day for microwave. The water park is the only highlight why I have 2 stars.

Do not waste your money. We maybe experienced 45 mins in the waterpark area because of closures, "cloudy water" and lazy staff. Once in, we found two TICKS in the water!! Not toddler friendly. Wayy over crowded. Plus if you don't smoke, don't come. I don't know if there are smoking area but people were smoking EVERYWHERE! From pool side to sitting outside their rooms. Take my advice! Stay away!

Hotel is your typical Days Inn style, exterior entrance, 2 story strip hotel/motel. The room was slightly larger than average size with simple but nice furniture and TV. Shower/toilet area was seperate from sink area which is convienent. The room was overall clean with some sand on hard wood floors but above average cleanliness overall. Service was excellent. All employees were very courteous and polite and helpful. The hotel is equipped with its own mini water park which was excellent. A single pool jacuzzi area typical at most motels was present, but a much larger pool with slides was segregated in the rear. Still behind that was a very large waterpark area with multiple man slides with tubes. All areas were filled with life guards ever present. Food was fresh but just average cafeteria style. Arcade was fun and equvilant to what you would see at other nearby dedicated arcarde places. I would recommend CoCo Key to others.

The room is clean and the noise level is acceptable. But the service is below average : going to the desk will take you 40 min to 1h. Despite the description there is No WiFi. The Waterpark is so crowded that it's almost useless. I tried guess service for an entire evening, they never showed up.

First impression is lasting! The front desk was efficient and friendly, George C. and Silva greeted us warmly as they answered my million questions being a first time visitor. Quiet very clean rooms with comfy beds made our stay perfect. The Lifeguards take great care and attention watching your little ones too! Being a local we can't wait to come back! P.S. you must have the surfer on acid drink its perfect while your taking in some rays!

Don t waste your money in this resort . Rooms smells humidity, linens smelled bad, even I asked were changed and looks they used the same. The room doesn t have curtains and the blinds didn t worked. Every area in the hotel smells bad. I paid for a resort and I fell that I stayed in a Motel. They have to improve their installations.

I was a little nervous to stay here being there is so many mixed reviews. But, I must say we had a great time here. The room was clean and bug free- that's my biggest worry in hotels bugs, especially bed bugs! I'm glad I didn't cancel our trip due to the reviews. I can say the place does get rather loud at night thru the morning hours but, people come here to enjoy themselves so that wasn't really an issue. The only thing I would change are the hours the activities are open. The pool areas don't open until 11 and closed at 7, I understand the waterpark areas closing that early but feel the normal pool and bars should be open until atleast 10 pm on the weekends. Overall we had a great visit and will return.

I was visiting Orlando with my parents and brother in law and sister, booked two rooms for two days. We were looking for two queen bed rooms , but as we were late we were offered one king bed and one sofa bed. Customer service was good as were in need of extra blankets, customer rep arranged it really fast. One thing we were little disappointed was even though we called them and let them know we were late, they did not hold rooms for us and did not tell that it was first come first serve for two queen bed rooms

Loose maintenance another thing houseekiping well and another thing please in the play area a boy named anthony does not have good attitude to help customers talk to a manager called Melisa but I think that as manager is not very to talk about it seems to be friendship of the or something last night 18 November we also made a report where there was a man pissing around some sticks behind the pools where there are so many children went to the area that front desk reported and we did not see or even anyone who came to verify I hope they do something to the

Price is OK, however cleanliness should be a topic to work on. If you are planning to visit Universal Studios this hotel is located quite close to the theme park. I enjoyed the 25-38 min walk between them!

It was okay. The bed was comfortable. However, the lights flickered on and off all the time we were there. Even in the bathroom. The waterpark slides were closed the whole weekend. Even an employee told us they would open Saturday. But they were not open at all! So my big kids didn't even get to enjoy the fun rides. The pool at the waterpark and water at the playground was freezing to the point that we left there and went to a different waterpark. Unbearable to even go in. Freezing cold. The only warm pool was separated. The towels barely kept us warm bc of how tiny they were. The towel barely fits around you. It was not what we expected at all.

Nice water play area, the staff are all very good. The overall appearance was that the facility was in need of repair, broken fountains in pool areas and hot tub had no working waterfall or bubbles, paint chipping, faded, big holes in sidewalk, leaking roof. I lost confidence in their attention to what I dont see due to the appearance of what I did see.

I would not recommend this water park or hotel. The water park was over crowded, although it was staffed well with friendly lifegaurds. The waterpark was clean. The hotel was not staffed well. There were not enough people checking in, and they did not have our reservation correct. There were people running around the floor all night long knocking on doors and yelling. There was only 1 out of 3 elevators working and at one point I was on an elevator with 16 people and a woman yelled at me and threatened me. I called guest services and there was no compassion or concern for my safety or the safety of my family. We ate ate the resturant at the hotel and the service was exteremely slow. My family will not be back to this establishment.

With all due respect to the management of this hotel: I had to go to CVS to purchase Lysol spray and disinfectant wipes and thoroughly clean the room and bathroom before I felt comfortable enough to let my children use it. The couch had a few bodily fluid stains, hair, etc. We kept it covered with sheets to prevent our children from touching it. All soft surfaces could use a steam cleaning! The room had a peculiar smell of humidity. All downstairs hallways could use pressure washing and a fresh coat of paint. ONE POSITIVE: The life guard staff and other hotel staff were friendly, courteous and polite, no issues there. I think the main problem with this location lies it it's cleaning managent's expectations, and the overall upkeep of the grounds. The place has potential to be great, but it needs leadership that catches these problems. Next time we will be trying the Holiday Inn / Water Park. Thank you.

