Good price but they should put air freshener in the rooms

Want to give minus stars. First, showed low price online for non-smoking room.. and when I visited this place, they told me high price and told me that only smoking room is available. Worst service.

Tends to have hookers around every other day, and I wouldn't recommend walking on the floor with your barefeet

Not sure what room the negative nelleys stayed in... However Im not sure what they were expecting. This area itself isn't exactly the place you'd find the Soho or Royal York. I saw 6 rats running around the parking lot next door. The Hells angels club house is one street over. Two abandoned houses and a few empty businesses adorn the street. Please note there was no sign of rodents at the hotel. It was clean. I had everything promised towels etc.. Staff were pleasant and the jacuzzi suite was comfortable and even has a sauna it was unique and a bargain for the getaway provided. Bed was comfortable. No bed bugs. If you need a cheap but decent stay and you're not a fuss budget give it a try. But don't expect a five star in a 2 star zone. Its a true diamond in the rough.

Wet carpets. Over priced. Really bad smell. Very poor customer service.

Room was clean but no hot water and very little room to get by the microwave /fridge stand into the bathroom

Please double check room request 24 hrs befo checkin . We had 3 big suitcases + 3 heavy hand bags - "sorry" room booked , only room available on 2nd floor . Nxt, Surprise ! - room does not autolock from outside ! Dangerous ! Changed room Nxt day !

Actually quite a nice place to stay. And conveniently located.

Mattresses are hard and lumpy.
Rooms are tiny.

Clean room, nice and quiet, comfortable bed. Close to places to grab a bite to eat, we didn't have access to a vehicle and had no trouble.

Check in and the place looked worn down and dirty. Went into the room reserved and found the bathroom black with mold, dirty and not livable. Checked out and left.

Horrible horrible experience. From them putting a $250 hold on my visa in case of room damage. This is because I do not have a drivers license due to the fact I have epilepsy. To the over flowing toilet. To the people next door fighting half the night. Was charged $1 in the evening for a pop and this morning they wanted $1.25. I will never ever stay here and gain! :-(

They did new renovations! Very clean and modern room for the price definitely worth it. Customer service was great at check in mahesh was very welcoming!

It was ok for a quick rest stop, but wouldn't stay long. The one bed had stains on the sheet so we only used the other bed.

It's a nice room with many amenities like cable TV, a micowave, a mini fridge, and a desk. The rooms vary in many sizes with larger rooms even including a sauna, and a large bathtub. The first floor room's doors lead to the outside while second floor is inside. The men at the front desk are very nice and let you into the building when needed

HORRIBBLE!!!!! We found bed bugs in one of our beds, at 2:30am, and the night manager refused to give us a refund. This place is dirty and has ZERO amenities! NEVER EVER stay here!!!

This hotel has bed bugs and is dirty. The floor was horrible and so dirty.
The reception was ok in general.

Musty smell in the room and cleanliness of the doubtful shower ..

It was ok to stay for the night except some people made a lot of noise at night till someone got them to calm down

Cheapest price in area. Friendly staff, mostly. They cleaned my room every day. I was satisfied w service and suite for the price.

This hotel is perfectly acceptable. It is not fancy, but it is affordable. My room was clean and my bed was comfortable. It isn't in the best part of town and there were a couple of unsavory characters around. However, as a large menacing looking man I felt okay. If I were a female travelling alone I might have second thoughts. I considered 4 stars but the fact that there are channels of hardcore pornography detracts somewhat. To others this may been seem as a positive.

Beautiful hotel especially the suite. Shops and restaurants nearby for food. The employees are discreet and accommodating. Very good experience to repeat.

Our stay was not the best. Internet was very slow. Hallway's smelt of cigarette smoke. some receptionist's were very welcoming and helpful. The manager was very rude and arrogant. we booked untill 31st October only to be told on 30th (today) we had to check out "or pay 100 + dollars for another night. Not our fault that receptionist made the error. The manager then gets the receptionist on the phone that was on that day and she totally lied about her fault... "we was told our stay is until the 31st October and our key cards have been updated until 31st which was our check out date" If I had recorded the conversation between us and the the receptionist on the day we extended our stay we would be proved correct. They would not help us at all or except there fault "they was extremely unprofessional" even more so the manager he was just plain rude" We had to pack our stuff and move to another hotel for my final night in Canada....

They put us in a smoking room when asked for a non-smoking The TV has lines through it the alarm clock is broken. Sadly it's not the cleanest place to be in. The sheets were clean but when you left the sheets up those blood underneath them on the white bottom sheet.

