I had the worst experience with the front desk when we were there last Thanksgiving. First, they assigned us a room, the key card was not working. My husband went to front desk, they told us to wait outside the room and someone would come to open the door for us, we waited for 20 mins, nobody came. From the outside I saw the room only had one bed, I booked Deluxe Two Beds room. So we went to front desk, and told them the one bed room was not we booked. The boy at front desk was very rude and told me 'Just go to your room'. The manager lady was rude too, she said we booked from third party, Deluxe Two Beds means one king bed. What unreasonable explanation! Anyway, we got a two beds room at last, but it cost us one hour. In addition, they asked $50 deposit in case we break anything in the room. I never heard of deposit for a hotel room in my whole life. After we got into the room, found the TV was not working, so we called them immediately, they replaced it with another one. I think if I didn't call, they would charge me for the broken TV. They also charge the resort fee for the water park, but when we were there, the waterpark was always closed. Anyway, I would not recommend this place for anyone.
