The service went smooth my only complaints is I was told when I purchased the vehicle that when I did make my way there they would top off gas and that didnt happened I did ask about it to Josh, and before they done anything to my vehicle they used it to go somewhere 2 times and one of those times to deliver a package which I felt discouraged from coming back

This was our first experience with City Chevrolet and we need look no further. I feel the level of professionalism was exemplary and everything about this dealership was synonymous with customer service and satisfaction. The entire process was wonderful and as easy as it could have been. The salesman came up to me and introduce him self as Avon Spann, and he helped me to make the right decision on the SUV and the price I was looking for, the young man was so helpful. I know that I took up a lot of his time, but he was so patience and understanding. it took little to secure the deal we had negotiated(quite easily) with a trade in to give. We got top dollar for the trade and a super deal on the Captiva. The large inventory assures you will find what you are looking for. Avon told me the vehicle they had the 2013 Captiva I purchased with all the options and for a great deal, again,he is so understanding and was very accommodating and respectful. only God could send such a person to you. I could go on for days, I think it would be easier to take the word of an honest review and confirm by heading there yourself.

My sales associate was awesome, I ran him all over the parking lot in the heat of the day. I planned on buying a used car, but then he showed me the value of buying a new car. Then I couldn't decide on the features I wanted, so again, he was all over the parking lot, back and forth and patient with my indecision.
Finally I decided, but then the car wasn't on the lot, so I had to wait a few days, a bit disappointed, but then they delivered it directly to my driveway, 30 miles away, I couldn't ask for any better customer service. Garret Williams is a great sales associate, could ask for anthing more.

A few days ago I would have rated City Chevrolet 1 star. However, the dealership seemed to have rectified my situation. I visited the dealership on 4/24. I was a returning customer and I wanted to get my 2014 Chevrolet Sonic LS appraised. I wasn't looking to get a new car just yet. I was just curious. I was paired with their salesman Garrett. We took my car to the used lot then he asked me if I was interested in any other model. I told him that I like the Chevrolet Cruze. He then took me outside and showed me one car. It was a silver Cruze. I liked the body style but I was assuming that I would see other models like it. This is when things started taking a bad turn. We get into the car, I turn the key over and notice that the car has 4600 miles on it. I asked him "why does the car have so many miles on it, if it is new?". He then tells me that the car is a demo and was driven by an executive. I don't know what a demo is, as I thought to myself. We then go back to his office and tells me that the deal has gone through and I'm approved. I wasn't excited as I thought that I would of been because I really didn't understand what demo car is. I go through financing and we sign the paper work. I go home and start googling. I find out that a demo car is a loaner/ test drive car. I then realized that I bought a "technically new" but used car. I was mortified. I called Garrett the following Tuesday to try to touch basis with him. His attitude changed drastically telling me that the sale was final and that I only qualified for the one car that I looked at. I knew that had to be a lie. So, I went back to the dealership on 4/26. I ended up speaking to Ryan. He allowed me to plead my case and checked my paperwork. He told me that I was supposed to be given an additional 5,000 off of the MRSP. So basically Garrett and another man by the name of Alex overcharged me and had me paying for a new Cruze price. Ryan then allowed me to pick out the color of the Cruze that I wanted and swapped my car with no hesitation. I was paired with Tim Dobbins and he was extremely personable. I left 4/26 feeling more positive about my investment. Moral of the story is make sure you don't feel pressured to make a on the spot decision and don't buy a demo at a new car price.

This Chevy dealership was recommended to me since it has been in business for so long. Wish the person never opened their mouth ....Took my car due to the check engine light
They read the code and cleared it. Said they had never seen these codes before and my car was fine. A week later my car won't start. I have called the company the at least twice during business hours 1. I have to call multiple times in order to get a live person 2. No one returns messages 3. No one has answers to my questions.I will never take my car here again. This is a poor representation of Chevrolet.

