A good hotel to spend the day and have a tasty meal but not to stay the night as the rooms and bathrooms need vast improvement. The smell of mould and the visible signs of it on the walls were a putoff, the linen/pillow cases had stains on them, the bathrooms weren't smelling too good either. Cleanliness wise it could most definitely do with some refurbishment.
The restaurant and the housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating, however the front office staff (while checking out) can do with a refresher course on PR.
All in all not value for money if you're planing to spend a night, but a good hotel to use the pool and leave after lunch as it's an hours drive from the capital.

Location was great. Hotel is spreaded across a large land area. But there was nothing special about the food.

Service was good. A hotel which had nice rooms and a unique washroom and the hotel also had a nice view to it. The food was very unique than the food in any other hotel. The 2 nice swimming pools which gave the hotel a nice look. We had a lot of fun since it was in the seaside

Two huge hotel with a very long beach front. Almost every room has the view of the sea and beach. Service is quite reasonable.

It took more than 2hrs to check in .but overall exprnc is fabulous.love it

No directions in gate indicating car park and security persnnel also very lethargic.

I was in Citrus for mandatory quarantine process . But the facilities, hospitality and food found to be excellent compared to some other paid quarantine facilities .
miss Abhirami from.management was so helpful ad caring to check daily.
As usual, SL Army officers were very polite and cordial in thier job. Hats off to their dedication.

I have been in this hotel since Sunday April 14th, I am leaving on April 25th, 2019. I do not recommend this hotel which for me is not a 5 star. Unsanitary bathroom, bath mat, shower gel and coffee every other day
The day of your arrival it is the new year so we do not serve you alcohol but be careful if you pay in spite of AlL in there we give you an appointment in the WC to give you a bottle. Today full moon so no aloccol. Not that I am an alcoholic, but I think that the holidays are made to enjoy a minimum. I went through kappa club and this is the last time because no understanding of the wishes of the customers.

Great customer service from the very begining , the reservation maneger mr Upendra Sirisena was very prompt and made easy arrangements. The front office staff was quick. The most preferred thing was the room; which was huge cozy modern and picturesque. Sea view was amazing from the bed as well as the
divan. Modern bathrooms are specious and clean. They have reading areas, gym , bars, pools and a very clean beach. Food was average. If they have more rooms could have easily become 5 star. But they need another lift for the other side of the hotel. Very friendly and generous staff, my daughter had accidently left her tab in the lobby area; when I called them even after coming home they were able to find it. Highly appreciate their service and value the time amazing time we had there.

I was here last 14 days corinthians this hotel, very good hospitality here. All the staffs are good, very caring food also good. Thank u very much all the people help us here. All the best ur services. Like to come for a holiday here again. Thank u so much again,

but it is better that you check hotel terms and conditions before you go.

we booked three rooms and one of our family member lost the key of their room. hotel charged Rs10000.00 for the key replacement.
its an ordinary double door lock. I'm pretty sure it is not that much expensive. so it is better you check with them on everything before you get there.
Amount they charge in a key lost is not mentioned in their hotel website or FB page.
so, there may be other hidden charges as well..
so ,, stay alert guys.

Beach Hotel which have good sea view rooms. Rooms are ok and can recommend. Hope they will improve their restaurant customer service better towards the locals same as foreigners.

Excellent property...with all rooms facing beach...

The place is quite good and the facilities are very well maintained. The buffet had some good food, very tasty. They had a happy hour at the cocktail bar from 7 to 8 when we were there, and it had an "all you can drink" offer at no cost, which I enjoy. The swimming pool was the highlight of my stay, as it was very clean and the water was crystal clear.

Quality foods, friendly environment with a nice beach!

A great hotel by the sea. You could feel the sea with a room upstairs. All rooms are with the sea view. Pool and the garden area is quite enough to accomodate a huge number of guests. The bar facing the sea is very nice and colorful.
However the food options at the buffet could have been better.

We rested here for 9 days. The staff are nice. Rooms are more or less clean and cleaned regularly. 5 stars, of course, is not here, but I think this is typical for all local hotels. Moreover, the cost of hotel accommodation is also much lower than 5 *. The food is tolerable, the choice is large, so you can find something to your liking.
We only had breakfasts and that's great for Sri Lanka. We went around all the establishments near the hotel, ate all seafood, and the prices were very pleasant. I especially liked the service of the cafe opposite - The Cod Father, the guys tried to please us in everything, they fed us very tasty, we visited them several times. There is also a good cafe Snapper nearby - everything is also good and quite clean there.
The hotel area is well appointed. There are rarely more than 6 people on the beach, and more often there is no one. Most sit by the pool and drink beer with burgers :) Chipmunks run around the territory, sometimes lizards and a lot of crows fly.
The hotel rooms are not the most recent renovation, but quite decent. The staff is polite and smiling.
In general, you need to go to Sri Lanka for exotic, delicious food in local cafes and the ocean.

Terrible service. Was checked in 30 minute after the actual check in time.. food was not upto the international standards. Food hall was like fish market. Location though is excellent just facing ocean. Excellent views from the room

Huge hotel..but food is not that good. Parking space is sufficiently large though.

Nice hotel. But we stucked inside the lift more than 10min. Security alarms are not working and the management is poor. They do not know to say atleast sorry. Please improve your staff and management more than this.

Went for the sunday brunch and what disappointment! The variety on the buffet was poor and tastless...service was bad. Waste of time and money
