On 07/09/2017 I went to the Clinica Bazterrica guard to consult about severe pain in the right breast. I was attended by Dr. Paola Castro (gynecologist). It indicates ultrasound and gives me an order for Mammography, omitting that it should be with the Eklund technique, when I ask him to correct the order, he not only refuses but breaks the poorly made order and states that he has no obligation to do so, that he was just doing me a favor. LOUD ATTENTION, I wonder if that dra. He remembers the Hippocratic Oath, although I doubt it since he did not know how mammography with the eklund technique was requested.

It depends a lot on the doctor who takes care of you, I spent two and a half hours waiting on guard to be treated with much pain, they did my studies and they sent me home. I returned to the night again, I was treated by another guard and did not hesitate to admit me because the studies showed infection and inflammation. The first doctor who treated me a total disaster. The rest I can not complain, all super attentive both the doctors who treated me after all the nurses.

An otorrino named Pelagia Calle attended me on guard, a total shame, zero ethics. I was forced to ask him not to yell at me, besides that, the conclusions he drew from my discomfort were arbitrary and clearly showed discrimination against me for being a foreigner. I do not understand how people with that human quality have a degree in medicine and worse, as they are allowed to practice in a clinic, worse still, work in areas such as the medical guard, where patients are most vulnerable.

The inpatient doctors are a joke. The doctor wanted to discharge me when my throat was extremely swollen and I couldn't drink water or eat. He wanted to give me diclofenac since I am chronically ill and have contraindicated NSAIDs as they can cause me to relapse. I told him that and he said "why?"
I explained to him and he left for an hour and came back and indicated ibuprofen. I thought it was charging me, since that's another NSAID. When I explained to him that it was also contraindicated and that it hurts me a lot, he said "good, but it's not as bad as diclofenac"
Ma'am, are you a gastroenterologist? Do you really want to bypass my gastroenterologist's directions simply because you want to get me off my back to go watch the game, no matter what that might do to me? I warned of my pathology as soon as I entered. There is no excuse for this.
What if, despite knowing my pathology, I did not know that I cannot use NSAIDs and their careless indication causes me a serious relapse? Who takes charge?

Since they agreed to bring cheap plans and various social works, this clinic and the other venues became fourth, reaching the level of public hospital for administrative and telephone care. The doctors of the public are excellent, here they bring all Caribbean people who have no idea of the Argentine idiosyncrasy

They operated on me yesterday, I had 2 very bad experiences at CEMIC, the excellent truth is Bazterrica when one can compare. From the nurses, stretcher bearers, anesthetist, surgeons, I treat first and foremost human and warm.
I highly recommend it for surgeries !!!!!

It happened to me more than a year ago that I had a cold and a lot of mucus. I went to the guard and the dra (too young) prescribed 3 medications. The next day I started vomiting and a dra left me under observation all night since I couldn't drink any water. (In that sense, everything seemed very correct in terms of attention on guard). When I go to my clinical doctor, he tells me that one of the mucus medications should be 1 per day and not one every 12 hours since it was very strong. Question of how much stomach broke my remedy.

Terrible attention. I went to the guard and they made me wait almost 2 hours. I was treated by a foreigner and prescribed an anti-inflammatory ... even though I had heart problems. Not even a plaque was made to me. I went to Anchorena, they made me 2 electros, 2 plates and they attended to me faster.

I'm only going to give you two stars for the human quality of the nurses and the floor doctors. The guard is a fright, my baby if we did not insist she was not admitted when she was clearly dehydrating, after just 3 days of being hospitalized they did a stool ... Second day eco and laboratory, first day nothing. That guard is a negligence, attended only by foreigners for everything that is pediatric, zero touch, they go as if guessing what to tell you or give you, they only change your medication as if it were a game and they send you to your house again with your sick baby . The truth is that I only thank the nurses and the doctors on the 5th floor for their good predisposition and care for my daughter, for the rest, the doctors on duty are fourth, they have no idea and have less idea of medicine than a pracricante.
They used to be one of the best guards, I always went and they tended me, but the quality of doctors fell a lot in these last two years. It is seen that by lowering costs hire anyone who claims to be a doctor, the problem is that they treat human beings and any error can be transformed into a risk of life. Hopefully, they will reconsider and raise their standards of attention again.

