First game I've been to in 15 years and it was a win! Go Browns.
Smooth entrance to the stadium, plenty assistance upon entering. Well marked making it easy to locate seats. Plenty of food and beverage to select. Clean bathrooms well located throughout. Beautiful views of Lake Erie and the downtown skyline. Two huge screens to watch reviews and highlights. Kudos to the Browns.
If you go here you are a fool, it is a poorly run organization and a total disappointment. The food is bad and very over priced, save money and stay at home and be with your family as opposed to wasting time and money at this stadium.
Browns fans never disappoint!!!! The stadium was easy to access! The tailgate lot was PARTY central! The stadium was loud and energetic! And Cleveland PD did a great job of making it easy and quick to get out!!!!
I haven't been to stadium in over 30 years. It was a great time, my Birthday us Thursday, it would've been nice to get a Win. I Really Enjoyed myself
No lines for the side entrances. It's just a big crowd in front of the metal detectors. Very few TVs in and around the walkway when you're up from your seat.

We went for a concert. Very clean and accessible. Drink and food prices were on the higher end, but it is to be expected for a bigger city like Celevland. I will definitely look for more events here in the future.
Nice venue. We were there for UH Starfest. If you are there to just mingle then have at it. If you are there to socialize and dance...not a good choice. There is too much separation.
The best stadium in the world in my opinion. But then again I am biased since I love the Cleveland Browns.
Love 'em or hate 'em, you gotta root for the Browns. There's not a bad seat in the house.
The team may not be the greatest, but we really did enjoy our time at FirstEnergy Stadium and found the staff to be polite and helpful. The cost of a hot dog was astronomical, though.
The stadium is ok. They could enclose the concessions areas so fans can get out of the weather for a while

I've been working here a little over a year now and I love it! The fans are so awesome! I've never seen so many people with so much energy, and you can tell which ones are the die-hard fans all you got to look for is a lot of makeup and a lot of Browns gear. I don't plan on leaving this job anytime soon I love working with people it's just my thing

Great atmosphere! Seats are hard to sit in for long periods of time though. They hurt.
Easy entry, security and other staff friendly and helpful, good views of the field. Attended Browns vs Bill's game. Browns fans friendly to opposing fans unlike other venues in the league. Enjoyed the Ohio State Marching Band halftime show. Would recommend and return.
Great place to watch a game. Not a great place to see the Brown's win because they don't ever win.
Huge football fan and this is one stadium I suggest getting tickets for and experiencing a live game if you have never been. First time there and for a game, I was highly satisfied with my experience.
We walked around for an hour no one knew where our seats was so we just sat anywhere . No one knew anything but one lady. She was very nice I wish I knew her name I would give her 20 stars just for her.

It's a nice stadium, but just like every other stadium, everything is super expensive. Bathrooms are fairly clean.
The stadium itself is getting better. More/interesting food and beverage options & better scoreboards. Browns are as bad as ever though.
Home of soon to be champions. I suffered through horrible football since elementary school. But last year was the best ! I can not wait until next season
Modern, minimal, overpriced. It' Cleveland, and the Brown's at that. 25-30 for parking, another 10 a cheap brew, 10 for this or 30 for that. Plan on bringing a wad if you want anything more than a seat for 3.5 hours
Go to place. No history of winning though. Don't go here if you want a "W"
Went to Browns game with wife and kids. Guys behind us spilled there beers on us over 5 times. We had to leave the game. Very disappointed.

Was a great win for The Cleveland Browns until the end. Miles Garrett suspended for the rest of the 2019 season for trying to put the Steelers QB helmet back on. First time to the Dog Pound for my wife and myself. We had a great time so thank you Cleveland Ohio and the Browns.
My first nfl game to watch my Steelers on opening day. Browns fans overly rude throwing peanuts and dumping beer on my seat when I went to the restroom. I understand the rival but comeee on little quality from the fans would be nice
Meh, doesnt compare to the old stadium. They rushed to get this place done in time for the 1999 season and it shows. Bland, boring design
Had an issue with someone in my seat and the stadium staff handled things very professionally
