Our room is located at superior lakeside (Mabini) near the resto and infinity pool. Room is quite comfy but there has a lot of black ants in the mini kitchen. Wifi access within the facilities even when we are inside our room. We enjoyed swimming at their biggest pool located at the main side of the resort. Buffet breakfast in the morning with perfect view of Taal Volcano from the resort

It's the closest I've ever been to Lake Taal! 5 stars for their helpful staff! They responded quickly when we got locked out of our villa. I'm a hoko onchi and one of their staff went out of his way to assist me in going back to our villa. Breakfast buffet time was expectedly busy and I had my bag with me so I had to walk slowly with my plate, careful not to bump anyone. I was pleasantly surprised when one of their restaurant staff carried my food for me and helped me to my table. When phones are installed inside the villas for easier communication with front office and yummier-tasting (not just yummy-looking) desserts are served, I'll gladly upstar to 5!

Very serene and private but still open for chilling and sun bathing. Big public pool area and has lots of amenities like pizzeria, buffet, day tour activities, spa and more. This place is literally a beautiful community inside a small community.

Great place for teambuilding. They have really deep pools that you can enjoy, and open grounds which you can use for big activities. The Aqua Park was a challenge. It was your obstacle-course-above-water kind of activity. The view of Taal was breathtaking. It was great time we went in the morning.

Only issues with the place would be the cleanliness and few shower places. Moreover, the Aqua Park needs maintenance.

A beautiful resort overlooking the view of Taal Volcano. The swimming pools (3) are clean, a sumptuous breakfast buffet...but we missed the live organ music at night. There should be a ballroom dance too, why not? THANK YOU

We just had our forum there. We had to work, so my comments are limited to the function room/maharlika hall, our assigned bedroom, and everything on the way to-and-fro. We did not have am or pm snacks, because our prescribed budget limit was not enough.

As always, the view of nature (the lake and the volcano) is fantastic and majestic. God is amazingly good. Maybe more beautiful if errupting?

The function room/maharlika hall is good. However, we observed that there were two electrical outlets having no power.
Food is tasty.

Beddings are comfortable and crisp. Aircon temp in the bedroom is comfortably cool.
Wifi is accessed per day using a voucher code from the front desk. The bedroom is ready with soap, lotion, 3-in1 coffee in sachets, bottled water; has TV (no printed channel guide) and cable service. Soap smells local and comfortably homey (like perla soap). Shower cubicle is well-made; no water can splash out.
No slippers provided.

Kitchen is provided in our bedroom, with one electric kettle, ref, and electric stove. However, no utensils nor cook wares are provided.

Front desk personnel are prompt, but may need to be more cheerful. Maybe they have a grouchy boss?

At night, the ambiance in almost all areas of the hotel is sexy and romantic, like the lightings are mellow and brown. Yes, i feel that the hotel at night is for couples and lovers, not family. Better get the children sleep early.

No landline in the bedroom. Front desk has mobile number under globe telecom.

My officemate and i bought a 85 grams pack of piatos flavored potato chips from the store (see picture) near the restaurant. My officemate took it understanding from what the sales clerk said that it costs p35, but was required to pay p75. No price tag now lable. Beware.

Great!

Club Balai Isabel is a resort that has a great view of Taal Lake and Volcano. The resort has a lot of activities like inflatable ispand, team building activities, and nature tripping. It sits on 14 hectares of land so there's a lot to go around.

View is fascinating, food is great, cold, cold, cold, windy like there's a storm permanently staying here in this place and WiFi is not working. Haha. No cell signal on rooms too. It's a roller ride to get here. Literally. The road has steep and sharp turns. One of the pool (the smallest one) is dirty and cannot be used. Overall, this place is where you want to be if you want to just chill and unwind. Again, it's windy like there's no tomorrow.

Rooms and restroom are spacious, clean and has a rustic feel. The resort is huge with trees and other plants, the Taal lake and Taal volcano as natural backdrop. It has helipad, aqua park, entertainment centers, restaurants, swimming pools and venue for events, seminars and conventions. You can go boating, kayaking, jet skiing, biking, banana boating, play basketball, tennis, billiards or just go walking around the resort. There are variety of rooms to choose from depending on the number of occupants and your budget. You can bring and cook food or just opt to eat at their restaurants. We went ghost hunting on Halloween day coz there is a ruin of an old church in the area which was converted into a cemetery a long time ago... It was spookytacular Halloween for us and my kids and we had so much fun. We will surely go back again.

With the construction of new banquet hall, a very nice edition to the vast property, our (company) guests conveniently lounge inside while their young enjoyed the inflatable playground about 200 meters away.

Place is great for family bonding however, we happened to stay besides a group who does not respect the serenity of the place and the peace and quiet need of their neighbors for coming there. I believe there should be a roving security ensuring guests are not disturbing other guests in the area

This place is on the expensive side of life. Your renting a villa here and not a room. Very laid back, lots of activities to do if you want to, like swimming at pool or lake, riding banana boat or water craft, biking, horseback riding or you can even explore the volcano at the center of the lake for a fee. Food are very good, the in house pizza, superb!

very affordable delicious food, especially the pizza and ulang we thought it was expensive because of very cozy location. and the place is such a lovely stay given the fact that it was just a month after the taal eruption.. thank you for making my husband's bday worth staying.

Great birthday adventure for me and my family! There had been some slight problems with the air-conditioning but overall we had so much fun, especially my daughter, who kept jumping into the pool, practicing her diving skills.
