Bed Bugs did infest my house due to the negligence of Regent Association Services. The bed bugs lived off my family and caused us PTSD as we couldn't sleep.

Regent, knowingly that they were at fault hired a termite control service for bed bugs. This was frustrating as they did not specialize in bed bug termination. When I brought up heat treatment, the agency tried to discourage me bysuggesting house damage will occur from heat treatment. FALSE!

We hired OC Pest control who was the best. They took care of two rooms for $750 and cleared the problem.

However, I had to meet the board (regent services) to present my case as to why we should be reimbursed for the payment. The board then decided that the owner, per the tenant who dumped the illegal items, needed to pay in full. We were lead under the presumption that this would be mandated by the board of Association. This was not case, and we have still yet to be paid.

We reached out to the association several times to no avail. They will not help us regain or recover the money owed to us due to their negligence.

This association is inept and run by gangsters. Go else where with your money.

This management association is absolutely the worse. If you live in the Monte Carlo Dr. town homes, then you know this agency collects fees and does nothing in return.

Our neighbor have been dumping bed bug infested furniture that has sat outside for over three weeks. If I wanted this kind of ambiance, I could have moved to the hood.. Not a place that claims they are regulated by HOA. PLEASEEEEEE.

The neighbors house is infested, which means the complex could be infested. I am now moving into legal action as I know my rights. Regent's sense of urgency is a complete zero.
