We just had our forum there. We had to work, so my comments are limited to the function room/maharlika hall, our assigned bedroom, and everything on the way to-and-fro. We did not have am or pm snacks, because our prescribed budget limit was not enough.

As always, the view of nature (the lake and the volcano) is fantastic and majestic. God is amazingly good. Maybe more beautiful if errupting?

The function room/maharlika hall is good. However, we observed that there were two electrical outlets having no power.
Food is tasty.

Beddings are comfortable and crisp. Aircon temp in the bedroom is comfortably cool.
Wifi is accessed per day using a voucher code from the front desk. The bedroom is ready with soap, lotion, 3-in1 coffee in sachets, bottled water; has TV (no printed channel guide) and cable service. Soap smells local and comfortably homey (like perla soap). Shower cubicle is well-made; no water can splash out.
No slippers provided.

Kitchen is provided in our bedroom, with one electric kettle, ref, and electric stove. However, no utensils nor cook wares are provided.

Front desk personnel are prompt, but may need to be more cheerful. Maybe they have a grouchy boss?

At night, the ambiance in almost all areas of the hotel is sexy and romantic, like the lightings are mellow and brown. Yes, i feel that the hotel at night is for couples and lovers, not family. Better get the children sleep early.

No landline in the bedroom. Front desk has mobile number under globe telecom.

My officemate and i bought a 85 grams pack of piatos flavored potato chips from the store (see picture) near the restaurant. My officemate took it understanding from what the sales clerk said that it costs p35, but was required to pay p75. No price tag now lable. Beware.
