I had a great time, even though the Browns did not win. Made it through the gate without any holdup. In addition to the game, there was a lot going on which kept my interest and made the day very exciting. The food was similar to other venues that I have visited and was reasonably priced. I would definitely go again. I also loved the dog, Swagger.

Overall 4 stars for layout and accessibility. Looks like they signed a sponsorship deal with Budweiser so anything not bud light is a struggle to find.

This is a gorgeous stadium! Fans were friendly and there's so much to see and do before game time. Beautiful views of the city and water a must see for any football fan.

Been to the stadium twice, both times i had no issue with workers, food and the bathrooms are weirdly clean. But if you go during the winter make sure to bring a coat because there is no retractable roof.

Awesome experience for an visiting fan. Cleveland fans are great and it's a excellent stadium to watch a game.

This is the Best place to be for any football game, we enjoyed ourselves at the Brown's game this past Monday.

The stadium sucks. The team sucks. The new Browns(Ravens) are far better then the new revised "Mistake by the lake". The Browns are a disgrace. The last time the browns did anything positive I was on middle school. I hear LA is in need of a football team. Move there. Oh I forgot one more thing. "Go Buckeyes ".

Everything is over priced, you are ripping off the people that come to the games

Great place to go watch a football game. Only thing missing is winning

Terrible selection of food. Want a piece of candy???, take two escalators to the 500 section and walk down from there. No candy anywhere else. When you used to buy a pizza, you would get a small personal pizza, not anymore. Now you get two small pieces thrown on top of each other in the same size box as was previously used for a personal size for the same price. Then, for $5.00, you can buy a small 7-Up. They don t carry Pepsi or Coke, no, no, they carry RC Cola because they can make more money off of RE Cola. I thought they went out of business in the late 70 s.

I've been here several times, but the best was at the Taylor Swift concert. The lines were fast, the workers were friendly for the most part, and the stadium was clean.

No Pepsi or Coca Cola No lids for their cups and the free annual Scrimmage is boring and not even a Scrimmage. Sorry for the typeo it should have said no lids for their cups its fixed now.

Better walking routes from downtown to the stadium are needed. Better cooperation with the Cleveland RTA on routes on game day are needed. Variety of concessions has improved and overall prices are competitive with other stadiums. Need more comfortable seats in the upper level ADA Seats.

couldnt get a tour but clean and felt safe around the stadium

Security takes FOREVER to get through and the concession lines are always ridiculously long, but thats all apart of the experience!

Neat stadium. It would be nice if the had amenities at both ends of the stadium. Went to get a 1st time certificate for the kids...had to hike it to the other side...missed much of the game and time with the family.

This place is in need of updates! I don't like pee troughs, those need to go in the men's room. Also, stay away for browns games - people are too drunk to have fun.

They took out pepsi products for RC products which was really disappointing

Club seat are best seat in stadium. A long walk to Muni lot and parking is on expensive side.

Be prepared for some early bugs in the electronic ticket process. Being a season ticket holder does not bypass the digital system.

Knew it was going to be a bad day when the water was off in the bathrooms pregame.

Overpriced and a factory of sadness with 20 years of mediocre professional football.

The seats are made for petite bottoms but other than that there's great views, lots of big screens, plenty of concessions so the wait is never too long and the bathrooms are VERY well maintained!

Love the new renovations to the stadium! It's always a great experience, especially when the Browns sneak out a win! (Crossing my fingers for 2018.) Lets go Brownies!