I fell in love with my son and the truth was that I was delighted with the attention and professionalism, in terms of 1st class hospitality. Nothing to object to, I hope I never need medical assistance, but if Bazterrica were like this, it will be my first option.

Very good medical care. Good professionals and facilities are excellent. The intensive therapy service could be a little better, it allows a person to stay all day, but only offer a plastic chair. They have very big problems of communication between floor doctors and medical specialists (able the doctor that attends you sends you to fast and the floor doctor asks to bring you the food). The nurses are geniuses!

Call to make sure if the reservation of a shift that you had made previously had been successful, but the person in charge of redirecting calls to each sector, told me that the lightning section was not enough because there was only one person attending, reason why which was impossible for me to do something as simple as checking an scheduled shift. Invest in hiring more employees so that both parties: clients and workers do not suffer this type of complications. regards

I just waited over an hour and a half at the guard to be seen. Next to me there was a woman with pain in her chest no less, she was crying and writhing in pain. The receptionists ignored his request to be attended quickly. Finally, she was only treated when a doctor came out and saw her like this, in addition to the shouting request of all of us in the waiting room. Everything is regrettable except for the clinical doctor who treated me, very human and professional.

Bad attention at the reception, bad manners. I was waiting in the guard 2 hours to attend to my daughter and it turned out that they had made a mistake and they had admitted her to a medical clinic and not to pediatrics. When I wanted to give my daughter a glass of water, glasses there were not just some papers to put together to use them for water, a disaster. I change a lot with respect to what I was before.

I want to thank the kindness of all the staff who were working last holiday from 25-5 at Cl.Bazterrica in Billinghurst between 11 and 15:30. I went to attend to my youngest daughter, both on-call reception, pediatric doctor, laboratory and security. But I would like to suggest that given the time of year when bronchial / flu symptoms etc worsen in children, they have more pediatricians ...... there was only one that acted properly, but there were more clinicians, with which At one point there were 30 parents with children waiting. For better care and less waiting on the little ones.- THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Atte. Andrea Visconti.-

Terrible and abuse of authority in the guard x a traumatologist who minorized my visit as "entry" .. "" this is a guard "and I was very sore and before my answer -q I knew perfectly well that it was a guard- in a tone firm, it seems that it bothered him ... and he says -okay, take off your clothes- like this! I tell him that I do not see it necessary and he refers to the need to check the skin ... I tell him that I do not understand ... he answers: -I call a nurse- I nodded because I was very upset ... and I am leaving after his terrible diagnosis over-ashamed believing that I was responsible ..... Later I noticed that I did not react and unfortunately he used his place of power and lacked to my integrity ... He also made me walk from one side to the other in my underwear ... was it necessary? It made me very bad I WILL NEVER COME BACK. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED

It is a total collapse, and I know that it is worse if you come here or go to a hospital. The waiting time in a guard is absurd. People without being able to breathe tell them, wait, they are already treated. I have more than two hours waiting for very strong dizziness and very intense headaches and there is no one to help or attend. It is throwing La Plata when paying the social work to go through this. A real shit

The guard attends prioritizing medical urgency. There are usually always a lot of people and that makes them take time to attend. If you are referred to study, it is done right there and the attention is quick and warm. Cleaning is always very good.

A disaster, the times I went to the guard dispatch you like this no more. Professionalism 0, study years to be poor. Work with the health of the people, guys, put the batteries. The reception guys super polite and friendly, but doctors learned everything in the faculty except treating people. To complete it, they always send some: last time they gave me a certificate to present to the work with the name of another person. According to them, once they call you, the medical record opens on the patient's computer. I repeat, a disaster

The worst experience of my life.

