The food service is so slow I ended up missing the entire third quarter. Here's stop, when you know business is going to increase, like at half time, increase your labor!

The concert was great,but something needs to change on seat access.We had seats in 122,we got up after the first act to get something.So we went out of the 122 tunnel,and boy that was a mistake.We were met with with this huge crowd trying to get in.We had to worm our way thru the crowd to get out.We thought ok,should be fine when we get back,got back, it was worse.The police finally had to come and direct things.We were told Section 122 was closed,find another way to our seats.So we go to next section over,and then the police officer wasn't going to let us cross and was accusing us of being dishonest. More people started to speak up and the officer was finally left with no choice but to to allow us to move forward. This was a very dangerous situation involving many children as well . On top of that we missed the entire set of the opening act.

Amazing place to be. The hospitality is nothing like youll ever experience in your life.

I have been to many games here and have always had a good experience, despite the game's outcome. It is good to know that our management is making changes so that we will get some wins soon. But no matter the game result, I am always proud to say GO BROWNS!!!

Great site lines to the field from anywhere ! Easy to get into the stadium and out ! Very well organized for concessions.

Most disappointing experience I've ever had at a stadium. Wait in line for 30 and pay 10$ to check a purse in. Then wait in line for an hour to get it back. Will never purchase game tickets again.

Great stadium with all the amenities you'd normally find at a top-notch stadium. Had a couple Bloody Mary's which were the best I've ever had.

Beautiful stadium sits right off of Lake Michigan. Views of the lake and city skyline from stadium.

Watched the Cleveland Browns win their first preseason game.