Worst every, first Salesman did not know nothing; he was so lost. After 5 hours of my tine; the next salesman wrote up the wrong SUV deal and said this the best we can do. I told him the numbers was wrong and I laughed and ask for my keys. During my time waiting and telling me that I can go show my wife the SUV after they get her info; just to find out that was a lie just to get the info. Never again.

City Chevrolet far surpasses the other dealers. Every time we look to buy a new Chevy John is always quick to get us a price and have everything we need from just a phone call.
Came in for a recall on my Silverado's tonneau cover. The part was special order which was already available through previous communication. I dropped the vehicle off Thursday evening for a Friday morning appointment. The parts which were delivered two weeks prior to the appointment were not in the package in the parts department. The service rep called around and finally was able to obtain the parts from another dealership, but not in time to get the truck completed Friday. I left my vehicle to be completed on Saturday. The sales rep called saturday to let me know they couldnt find the keys for the cover to complete the recall work. I informed the rep that the keys were in the glove box. I showed up at 3:45pm Saturday and was told that they could not find the keys. I walked directly to the vehicle and opened the glove box and pulled the keys out for the sales rep. I was told that he would get it completed that day so i went to the waiting room. At 5pm i walked back to the service dept to check on progress. At that time i was informed that the service tech had left early for the day and had locked his tool box making it impossible for the service department to finish my vehicle that day. At this time my wife had already left so i was given a loaner vehicle. Long story short, the vehicle was not available and returned to me until Tuesday. It took 4 days to get a minor recall, an oil change, and an inspection completed. This would not be a highlight for your service department. I am giving you service rep 5 stars for his effort but 0 stars for your parts department as this has been my second issue with them.

This was the best vehicle purchase experience I ve ever had. Mark is a consummate professional and was nothing but helpful. Not to mention this whole experience was done OVER THE PHONE! Maybe it s covid, maybe bc it was the end of the year, maybe it s Maybelline, but whatever the reason, it was easy, smooth, and convenient. They came down to GA (no fiddle, unfortunately lol) picked up my trade-in, and dropped off the new vehicle after paperwork was signed and left with the courier/driver.

