Parking is not enough when there is large gathering. Food quality should improve.

Value for only if in a group tour. Staff and food not of a 5 star level as sold to us.

Spacious hotel with excellent food and vibrant atmosphere

All rooms have sea view, a spacious bathroom and the hotel has a pool (great temperature to cool down a bit), fitness room and spa. Food is generally good and staff is very friendly. However, after taking a closer look at the room we quickly found it to be quite dusty. Especially the bathroom could use some proper cleaning. The staffs friendliness is a bit rehearsed and standard...they are very eager to sell you stuff - not much to my liking.

Superb to stay...food is ok..but have to improve more..price of the food is ok..nothing to say wrong about anything

Great escape to relax and delicious food , loved the view o the sea which was not disturbed at all and large garden areas to walk

Check in time was 1.35 pm. They unable to provide room after 3 hours . Still we are in the reception . Very very bad experience with family . Poor service .

The staff is super friendly. The rooms all have sea views and are large. The food changes daily and it has a wide selection. It is constantly refilled. Everything is very clean and it has a better audience. The selection of cocktails is very limited. The hotel is located away from the city and you have to plan 5 for a Tuktuk to Kalutara back and forth.

Facilities are good. But the hotel is a bit old.

Lovely hotel on a quiet beach with good swimming. Ended up staying an extra night we liked it so much. Buffet breakfast offered decent options with local and European food.

The view is awesome,the beach & garden is very clean and well maintained...Very friendly staff....Overall Amazing!!

Accessibility toilets available, accessible entrance available. Most of the rooms have a good view of the beach. Really nice food. There's a big function hall wich is great for weddings. They also arrange wedding ceremonies on the beach too. Friendly staff.

Visited the hotel for a wedding reception. The service within the function was not 100% great where it was around 75-80%. Expected much more service. Food was great. And whole Menu was much satisfying. Reception hall was not elegant and nice as expected. These comments are only limited to the reception service offered by the hotel.
Cannot comment over other services at the hotel since I didn't stay there.

Loved this Hotel! Amazing service and breathtaking ocean views from room. Definitely recommend this Hotel if you are planning to be close to Bentota and also not in crowded city.

Great place to relax and chill out. The room was clean and had a sea and pool view. Breakfast and dinner buffets had a good selection of tasty food. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the cable TV connection, the channels had a lot of static.

Good place,nice rooms . Food was not great. We felt it might have been bit stale .But this may be a one of case . Judge for your self if you visit.

We went during a promotion period for locals so it was packed. And was understaffed. The food was decent but not the best. Most of the meat was overcooked. Room was clean and decent. But the biggest disappointment was the beach. It was really dirty. The staff should take responsibility in cleaning it up. I saw adjacent beaches being cleaned in the morning by the staff of those hotels.

Good service, friendly environment for kids and the hotel take cares of the children safety.

I have worked there so i'm recommending other to go there and have great time with citrus...

Nice and wonderful hotel to enjoy your holiday. Great swimming pool which can put your little ones without any doubt. Small pool under the roof specially for kids. Delicious food and lot of variety you can select. Very friendly staff always help you whenever need. Nice and clean front beach.

It s a nice resort by beach, calm environment, friendly staff, foods are not at the level of expectation and the variety is low compared to other same star resorts.

A modern hotel with great service. Interesting themed dinners, a great advantage is the proximity of the beach and town. A wide range of optional trips.

Everything is awesome , specially the food ! Rooms are clean and quality.For me the only downside was if your room number is 130+ you have to walk quite a bit to go there.

It was a quite a place to visit as a gateway in the weekends. Beach and the scenery was great. When it comes to dining this place is in my chart of recommendation but some of the rooms need some renovation because I had some hard time with the air conditioning. Except for that it is a great hotel.

The stay was nice loved the room but can be alittle more cleaner and the food has to be improved ....otherwise property was great and everything else too

We went as a family to spend the day but the service was terrible. The buffet was terrible with very limited varieties.
Evening tea was scheduled at 4pm but has not been served till 4.30 and the snacks were given only after we requested. Lobby did not have air conditioning.
Over all we had a bitter experience.

Nice ambiance. Hotel lobby, lounge and backyard is excellent. Rooms are spacious. Food is so delicious with abundant variety. Above all hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative especially chef Shanika.

All in all good, lively swim pool, great turfed garden, clean and adequate rooms well equipped,well spread location, the buffet needs improvement,if you are 5 star you have to offer 5 star.....

Nice and longest hotel in Sri Lanka. There are more locations for your function. Delicious foods and friendly service. Huge vehicle parking available. Located between Galle road and the sea in Waskaduwa. Antique looking and modern design locatios available.

The hotel was overall not that good. The service during meal times was very very poor.it was as if they were favouring the foreigners and didn't care about the locals much. I would not recommended this hotel for locals because of that. The food was with limited choices especially dinner and lunch, they were not that good. However I loved the breakfast because there were a variety of food. The swimming pool was excellent with a lot of space. In the morning we didn't even have hot water to have a shower which is unacceptable for the price we paid and so uncomfortable. the room however was very clean and we had a good night's sleep which is a point to be praised.

Arrived on 21/07/2018, staff who are taking care vehicles entrance area are rude and not doing their job properly, guest who were desperate to get a taxi staff are not able to provide that services for their guest is a big minus point. Overall services are very pleasant staff at the reception miss Akila is full of welcome smile, she is an asset to the hotel.stayed the second time and would go back again. Reservations staff is not efficient. No cold towels no welcome drink which is very important for guest travel from far a away.pool is lovely, surroundings were beautiful, breakfast buffet was big spread.service is slow.

This is an ideal place to spend some holidays, good place for weekend getaway too. Also for events such as company events, weddings etc.

This place also has Wifi in public areas too. Large swimming pool is good place for water sports too. Beach is something we can enjoy whole with exploring.
Staff is supportive and friendly. Food is good.
