A wonderful place to have a company party in the draft room. Full service and plenty of room to allow for customizing to fit your own theme.

Stadium is a nice and clean. Bathrooms are clean. Food and drinks are overpriced but that's normal for these places. Too bad the team doesn't preform well.

Go Browns! It upsets me how they don t allow people to enter from all entrances of the Stadium. They always have long lines even after the game starts. One door to enter club section for thousands of people. Unbelievable!

It's okay. Nice stadium. The Browns are there sometimes. I mean I'd say that they play there, but look at their record this year. Nice views of Lake Erie and downtown CLE as you walk around the concourse looking for food, beverages, and something other than watching the Browns ;)

Watched the Cleveland Browns kick the Baltomore Ravens butt. Absolutely a blast watching it. The stadium is fantastic. What a game

Terrible traffic eccalaters don't work, and Browns always lose

Security officers were very rude, food was pricey and it wouldve been nice to know ahead of time that you have to have a clear purse or pay to check yours in at the back of the stadium!

We watched a great game here! The different food options are awesome and there's no shortage of memorabilia to purchase either. The stadium is huge but mapped out nicely.

We drove 2 hours to watch the game and have a good time until someone from our section was picked to play a game on the Jumbotron scoreboard and won. We were all supposed to win a buffet or something to the casino a few blocks over. After the game we asked 3 different guest service employees who were not in the least bit helpful and had no idea what we were talking about. If they hand out free prizes and games than own up to it.

Was there for Mayfields debut and the end of the losing streak!!!!

Security staff were great but the food stand service was the worst we have ever experienced.....left to line up with 3 mins to the end of the 2nd quarter and missed the entire 3rd quarter...ledt the line with the 4th quarter starting...21 mins in line with only 15 people a head of us....and prices for food were so high...higher than any other place we have been for a sporting event.

Everything about the stadium was great a shame the football team is a disgrace

A RC cola sponsorship? I mean really no Pepsi, No Coke just RC Cola and 7up served? Otherwise its an okay stadium. Decent food options just hope you like RC Cola. Most seats have a great view unless on a corner. Be ready for the lake wind in the fall and winter months.

Had fun but city of Cleveland needs to get it together. No rapid trains running after the game. You pay for a round trip ticket then have to walk for a half hour. I feel sorry for the disabled and elderly

What can you say about the "factory of sadness"? The facilities are fine. The product decidedly not so hot.

Great atmosphere and ticket prices terrible team. It was nice seeing my packers wallop them, especially in such a nice stadium!

The stadium remodel from 2014 did some good overall; much more exciting atmosphere. I've made it to two games since then, and the stadium surely gets a bit louder, but that's how a football game is supposed to be! All that's left is improving the team...

Wasn't anything super bad. If you go it's just a big dirty stadium that's empty and watch a team that doesn't know how to play football. Go Browns!

Even though it was a preseason game and got the tickets this is a great place. Great service just the traffic around the place sucks.

10.9.16 was able to be present to watch TB12'S WRATH OF VENGEANCE commence. Stadium was filled with Patriots Fans. We all had a blast - GO PATS!!!

The suites are great. Even when we are losing you can enjoy a comfortable atmosphere with great food.

Decent for a football stadium. Bathrooms are a horror. Even at the beginning of an event.

I visited the Browns pro shop located in the Cleveland football stadium. It is very well arranged, the salesmen are very nice to help you find what you are looking for and it is not so expensive compared to T-shirts teams l1 in France. The NFL has another "mouth" anyway.

Love the place when the Browns are winning. Not fond of the rules about what you can't bring. Had to send stuff back to the vehicle otherwise you have to toss it. See thru bags for a purse. Ugghh!!!

Who wouldn't love this place the best stadium in the league with the best fans in the best team go browns

I am giving this 5 stars because Baker Mayfield made it 5 star experience last year!

Experience was made all the better by the fact that the Titans won.

Great place great time this place rocks when the Browns are playing everybody is so involved

The stadium is nice enough, but even though we got to the game almost an hour early, we still missed part of the game trying to get into the stadium. If you are going to use phones for tickets, get more readers, stand under cover, and get some microfiber cloths so your readers can get past the water on the screen.

Had a great time at First Energy Stadium. Our son took my husband and me for Christmas. Unfortunately, the Browns lost. We were excited in the first quarter when we were up 7-3. There were no strangers. People were high-fiving everyone around them. GOOD TIMES!

Great stadium and time spent as long as your not seeing Cleveland Browns game!

I love the stadium it's very easy to follow and get around. The staff is very helpful also if your lost

First Energy has done an excellent job at adding new score board to enhance the experience

Love the stadium and the Browns. Now all we need is a winner to bring back the memories from the 80's.

Love going to the Cleveland Browns game's, parking downtown is steep though
