Clinica Bazterrica Review

I never had a good impression of this clinic, but I hadn't needed to use it since I was going to the Clinic of the Sun. Now that the Guard of the Clinic of the Sun has passed to the Bazterrica and I have had to go, I maintain my bad impression about it.
With a nice facade they hide bad service. I had surgery for peritonitis in May. Due to a pandemic, they put me in the Hall of the "Unconfirmed". There I was treated by the sweetest nurses in the world. Risking my positive result. Once I gave negative they took me to the "negative" Hall. I am no longer a risk. The nurses there treated me very badly. They did not have the will to work or do the injections well (I work in a laboratory). You had to give them an urgent reason to deign to appear. The other Hall did not appear in person (by protocol), but they were always concerned about the patient and answered any questions you had by telephone.

Yesterday I had to return due to a flu condition. They did the swab on me. Supposedly you should already have the results. I'm still waiting. You call and nobody answers. And I don't mean reception only. Try dialing lab, radiology, whatever you want.
In addition, they did not give me a diagnosis or give me indications if it was not covid. Basically it was ruling out the dreaded illness and then either sort yourself out or go back to the Watch for a second checkup.
Could I go elsewhere? Yes, I do? Of course. But when I go to the Guard it is because I cannot move from the pain. Because I can't stand having to take a trip. For that alone I am forced to go to that clinic. But if it is not an emergency situation, I do not recommend it.
UPDATE: My partner had to go to find the result. They told him that I was not on the list to send the results by mail because "My handwriting was not legible." To which I answer the following:
1. If you do not understand the letter you go up 1 floor to corroborate with the system information. You don't dismiss someone waiting for an emergency result because "you don't understand the lyrics."
2. I didn't even write it! They didn't let me touch anything when I arrived. That letter you didn't understand was from one of your classmates. And for that reason you left me without result. Thank God everything was fast and good. I am grateful that the other hospital has not had beds and that we have been referred to Bazterrica.

To this shameful answer my opinion is the following.

By choosing Bazterrica I ended up with a serious condition, which took 5 days of hospitalization with lines and drainage, plus home rest.
The only star that I put is for the kind and correct attention of the staff during the hospitalization, since the nurses were very warm.
The food service (Sodexo) is poor and outdated in nutritional quality, after peritonitis they brought me ultra-processed foods such as gelatin, artificial broth, water cookies ...
