I've been using Lifeforce USA for my training ever since I had a choking incident with my baby Jesse. The training I received from them helped me keep a cool head and act quickly and effectively. The instructors are patient and extremely knowledgeable.

Life Force training helped my 16 year old son become a certified lifeguard this summer. Mathew (the owner and one of the trainers) is thorough, patient and a real professional. The lifeguard training goes through the techniques in drills each day so there is no question my son knows what to do in an emergency situation. I'm convinced there is absolutely no better training to ensure my son would be as qualified and confident a lifeguard as he is now. Included was CPR certification and first aid, the whole package is an excellent value and I would highly recommend Mat and Life Force USA!
