After many years of disappointment for the product on the feild at First Energy Stadium this is the first time I am happy no matter what happens this season because the Browns Future is so bright here that this stadium is going to be one of the toughest spots for opposing teams to play at in the NFL. The amenities at the stadium are top rate. It is a very fan friendly stadium.

Good place to see concerts or browns games. Working there at times is stressful.

I liked it better when it was Cleveland Browns Stadium. It's the Home of the Browns though, so, that gets it a few stars. It's an incredible place and usually when I go there, there's lots of fun wild weird people. You can scream and cry surrounded by brothers and sisters in brown and orange. I love it there. But, I really wish they hadn't changed the name.

Went here for Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cleveland Browns with my fiance. We had a blast rooting for our team (Pitt) despite being at Clevelands home field. The stadium was very nice and we look forward to going back.

I've been a season ticket holder for years and I've never had so many issues as I've had so far this year. I'm guessing that the browns have outsourced their security company to Wess security. The children/fellons they have employed to watch over the stadium are either watching the game or talking to each other instead of doing their jobs. No tickets were checked and loads of people not in our section moved into the seats ahead of us. We pay our hard earned money to sit in our seats and follow the rules only to have random disrespectful fans ruin our time. During the game on 9/9/18 people were dancing/ standing/ acting foolish in the aisles when we asked them to leave so we could watch the game they started screaming and getting in our faces. When security came they wanted to remove 4 season ticket holders including myself who were told we were being kicked out for arguing. The people in the aisle didn't have tickets even in our section. This is ridiculous and I will not be renewing next season.

Have had some great experiences there & feel safe especially with my little guy! If there are any issues they are addressed immediately.

Always enjoy the games! So much I recently purchased season tickets!!

Aside from the ticket app not working due to usage (game day obviously) I had a great time and enjoyed the stadium.

The Factory of Sadness will some day be the Home of Champions. Just not this year.

Dont recall being here half the time i was there, maybe next year... Go BROWNS.

Had fun watching the Brown's beat the Eagles. And the food was not bad though a bit pricey

Although I was a visiting fan I was very impressed with how nice the stadium was, especially the concession areas!

Big place, spent quite a bit of time trying to find parking, no signage to tell you where you're going to park! Everything was clean and staff was kind and helpful!

Went to US soccer games, you have to walk to the lake side of stadium to get in even though everyone is coming from the opposite side. Food for a pro stadium is subpar. I would expect the best for 13 dollar burger and fries were over cooked and soggy? 4 types of soda, RC, diet rootbeer, seven-up and water.

The stadium was great. Needs a dome for cold weather. The browns are terrible!

Really nice. Huge scoreboards. Traditional food and beer but other Outside the box options. Clean, safe. Now winter and extreme cool...I myself would not go

Good stadium and well laid out but leaves plenty of room for improvement. Staff is helpful in getting you to your seat but disappear after kickoff. Don t use the restroom during halftime unless you plan on missing part of the second half, the line goes on forever and although it should be expected today parking is through the roof.

I love this place. The draft room is beautiful. The view of the lake is breathtaking

The stadium is pretty nice, but the team is pretty miserable. Also, would've been better as a dome. At least we could enjoy winter beer fests, concerts, expos, anything other than really bad football. Great views of the lake are the only real highlight.

Went to go see a packers game here with my fiance. We had a blast! No complaints!

Not only are the Cleveland Browns AWESOME the stadium unequally as good!