I have to say this was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Omar Pharr was my salesman, to say that he went above and beyond is putting it mildly! He listened to what I had to say and understood the situation I was in. He never came across as pushy or even judgmental as I have experienced in the past. He literally walked the lot with me on the phone trying to find a car that fit in the budget I was approved for. Mike the manager was also very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I got the car I had chosen. Nancy Wilkinson in the finance department was great! Me and my husband have shopping for a nice suv that s comfortable. It s taken us along time to find what we want and have to been to other dealerships seen other sales people be rude and just inconsiderate. To the point I wanted to quit. We walked into city Chevy and was greeted by Michael Moyer. He s a military guy and it shows because he s straight to the point no bs. I was highly dissatisfied with my experience at Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet. I scheduled an appointment at the end of my lease term to get another lease. I was quoted a lease amount far above what I should be paying as someone with tier one credit and a surplus of income. Unfortunately, the sales representative, in spite of these facts, thought he could take advantage of me being a young woman. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially young women. I leased a car from another dealership for over $100 less per month. This experience was highly disappointing.
Edit: Personally, I do not understand how qualifying each negative review with other information is necessary. It does not make this dealership look more credible nor does it negate anything from my initial review.The numbers were not straightforward and to the lower the payment by $10 monthly was an initial investment increase of $250-$350.That is not economically sound nor does the marginal benefit ($120 yearly) exceed the marginal cost of the investment.
I contacted City Chevrolet this past week for assistance in options due to a recall on my vehicle that could not be repaired. I spoke with manager David Pickering who asked me to come in and he would personally make sure I received excellent service. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like family. I was immediately approached by a staff member and offered a cold beverage, which was especially nice on a very hot day! David came out right away to greet me and introduce me to the first of his superstar staff that would help make my experience exciting. Mike Owens and I discussed vehicle options and then took a test drive in a Chevy Cruze. He was personable and patient and made sure I knew about every feature of the car. He even turned on the AC before our drive so I was comfortable!!!
The next superstar team member, Avon Spann, then joined us to help with the initial paperwork. Avon and Michael worked together to get the process started, and made sure I was comfortable and kept me up-to-date on how things were going. They also kept me company and made the waiting time seem like I was just hanging out with friends.
The very next day I heard from David that my loan had been approved, and that I could take delivery of my new car that very same day!! I was once again greeted with smiles and a cold beverage. Since Avon was providing special service out of the office, Andrew Burnette was the next superstar team member to step up. He was able to get my information quickly and took me on a test drive in my new car. He too was friendly and personable, and made me feel right at home. Avon returned to the store and both he and Andrew saw everything through including getting me in with Finance very quickly!!
To put the icing on my cake for the day, I had the great pleasure of working with Adam Stephens, Finance Mgr. He made me laugh from the moment I stepped in his office. I never thought I would say signing paperwork on a new car was fun... but I had a blast with Adam!!! Once again, I felt like family!! He made the delivery process quick, easy to understand and most of all.... FUN!!!!!
Avon then personally escorted me outside to my new gorgeous Cruze!!! He walked me through every feature, synced my bluetooth and got me connected with Onstar to make sure I was totally set up and ready to go!! He went above and beyond to make sure I was knowledgeable, comfortable and excited about my experience!!!! First, I would like to thank the people at City Chevrolet for their excellent customer service. The team here always pull out the red carpet for me, even though whenever I show up I'm in distress and barely have 2 nickels to rub together and they still treat me like a million dollar customer.
Secondly, I wanna thank Eric Dixon the salesperson for helping me when I arrive so late. I started that day to go look at Nissans but realized I might be Chevy lover. So, thank you for walking me through the process so late in the evening. I always and will continue to recommend City Chevrolet to my friends and family.
First, I would like to give praises to the Most High. Secondly I have never commented on a Google review before but my experience at City Chevrolet was so awesome I just had to do so. I had a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu that broke down about 2 weeks ago. I spent about 400.00 to get my car fix just for it to break down again. I pass City Chevrolet on the way home everyday I decided to call to check out some cars and made an appointment with an Amy or an Angela either way from the moment I got there to the time I left they treated me with the utmost respect (like royalty). I meet up with a guy named Will Borsden who had me test drive a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox Will ask me to rate my credit score on a scale from 1-10 and I explained it s a 1 due to my repossession, bankruptcy and the fact that I live paycheck to paycheck as a single mother with 2 kids. They did not stop them one bit, they treated me as a potential customer (like I had money) anyway. He sent me to speak with the finance director Adam who said he was going to get me approve but it was late and to go ahead and drive the truck home for that night I thought to myself there is no way they can get me approve, but Will assured me that Adam was the greatest and he was right. I have to admit that I did avoid their calls for a day because I thought I was going to have to bring the truck back (that happened before) but instead I was approved I signed the paper and drove off in 2010 Chevy Equinox with no money down and a full tank of gas, bumper to bumper warranty and free oil changes to 120,000 miles. If you have any faith at all you should at least see if these people can help. I wasted 400.00 I could have saved my money. Don t wait go today!

I have been in the landscape / customer service business for over 30 years. I have read all the books about company culture and work hard at it every day in our business. I have also bought many trucks at the fleet level over the years. I wanted to get my wife a new car and wanted her to drive one first. I was dreading going to a dealership as I had all the preconceived notions of what to expect, but it had to be done. We met Anthony in the parking lot and he was just one of those friendly guys you want to be with, He took us to meet Tim Dobbins. Tim took us on a test drive and we really enjoyed his company and his style. I told him I would let him quote me a car. We worked with Tim over the next couple of days to find the exact model we were looking for. ( we were pretty picky). He never tired of our request. The more we talked with Tim the more we wanted to talk to Tim. We thought is there a way we could adopt him? This was the start of a raving fan experience with City Chevy. Tim's servant heart and fun style we not only enjoyed but wanted more and still do. We felt so good I told my brother and he went and felt the same as we did. Both of us ended up purchasing a car from Tim. When we went to pick my wife's new car up I got to meet Dee Frierson. We was totally overwhelmed by her helpful and loving attitude. I was out of town and almost three hours from home when my car died. My car was towed to Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet and Saverio Longobardo was my assigned Service Consultant. From the first time I spoke with Saverio until my car was ready a few days later, he kept me up to date daily on what was going on with my car and when I could expect to get back in the vehicle. Having spoken with other consultants at various dealerships in my many years of driving, I can say that Saverio was one of the best.

