They have a lot of pools so you do not have to worry about overcrowding. They have a water park inflatable available but i haven't tried it. The cottages come in different sizes to suit one's needs. What we got is a 3-stories multiple room house and it met our requirements. Complementary breakfast is good.

The staffs are polite but there is shortage of staff. Foods are served late, even payment takes time.

Very nice resort with lots of different pool amenities. There are different villas full of room. There are also a variety of restaurants. Golf carts roam around and are free of charge if you get tired of walking. Staff are friendly and accommodating. You'll get a great view of Taal.

Resort style accommodation on the shores of Lake Taal. Several restaurants on site; breakfast available.
Staff were able to book trekking to Taal Volcano which included a guide, boat ride, water, and "bura" hat (wide brimmed traditional hat).

Staff were not accommodating at all.

Staff were not accommodating at all.
First they don't allow you to check in a bit earlier than 3pm.
The resto is so hot they don't open the fan even though we've ordered food.
We got the villa and the rooms were awful it's not clean, most of the furnitures are dusty, there's busted lights everywhere and door lock from the rooms were damaged.
You don't get what you paid for.
It's just pricey, will not recommend this place even for events.

i could give more stars but we really had a bad dining experience. we arrived at noon so we need to eat, it took 52 min. for our food and its not even complete. we are done eating so we decided to cancel the other food that didnt arrived, the bad thing is our order drinks it never came, imagine eating without drinking is like taking a shower without a soap!!!!. evening we want to sit on a table outside and the attendant told us we are not allowed to sit on the particular area unless we avail of the buffet. so we avail of the buffet and it was so expensive we took it bcoz of the view and we feel comfortable sitting there. after a while we noticed that there are some guest ordering. what??!!!! we felt like we are forced to avail of the buffet. and i noticed servers are more attentive to foreign guest. i would love to go back bcoz of the facility is clean and the view of taal volcano is great. But NO!!!!

Went here for a teambuilding activity. The resort is relaxing, with direct access to the lake - you can't swim on it though of course, as it's a volcanic lake. Nevertheless the pools and the gardens are still enjoyable.

Although the view is nice and the food is okay, there's nothing so special about this place if it weren't for the AquaPlay park.

We availed of the superior room with lake view balcony and was disappointed: no safety box, no fire sprinklers, no elevators, and the rooms aren't secured enough. People can come inside through the glass doors instead of the main door.

The pools here aren't great either, it's mediocre.

Food is great but waiters aren't professional enough. It's also hard to get assistance from the staff. It was raining when we came but no one assisted us. We're all wet when we got out of the car to the front desk.

The internet connectivity in this place is horrible. You pay more for the higher rooms but WiFi coverage is on the lower outdoors which will not our room. Mobile signal isn't great too. Then even if you're outdoors it's still hard to connect to their WiFi due to the number of users connected.

There's also a phone in the time which can't phone outside calls (only the front desk) which is terrible.

Also the building construction doesn't seem to prioritize fire safety. No obvious fire escapes and no sprinklers and smoke detectors in the room.

I would give this a 1 star if it weren't for their delicious pizza and AquaPlay park.

Horrible place.

Nice place, our stay was a nice experience except for some minor issues. First of all no one will assist you going to your rented place. We spent some time looking for our room or which building should we go. We even mistakenly tried to open the wrong door with the keys they gave us because it has the same room number written on the keys, except that it's in a wrong building!
Secondly, you'll have to hold your breath when using the toilet IF ONE OF YOUR BUDDIES USED IT (AND POOPED) AHEAD OF YOU BECAUSE THERE IS NO EXHAUST FAN IN THE TOILET! (In our rented room).
Last but not the least, it seems the management didn't considered some guests would rather prefer to stay in the room after strolling around a bit, and watch TV (like small kids and / or seniors) because the television set has a very bad reception. You won't get anything good to watch.

Really nice place for holidays to relax with a large pool and great restaurant. The food was once good. The rooms were clean and air conditioned. Unfortunately we only had one day to spend there, but we will definitely be back.

The place is beautiful with a nice view of Taal Lake and volcano when i step outside of the room. The room is clean and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and accomodates all my whims and requests quickly. Excellent service! I felt like VIP. The food is delicious! I recommend you try their bagnet. I was surprised it was very crispy yet the meat is tender and juicy. I thought delicious bagnet can only be found in the north Luzon! Maybe they hired a chef from the north :) warning: eat in moderate amounts, you may be tempted to eat more.. watch your cholesterol! The newly opened aquapark is a blast! I thought one hour would not be enough but it's the best one hour of our stay :) jetski is a bit expensive but it's fun! You can rent a boat to go to the nearby islands. We went trekking on volcano island. The lake water is mostly green and we saw fishes in the water. But they told us not to feed the fish. Make sure you bring waterproof bags with extra clothes if you go boating and trekking volcano island. We got wet when the fishes splashed and when the boat sped up. Also, we can't resist to try the hot spring in volcano island. They have two huge pools located at both ends of the resort. We had fun! :) i don't see any issues with the rest rooms when we visited. Everything is pristine and in good working condition. Maybe they improved them already? I think the place is perfect for special occasions like wedding, proposal, debut, christening, anniversary, etc. Oh, they have a chapel too! :) it makes me dream of having my own wedding there :)