Had a great time at CoCo Keys. Great place for families as there are many things to do. From the water park to the game arcade you can't go wrong. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. Would Highly recommend staying here!!

It was a long drive from Houston. When I got here, the staff at reception was discussing audibly who was going to check me in (You do it. No why don't you...etc. etc.) Not quite the warm welcome. I let it go. I was over it. Long trip - not worth it. No big deal. As a business owner, myself, it would be considered unacceptable conduct coming from my staff.

But what put me off was the condition of our room. There is a weird stain on the pull out sofa and a CURLY HAIR in the tub (I decided to take a picture of it before I bathed my daughter. I had to clean the tub -myself- with the Lysol wipes from my car.) Was this room REALLY sanitized?? I have an infant and a toddler. I vehemently regret spending my money here, esp when I had other options. I chose this place so my kids could enjoy the water park, but it's not even worth it.

Had a blast with the family! Would have given it 5 stars had all their staff were polite, suffice it to say 2 out of the many that worked there were not happy to be there and did not deliver any customer service; they were pretty cranky and bothered to be doing there jobs.

If I could give this resort no stars I would. Stay far away from this resort. The customer service was terrible, the room smelled, the toilet ran 24 hours a day, the shuttle service is a joke, the food was terrible. When we checked in our room wasn't ready, oh but no worries they have a luggage room you can put all your stuff in while you wait 5 hours for your room. The front desk staff is a joke, the housekeeping is a joke. Beds are uncomfortable, pillows might as well have been rocks in a pillowcase. The other family we traveled with made it very clear when we made the reservation they would need a roll away since they have 3 kids, they never received one so the kids had to take turn sleeping on the dirty nasty floor. We traveled all the way from Wyoming to this resort and the second we walked in I was regretting my decision to not stay somewhere else. The website says "free wifi" that is false, you can only get free wifi for 24 hours. If you plan on staying at Universal later then 8 better plan on grabbing a cab home because the shuttle service stops running at 8 or so. I read some of the reviews and the "owner" replies to them basically stating that people with bad reviews should have made complaints known to a manager during our stay, well trust me we tried, we were never able to get ahold of a manager the entire time we were there. This was our first trip to Florida and if I ever come back again I would not stay here!!

This is great for a family vaca. There is a big Waterpark play area. A section for kids. Covered. They have life guards in kids area. There is a regular pool and jacuzzi too. They have a big arcade. Breakfast was $38 for 2 adults 2 kids. Location is ideal to pointe plaza. Chuckecheese is across the stree so is cici pizza. McDonald's is in walking distance. The orlando eye is 5 min away. Theres pirates cove mini golf minutes away. An escape room is 8 min away. We went to sea world and aquatica which is 10 min away. On the bad side rooms are small ac is loud and parking is crazy.

As soon as you walked into the lobby for check in the strong smell of roach spray gave you and instant headache. Also, no one was at the front desk for over 30 minutes and there was a line. Went elsewhere.

The hotel is fantastic for kids, everything in one place, room service was acceptable but WiFi does not work :-( Lifeguards very attentive specialty one of them named Gonzalo, he is very professional and nice to the kids.!!!! (Price per room per night too high)
We stayed from August 10 to August 13, 2015)
Oops and by the way this is not a resort, sorry :-(

Love it

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had ...

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. We booked our 2 night stay on a 3rd party website we got charged for our stay which included resort fees. We went to the hotel to check in and we're charged additional resort fees upon check in. We got to our room and the shower curtain bar was falling off the wall so the curtain didn't stay shut. Our phone in the room didn't work at all so thank god we have cell phones. The tv was missing most of the channels a d the ones that did come in were fuzzy. The mini fridge froze our food so there goes a waste of money. So despite all that we decided to try and eat joy ourselves which we did for the most part. Management did give us a restaurant credit so we had some food to eat while there and upon check out they did credit us the resort fees we paid at check-in. When we checked out we did hear multiple other guests complaining about their rooms as well. I'm a local and really like the water park it's about the only awesome thing about this hotel.

This hotel was so nasty I would never recommend it to anyone . The smell is horrid and that is the least of your concerns. The rooms are so dusty and our shower head was molded . The lamp in our room did not work and they had to replace it .
And then our door was broken and we had to sit outside for 10 minutes just to get in . We had roaches in each of our two rooms and it was so tragic . This is by far the nastiest hotel I ve ever stayed in and I m surprised they haven t been closed down yet due to all the complaints. None of the ice machines had ice. As far as professionalism they don t have any if you are wondering. One star is too good for this hotel but they won t let me give negative . IF YOU ARE READING THIS DO NOT COME HERE. If So GOOD LUCK

This hotel does not even rate..It was horrible. I prepaid$429 and when I get there they charge an additional $130!...The room was not clean and smelled of mold and mildew..I only received 4 cable channels and when I finally got someone at front desk they sent security to fix the tv!..smh..this was the worst mistake..the brochures don't match up to what you actually get...and they charged me $10 a day for parking but website stated free self parking...worst place ever! Definitely not worth the money that I spent.
