I just waited over an hour and a half at the guard...

I just waited over an hour and a half at the guard to be seen. Next to me there was a woman with pain in her chest no less, she was crying and writhing in pain. The receptionists ignored his request to be attended quickly. Finally, she was only treated when a doctor came out and saw her like this, in addition to the shouting request of all of us in the waiting room. Everything is regrettable except for the clinical doctor who treated me, very human and professional.
