One of the best stadiums in the country. The fans are fantastic

no longer the factory of sadness, they have been "baking" something special here now

The prices for anything is outrageous. There is apsolutly no reason to charge so much for food and drink. Family's can not afford to come here

The stadium is very nice. Ladies be Ware, if your purse exceeds a certain (VERY SMALL) size, you will be directed to 'the tent' where you will be provided a plastic ziplock bad to store your belongings. You will be asked to leave your actual purse, empty or not, at the tent! And you will be charged $10 for the 'service'. I'm all for the safety and security but this blew my mind! I took my purse back to the car which caused me and my party of 5 to miss the first 30 minutes of the event. I will think twice before going to this venue again.

We had a great time but for the amount of money we all spend to go here they could at least clean this place up a bit. Maybe a fresh coat of paint would be nice as well.

It is a typical American football stadium. Beautiful screens for replays, many good choices and vendors. Parking poorly marked and ridiculous at $25 for the USMNT match.

Way overpriced expensive and time consuming sadness.

I took my son to First Energy for the Cleveland Browns kids camp & he had a blast! What made it even better is that (GM) John Dorsey was walking around shaking hands & meeting parents. My son can't wait for weds. to meet the rookies. The camp was running like a well oiled machine, great times!!

Always a good time, unless your a fan of the visiting team, good quality food it's high priced of course but so is every other stadium. Clean restrooms and comfortable seating.

Despite being the factory of sadness thanks to the browns, the stadium itself is great!

Parking could be a lot better, but it's the Browns...you can't go wrong there.

This review is about the 2018 team: First time in years I watched all 17 games. Feels like the old competitive browns of the 90's with a team of players and coaches that have each others back. To ownership: Do what is necessary to keep Greg Williams and Freddie Kitchens on this team. "There's a Gleam" about this new team. Let's take a chance and let it ride. Don't disrupt the "Gleam!"

Very clean and well organized stadium. Friendly and helpful staff were everywhere. Security's presence made the event feel safe. New digital ticket system worked with no problems for us. Food was pricey but fair considering it is a NFL event. I do wish there was a better option for parking, but given the location it's hard to add-on. Great overall atmosphere to cheer on the Browns!

We saw the Cleveland Browns play the Cincinnati Bengals today and it was a really good game. We did not purchase food while we watch the game and for the most part the crowd was orderly. However some individuals thought it was necessary to swear at the referees when they were dissatisfied with the calls. Why something cannot be done about this situation is beyond me. People pay quite a bit to see a game and they should not have to listen to the cussing.

Absolutely the worst experience at a venue ever! A drunk vomited on my son multiple times. The service is what made it the worse. Staff kept walking away from me as I searched for answers on where we could sit and put our stuff down he went to clean up. The young man vomited 8 times so there was no way we could go back. Finally a janitor assisted us to customer service. We were handed tickets that were way worse than what we previously had. Never again!!!

The Brown's need to reorganize their franchise. They suck!!!

Ladies be warned, purses are not allowed in the stadium. If u show up with a purse, you will be forced to take it to a security tent which is about a quarter mile away. You will need to pay a 10 dollar fee to keep the purse in the security tent until after the game. I have been to stadiums all over the country but never seen anything like Cleveland's ridiculous purse policy.

Fans were good as well. There were a few exceptions on the fans, but I will attend again in the future.

This stadium is so much better than Municipal Stadium ever was, except it's missing the "winning" touch. Maybe this year?

Nothing matters, stadium, traffic, parking, ticket pricing, cost of concessions, jersey colors if Baker Mayfield is the QB. It s a 5 star if they win and a 1 star if they lose!

Theyre product they display is awful, but the facility is very nice

Had an absolutely amazing time watching the Browns win here! Very friendly and helpful attendants throughout the stadium. I love hours away so it was really helpful to have a good flow to and from the stadium. It was a cold day and we were pretty bundled up, just a reminder, don t forget warm socks and shoes if you are up higher! That lake wind can be quite chilly! Go Browns!

Took my son to see his favorite team play my favorite team (Go Browns!) I could not believe how much the crowd has changed. Loved the old days when everyone was die-hard. But, I did fear taking my son (Patriots fan) to the game with his team colors exposed... Turns out the place has become way more inviting, family fun, enjoyable. Thanks for the GREAT day

I love going to the stadium and watching the Browns, I dont like the inflated prices that why I gave 4 stars.

I went here for the taylor swift concert and it was a absolutely amazing experince and the stadium was busy more than ever

Underrated as a major stadium. Great place to see a game. Good sight lines even from the cheap seats. They need to work out security and how to get people in and out in a reasonable fashion.

Browns won. Pop machine not working correctly so wasted money on refillable cup

Usually the 'Factory of Sadness', but today the sun shined, the team won, and the fans cheered. It was darn near beautiful.

Fans great loyal and good to be around people eager to help. Quick service. People could lower prices but it a football game it is what it is.
