Celebrated my 18th birthday there. One room we thought accommodated 4 can actually fit about 8 people if there 2 on each bed and the beds are big. Aqua park is big and fun. Beach isn't clean and buffet doesn't have much options but still okay.

What stoodout for Balai Isabel was the service. The service was very warm, very accomodating and welcoming. They really do pay attention to your needs. The view was great and a lot of activities to do around the resort. Pools were clean and well maintained. If checked in you get a discount to their aqua park. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Toiletries were lacking - no toothbrushes, lacking towels etc. Very narrow steps going up to our rooms. You can't do two way unless you're ready to hug whoever it is you're meeting along the stairs.When we went over the weekend (Jan 2018), place was packed. Food was ok - nothing special. Our free breakfast was with a huge crowd so they ran out of food and we had to wait 15 mins standing in line for a refill. Parking was also a challenge.

Stayed at the place for a team building activity. The room is very spacious, clean and conducive. The amenities are great. The scenery is amazing with a close view of the Taal Volcano, and landscaping of the place is beautiful with many trees. There are lots of rooms in different buildings so it can accommodate large volume of guest at a given time. Perfect for family gatherings, team buildings and other occasions. The staffs are very friendly and polite. Overall, it's a great choice for your outing.

A very big place. With lots of things to to wirh the family. Many swimming pools. U cn use the swimming pool nearest to your room. You can arrange a tour to go to Taal Volcano.

Great place to stay and unwind in Batangas. Huge rooms with great views on the outside. Staffs are very approachable. Great for family bondings, company outings, events and more.

Improve your food for seminar reservations. You serve dishes repeatedly. Ugghhh

Delightful place to stay. Picturesque view, delicious food and relaxing ambience.

It is the variety of activities you can do here that I think gives this resort an edge over others located near Taal Volcano. There's even a church inside the 17 hectare property. And a basketball court. And some big houses one can rent overnight. The service is okay. The sunset here can be romantic.

Hot lobby. No wifi. No phone. No roomservice. Dirty floors. Streets poorly lit. Food is bad. The only thing you will get is a nice view of the lake and volcano. All that for the price of a 5 star hotel

ok, and its nice to stay if you want to refresh or to unwind.

This is a magical place I will remember forever. Staff are wonderful but be aware the people wearing white are unpaid students so don't be shy to tip.

All the activities were expensive. The food was on the pricey side.

Perfect for Planning Sessions. Food was good and staff attended to all our needs with no complaints.

Just the usual resort with houses as rooms. I like that they have kitchen amenities though water smells but overall a fun place to be with the family.

It was my second time.visiting this place last month. Family gathering was so cozy and enjoyable in this place. Swimming while viewing the enchanting Taal volcano and its lake around was very amazing and relaxing. The staff assigned in our rented house were very accomodating. There was also an ecar to be used around the whole area.

Beautiful place. My dessert didn't come and I had to ask for it many times, only to be disappointed. Buko pandan didn't have any buko. So you should not order this

The excellent scenery of Taal volcano and the broad range of hotels inside the club balai isabel is excellent. There are broad ranges of things to do in the place and very good when conducting seminars, parties and the likes. There are different food hall and cafe there where you can have relaxation while seeing taal volcano

One of the most amazing place i've visited at Batangas. They have nice and accommodating staff, cozy with well-airconditioned rooms. The place is very large and you can view the whole lake of Taal from there. Will visit soon if given the chance.

Great place for recreation and get away. Lots of fun activities to do. Buffet breakfast. Near the metro.

Place has great potential. Management needs to focas on thier customers on hand. Rooms were not the cleanest. Need a western protein added to Buffett. Smoke detector was removed from my room. Air conditioner was very noisy. Want to say the staff very friendly. Outside surounding well kept. Food prices were responsible.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy. Bathrooms were clean. Large property with tons to do. A lot of companies come here for team building but you'll also see families as well. The usage of bicycles, the inflatable park, and other amenities were a bit on the pricey end. But otherwise, it was a great place to visit!

A good place for holiday with family or friends. Staffs are friendly, activities are attractive but the water level in hotel was so low, hope they would make it better in the future though.

They have a huge place and it's a great venue for team building.

Overall clean. There are a lot of mangos here and there. There are restaurants and stores in the resort but it is a good idea to come before the resort. There is a convenience store about five minutes away by car, but the walk does not illuminate. Resorts Curitiba do not even try to walk. There was a swimming pool everywhere, so it would have been nice if you could take a bathing suit. There is a beer infinite bar 2 minutes walk from the entrance. There is also a local bank ATM. There is a resort WiFi but it is very weak and it is good to keep pocket WiFi if you keep going. For your reference, the bed is hard.

1hr drive from Alabang via slex and star tollway. The place is fantastic! Pleasant units, delightful view of the taal lake and volcano, satisfying food, enjoyable pools. And the aqua park... exhilarating! The crew is nice too.

Food is not really good alot of house fly .... accomodation as well very poor...

Pool is beautiful, the food is good, i missed the fish foot spa..the lake is not for swimming.

Super fun experience. Enjoyed an all day bachelor's party here before my wedding. We rented the aqua park and jetskis. Surprised by how quiet and empty the place was. In the evening, enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurants viewing the sunset in the background. Spaghetti Bolognese was some of the best I've had in a long time.

Great for family vacation. Many activities can be enjoyed during your stay.

The one who plays the piano and sings at the pool in the evening is so cool and has a very good voice.

Expensive yet service sucks, cleanliness of villa sucks... We had a launching there, food that was supposed to be served are not fit for the number we reserved and it was somewhat pilfered...

The place was clean, windy and relaxing. It was also very spacious which made it feel less crowded.

Huge place. Nice surroundings. However, I was stuck in the elevator in one of the villas. I was pushing the emergency button but no one responded. Luckily I was able to cotact my brother who were in out room that time. Thank god.

The place is really beautiful & you'll be able to unwind there. They have plenty of water activities & have clean pools. I just strongly don't recommend the massage (or probably just the therapists who were assigned to us) as we left the massage room aching all over instead of feeling relaxed (We didn't tell the therapists as we didn't like to be 'rude'). Another downside though is that they didn't offer room service, & the shower knob was broken.Buffet breakfast was good as well. Hospitality-wise, the staff were polite and greeted us with smiles. Thumbs up still!

Was not what I expected; definitely would not pay the amount I did for what I got. Over priced

The compound is big, the Taal Volcano view is superb and uncomparable. The room where we stay is a bit old already but seems to be well maintained...

It has a wonderful view of Taal Volcano... the rooms were great and the water jamboree was exciting...

With a well developed termites nest along the bathroom door, you would question the cleanliness of the place. Stoves are available inside rooms but cooking is not allowed (all for display maybe) and a hot leaking air conditioner to complete a disappointing stay. The worst part is they failed to address our concerns after bringing it up to them. Never again.

Good for relaxing and unwinding. You can have relaxed and the best staycation although bit pricey but its worth it .

We don't like the food and also house keeping didn't clean the room every day

Large swimming resort with lots of room options.
The cottage house is the best for group or family setup.

The food buffet, staff and the view was nice but the accommodation was poor, knowing that we should be checked in at 2pm according to the resort's policy, but it took us almost an hour waiting for our room key card.

The resort facilities are good. I just have a concern with cream dory fish. Not a favorite fish. It is served from day 1 to 3.hehhehehhe