One ding goes off and it has nothing to do with Kris. I have had my car for a month and already had to have a repair. It is a used car, 2018 Chevy Malibu, but I shouldn t be having anything wrong with it this early. They fixed the problem in a very reasonable time and my warranty took care of of the cost, so the service part of it was great. They were very kind. I love my car and hoping I am not having much more problems with it in the future.
Bad service experience: Told me I needed an entire cylinder head replacement on a car with 63k miles to fix a valve issue in one of the cylinders ($3200). Brought it to another Chevy dealer and they said the issue was only with the spark plug and coil ($325). When I asked for the inspection checklist they completed I was given a copy with nothing marked. Upon inquiring they said they would get back to me. That was almost 2 months ago now...
My experience with Mr. Puente & Mr. Jason was amazing. We gave them our numbers, and they made it work. Even more astonishing was the service after the sale. The convertible I bought ended up having a leaky top. They did not even blink to replace it with an entirely brand new top. I'm forever grateful, and looking forward to sending my friends and family here.

I am a very understanding person, and tend to give others multiple chances, and this goes for my experience this morning. Currently here for an oil change, which I have never gotten one done here before, and I was greeted with a lack of customer service. I didn t know where to go for oil changes, so I had to go to an employee for assistance. He just told me I had to go around the corner to double doors. That was it. Well when I finally get to where I needed to be, I had to wait a bit for someone to even approach me to either see what I needed or let me know how long it would be until I could speak to someone. Long story short, I understand it s the morning, you are just opening everything up and there are a good amount of customers here already. But there either needs to be better signage to guide customers to the right spot and give them info as to what to do, or staff need to be more willing to verbalize what s going on/what needs to be done. Especially when you don t know if the customer has been to your location before.
I did buy my vehicle from here a few months ago, and I will say the sales side did work with me very well. Just some areas of improvement on the service end!
Sheila was very pleasant, knowledgeable and honest in her suggestions and pricing for my service. I enjoyed being taken care of by her awesome customer service. We had the honor to do business with Jon Puente at Hendrick City Chevrolet. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time to ensure my needs were meet and thanks to him we were able to walk away purchasing a brand new 2019 Chevy Suburban, our dream vehicle.
I had been shopping for a 2020 Chevy Tahoe LS and was knowledgeable about price, features, etc. So when I contacted Rick Hendrick about a Tahoe they had on special, Garrett Williams made my car buying process very simple. He combined multiple bonus cash, rebate offers, and discounts to get me a phenomenol price. I have had other dealers try to tell me that certain bonus cash offers are not combinable and try to get me to commit to a higher price, but Garrett got me the best price without any unnecessary haggling. I would recommend for a smooth car buying process. Also, I did this all over the phone due to Covid-19 related issues and found it to be pretty easy to do.
I spoke with Donnie Miller prior to my visit to Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet, he was the best sell-mans I dealt with over an 6 month period. He was polite and knows the true definition of customer service. I am a first time buyer and would recommend Donnie and the Rick Hendrick City Chevrolet to anyone trying to get a car.
I shopped around for a new pick up truck all summer, during that process I worked with Hunter, one of the sales reps at City Chevrolet. Hunter was great, he went out of his way to find a couple of trucks that I was interested in. What I was really impressed with was that even when I was not in the show room he continued to try to find a vehicle that would fit the parameters I was looking for and would call me when he found something.
Unfortunately I did not end up buying a vehicle from this dealership due to the Sales manager. Even after Hunter did an outstanding job the manger tried to take over, he was very short and unwilling to negotiate.
Hopefully Hunter keeps working as hard as he did for me with future customers to come. I wish him the best of luck.
