Bad service experience: Told me I needed an entire cylinder head replacement on a car with 63k miles to fix a valve issue in one of the cylinders ($3200). Brought it to another Chevy dealer and they said the issue was only with the spark plug and coil ($325). When I asked for the inspection checklist they completed I was given a copy with nothing marked. Upon inquiring they said they would get back to me. That was almost 2 months ago now...