Easy to spot, smoking and nonsmoking rooms. Relatively clean, but many lamps not working, some black mold behind the toilet due to condensation leak. But sheets and towels are clean and service was great. Motel style inn.

This hotel would have been fine... not great, but fine... if our "non-smoking" room hadn't smelled strongly of second-hand smoke, particularly in the bathroom. The mattress also sagged in the middle, but wasn't particularly uncomfortable once lying on it. On the plus side, the wi-fi worked great, and the sheets on the bed smelled clean and fresh. If management could only get the smoke out of the place! My clothing all had to be laundered when I got home, even though most of it did not leave my luggage.

Honestly very disappointed with this place . I've gone to this motel a few times but yesterday was my last. The cleaner stole a diamond ring and a bag a shoes I had left for certain in the room. Just one of those I know I definitely had my ring in my bag and my bag of shoes. When I went to the front desk the lady just nodded and said well I'll ask if she's seen anything. Beware of the blond hair cleaner/housekeeper. NEVER AGAIN

Good room with econo prices. Room was clean and staff friendly. Good location and right near everything.

So dirty. We checked in and the front desk didn't provide any information about anything. Once we walked into our room the smell was just putrid, such an awful stench. The cups were dirty and there were no outlets and the blanket was just a sheet with what felt like a bunched up pillow in side. After checking out the man at the front desk chased us outside to ask why we review the check in as bad. Overall not impressed with this hotel.

Terrible experience. Customer service was horrible, disrespectful and rude Russian staff. Dishonest, charged extra fees for "non removable" sheet stains which was a complete lie. Wifi is terrible.

Stayed here for three days with my family. It was a nice motel with good facilities and beddings. Staff's are accomodating, and we didn't encounter any problem here during our stay. Worth the money we've spent.

Rooms were ok. Pretty much what u expect at a motel.

My visit to the Deluxe Inn was quite enjoyable. When I booked online there was no smoking rooms available but on check-in I asked and my room was changed no problem.

Suite is a beautiful room with a big tubby and sauna. Comfy and quiet, will be coming back. Sheen served me.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was nice and even the place was pretty busy, me and my wife had 4 very peaceful nights of sleep.
Defenetly more than what we were expecting.

No Handicapped access at all.
They gave someone else our 1st floor room because we were 1/2hr late.
I use a cane and a walker and had to carry that and my bag down the stairs by myself while they sat at the counter.
Not recommended at all. Waste of money.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. They were very accommodating as I had to book the room last second. The location is nice and there are plenty of places to get a bite to eat nearby.

There were no non-smoking rooms available. Overall clean room.

The room was a bit late being ready, but was clean and comfortable. 2 out of the 3 Wall lamps were broken or had burnt out bulbs. Not fancy, but decent value for the money.

The smell of air freshener was overpowering. No doubt trying to cover up the smell of previous people smoking in the room. They had to come to the three times to fix the cable television. The last time the guy came to fix it he stated "This happens everyday". I would not recommend anyone staying there.

The room had lots of mirrors every side just as how I dreamt of having a room where I can spend adult time with my girl. Only thing is I keep trippin out and getting paranoid if there are hidden cameras behind the mirrors.

Large room equipped un fridge, un microwave, TV and free wifi reception. A little old but mostly poorly maintained: the TV in default, a smell of cigarettes that takes you to the throat on the way home, the toilet split and .... A bed more than doubtful. I pass on the state of the bathroom. Can not sit in the chair, broken electrical outlets, etc ... so it makes you want ???

Went to the front office to request a pen to fill out applications, not only did he look at us in disbelief, nor does the hotel offer its own pens, but he wouldn't let us borrow one of the 10-15 pens on the counter. Wow! Not a recommendation.

Ps. He did not know whether or not we can pay to stay a little longer tomorrow, because he is not the person working tomorrow. Having good customer service is essential in the hospitality industry, and I can't believe how horrible the service is here!

I had a pleasant stay at the Deluxe Inn. The room was a bit small but this was fine for us. The staff were friendly, the location was easy to access and had plenty of free parking for guests.

The room was clean and comfortable but we reserved non smoking and they didn't have any when we arrived.

Service was good. Rooms smelled a little musty but i think they were smoking rooms. Decent hotel. I give it 3 stars. Could be better, but could also be alot worse.

Close to Pearson International Airport, has some fastfood as neighbors. Rooms are clean and comfortable. A good choice at its price range.