The worst experience of my life.
I went to the obstetric ward, 12 weeks pregnant and at a loss.
I do not know what I had to wait, I know it was enough, but honestly I just thought about knowing how my baby was doing.

After the ultrasound that confirmed the worst news I expected. The obstetrician (hopefully nobody else had the misfortune to meet her) told me for no apparent reason: "you can not ask for an ultrasound when you feel like it, what did you change to find out about this today or within a week if the result I was going to be the same. "
I was frozen. Without saying "A". I tried to get up and leave because at that moment of vulnerability I was not ready to receive that kind of treatment.
My boyfriend tried to stop me by telling me to wait for him to tell us what we had to do from that moment on. To which he replied that nobody told him what he had to do.
He insisted again telling him to please tell us the instructions to follow how should and should do any professional.
Then, she does not know why she felt intimidated and threatened to call security.
I broke down in tears and began to explain that no one was threatening her, that we were learning the worst news of our lives and that we simply needed to know how this was going on.
When he saw my condition, he apparently lowered a couple of changes and replied "here comes each one ..." (as if that were a reason to treat people badly).
After this he began to explain the steps to follow as a carnage, that what followed was given naturally, and that, (quote): "It's not like the grandmothers say that the boy is going to rot inside" towards (for her) a fetus, but for me, MY SON!
Being a teacher and working with 25 3-year-olds, he told me that it was not necessary to rest, that I should continue my normal life, that I was doing better, because the process was going to be faster ... Claro ... divino en My emotional state put me in front of a group of 3-year-old boys when all I wanted was to die.

From there, the next day, with the rest I needed to recover emotionally and physically provided by the teacher borrower, where, among other things, they told me, you can not go to work like that! ... I ended up at the HOSPITAL FOUNDATION (the best place in the world, with super human personnel and container) with terrible hemorrhage, some pain that twisted me on the stretcher, a curettage and an admission. And everything started at the same time that supposedly I should be doing "my normal life".

I regret so much of not having denounced that butcher in time, although obviously, she never gave me her name ... but something could have been done so that what happened to me did not happen to anyone else, NEVER !!

I went on guard for a plugged ear, conclusion they sent me to carry out 5 studies indicating the possibility of deafness, the attention of the doctor left much to be desired, not satisfied with said diagnosis, I approached the araoz otorhinolaryngology center, where the doctor checked me exactly in the same way as in the guard and they specified that it could be the plugged duct that connects the ear and nose.
Lack of empathy and professionalism!

It is the second time that I am misdiagnosed !! I finished an emergency in another hospital that knew how to diagnose me well and where they also had kind attention. I went 2 times to the guard and none of the times that I went they had an accurate diagnosis and on top of that they have bad ways of speaking to you in the obstetric area and sometimes they don't even know what they diagnose.

Very good attention, excellent cleaning in general. And very good predisposition of the health personnel, as well as the rest of the campus.
To recommend.
It does not change with the passage of time, and I tell a personal experience from almost 20 years ago, when I arrived with a huge concern about the health of my baby (today 19 years old), and the experience and tranquility that the pediatrician transmitted to me It is priceless, especially when you are a new dad and do not know some issues. And in fact she was his doctor until he was 18.
Very grateful overall.

The day 25/03/19 I had a spinal surgery from the moment zero that I got the attention was spectacular, starting with my DR Walter Pluis that is excellent (my social work Ospedyc covered me the operation and intenacion there most of the most)
I do not remember all the names but thanks to the nurses who prepared me to enter the operating room, the stretcher-bearers who were in surgery do not remember the names of all but Valentin the anesthetist a love, in therapy to the sick who are 100% with the patient, Julio, Daniel, Bety and so many more Lucia the Doctor in charge of the shift etcetera, to all heartfelt thanks, the spectacular food and hygiene in therapy and then in the room when they passed me. I hope it comes to you because most people raise complaints and bad, never good.
Beyond passing a post operative I felt cared for and I made thousands of jokes all the time with the doctors and nurses.
Finally a cordial greeting from the heart!
