This company is in charge of collecting payment for my HOA. I have had the worst experience with them. Every month I have to deal with a new issue for billing and have to jump through their hoops. They either loose my autopay paperwork, forget to charge me or charge me for a late fee even though I was auto pay. Their solution is that I need to right a letter to the board to get the fee waived. They take zero accountability and just pawn off their issues to someone else. If you can avoid this company at all costs.

Every single horrible review of these people is well deserved. I can't say "well earned", because "earned" implies effort & they don't actually do anything, unless you count making promises & not delivering as doing something. I'm standing in my unit right now as raccoons or possums claw & scratch inside my wall. This has been going on for 3 days. I called Josh Grass first thing yesterday morning & emailed him video of the problem at his request. An entire business day came to a close and I never heard anything back. Called him again first thing this morning & he said the exterminator was supposed to call me yesterday. He said he'd call them today. I waited 7 hours & nothing. At 3:52 pm I called him to let him know that they never called me & I was concerned about another business day coming to a close without this being resolved. His exact words were "If I have to stay here late tonight to get this taken care of for you, I will." Now it's after hours and he's at home. It hasn't been taken care of and the animals are now in my upstairs neighbors unit pushing against a hatch in their wall trying to get into their unit. Their dog is up there going crazy. Somebody with no hands couldn't drop the ball more than these people.

Hands down the worst property management company in Orange County. If you want to work with this company know that they don't care if your HOA board violates CC&R's at all. They will justify the corrupt actions of a rouge board. They do not understand that they work for the HOA not the HOA board. When we had a complaint of violence all they said was show us proof. Then we came across some video that shows an HOA board member with a bat making threats to a resident. We sent Regent this and all they said was that he wasn't a board member at that time just a resident because it was in the day not at a board meeting. They are spineless and lack ethics. Don't use them and if you do stop using them.

Terrible terrible terrible. What happened to customer service? I ve been patient and understanding but there comes a point where it s just ridiculous.

Been trying to get a hold of Drew for about a month. Only talked to him once 3 weeks ago and he told me he d get pest control over our place. Still haven t gotten a phone call until today from pest control because I yelled about why the job wasn t getting done. I still haven t heard from Drew. If I didn t have yelled today, honestly no idea when the job would get done, but does it have to get to this??? Why couldn t it have been done a month ago? It literally is just a phone call.

Bed Bugs did infest my house due to the negligence of Regent Association Services. The bed bugs lived off my family and caused us PTSD as we couldn't sleep.

Regent, knowingly that they were at fault hired a termite control service for bed bugs. This was frustrating as they did not specialize in bed bug termination. When I brought up heat treatment, the agency tried to discourage me bysuggesting house damage will occur from heat treatment. FALSE!

We hired OC Pest control who was the best. They took care of two rooms for $750 and cleared the problem.

However, I had to meet the board (regent services) to present my case as to why we should be reimbursed for the payment. The board then decided that the owner, per the tenant who dumped the illegal items, needed to pay in full. We were lead under the presumption that this would be mandated by the board of Association. This was not case, and we have still yet to be paid.

We reached out to the association several times to no avail. They will not help us regain or recover the money owed to us due to their negligence.

This association is inept and run by gangsters. Go else where with your money.

This management association is absolutely the worse. If you live in the Monte Carlo Dr. town homes, then you know this agency collects fees and does nothing in return.

Our neighbor have been dumping bed bug infested furniture that has sat outside for over three weeks. If I wanted this kind of ambiance, I could have moved to the hood.. Not a place that claims they are regulated by HOA. PLEASEEEEEE.

The neighbors house is infested, which means the complex could be infested. I am now moving into legal action as I know my rights. Regent's sense of urgency is a complete zero.

All the negative reviews on here reflect exactly what I have been experiencing with the community manager we have, Lisa. She is unprofessional and condescending, not even proofreading her replies to me or apologizing for her mistakes and negligence. She keeps asking the same questions that I have already provided answers to regarding the issues I brought up, and still not have provided any solutions. Keep in mind, these issues are already supposed to be their responsibility, such as keeping the common areas looking acceptable, that she failed to take care of and still hasn't fixed since we had to voice our concerns. This is the most frustrating and upsetting process and I can't believe that we have to pay for this incompetence.

My garage is still flooding and it's been almost 2 years since my first complaint. They put bags of dirt in front of my garage, but the placement was wrong. It made a 4 inch pool of water in my garage. The water also mixed with the dirt and made a muddy mess inside my garage as well. They tried the same thing last year, and I told them it didn't work but they wasted money trying it again. Other houses in my area are sinking and their foundations are warping. It seems like my house is getting worse and worse because even with light rainfall more and more water is collecting in my garage. The pool is always dirty. To make matters worse, our HOA fees were raised again.
I have documents that show they knew my house was sinking and garage was flooding for 4 years now. Still nothing has been done about it and they decided to update the balconies instead. I still don't get any phone calls or emails answered. Almost every single time I call, it goes to voicemail. I leave a voicemail, but it never gets returned. I wait a week and write an email. My email never gets returned. I repeat this process every other week. The only time my HOA director picked up she immediately transferred my call to someone else who also didn't pick up their phone. I didn't even get to speak to her for more than 2 minutes. When my significant other calls, the director was apparently very rude and hung up on him. On the off chance my email does get answered, I get vague non-responses.
I went to an HOA meeting and asked what the $300 special association fee was and they said "that's the lowest amount we can legally charge without disclosing it." so I asked "So what does that mean? What is it being spent on. I'm sure people want to know." and they mumbled "expenses....unforeseen expenditures..." On a yelp review, one member discussed how they used this HOA for negligence. The judge ruled in his favor, but now everyone in his community has to pay for higher HOA fees due to their incompetence.

Most people have the same opinion as mine, they even don't deserve one star, I wish there was a Zero stars! They just don't care about their customers, they don't help. You call them ten time and they never get back to you unless they want to give you a warning letter...they don't take responsibility over their bad treatment to customers! For your sake, NEVER rent or buy through these people!

My company completed a job for the HOA @ Canyon Pointe in Anaheim Hills on June 11th and it took 62 days for them to pay us for a water damage restoration job. Before you work for CMC or REGENT ASSOCIATION SERVICES HOA management company, please know that there is a good chance that they won't pay you on time. Paying late is a pretty typical practice nowadays that many management companies use to keep their money longer but it is both unprofessional and unethical. We imposed a standard Late Fee and they choose not to pay it. The only way to stop this BS is too let other people know and maybe they will lose business and decide to change the way they do business. My company will NEVER do business with them again and we hope you don't either.

Dealing with Regent has been a very unprofessional experience. They are not accomodating with service requests where the CR&R's clearly state the HOA's responsiblity. Even after we sold our home, they continued to take HOA payments from our bank although they were notified about our account no longer being active and that we've sold our home. They won't refund our payment until 5 business days after it's cleared. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!

Trust the reviews. I'm aware that HOAs in general can be a struggle but this HOA exceeds everything I've read and heard. They are nit-picky, unreasonable, and disrespectful. I won't be surprised if they're found to have carried out discriminatory practices towards some residents. We have been arguing for almost a year over a furniture on our patio that's supposed to be none of their business. Their fees are exorbitant especially for all the unnecessary things that they do (or don't do). Our community has a significantly high resident turnover rate. They lack empathy, decency, respect, and competence. We have lost many hours, weeks, and months trying to follow their unreasonable and sometimes imaginary guidelines. Dealing with this HOA will never be worth all the positive things you can get from a house - it is a traumatic experience and it will eat you from the inside out.
